Jeremiah 1:1 The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:	Jeremias 1:1 Ang mga pulong ni Jeremias ang anak nga lalake ni Hilcias, sa mga sacerdote nga didto sa Anathoth sa yuta ni Benjamin:
Jeremiah 1:2 to whom the word of Jehovah came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.	Jeremias 1:2 Kang kinsa miabut ang pulong ni Jehova sa mga adlaw ni Josias ang anak nga lalake ni Amon, nga hari sa Juda, sa ikanapulo ug tolo ka tuig sa iyang paghari.
Jeremiah 1:3 It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah, the son of Josiah, king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.	Jeremias 1:3 Miabut usab kini sa mga adlaw ni Joacim ang anak nga lalake ni Josias, nga hari sa Juda, ngadto sa katapusan sa ikanapulo ug usa ka tuig ni Zedechias, ang anak nga lalake ni Josias, nga hari sa Juda, ngadto sa pagdala sa Jerusalem nga binihag sa ikalima ka bulan.
Jeremiah 1:4 Now the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,	Jeremias 1:4 Unya ang pulong ni Jehova miabut kanako, nga nagaingon:
Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee; I have appointed thee a prophet unto the nations.	Jeremias 1:5 Sa wala pa ikaw buhata nako diha sa tiyan naila ko na ikaw, ug sa wala pa ikaw mogula sa tagoangkan gibalaan ko na ikaw; gitudlo ko ikaw nga manalagna alang sa mga nasud.
Jeremiah 1:6 Then said I, Ah, Lord Jehovah! behold, I know not how to speak; for I am a child.	Jeremias 1:6 Unya miingon ako: Ah, Ginoong Jehova! ania karon, ako dili mahibalo nga mosulti; kay ako usa ka bata lamang.
Jeremiah 1:7 But Jehovah said unto me, Say not, I am a child; for to whomsoever I shall send thee thou shalt go, and whatsoever I shall command thee thou shalt speak.	Jeremias 1:7 Apan si Jehova miingon kanako: Ayaw pag-ingon: Ako usa ka bata; kay kang bisan kinsa ikaw paadtoon ko ikaw moadto, ug bisan unsa nga akong igasugo kanimo igasulti mo.
Jeremiah 1:8 Be not afraid because of them; for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith Jehovah.	Jeremias 1:8 Ayaw pagkahadlok tungod kanila; kay ako magauban kanimo sa pagluwas kanimo, nagaingon si Jehova.
Jeremiah 1:9 Then Jehovah put forth his hand, and touched my mouth; and Jehovah said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth:	Jeremias 1:9 Unya si Jehova mituy-od sa iyang kamot, ug mihikap sa akong baba; ug si Jehova miingon kanako: Ania karon, ako nagbutang sa akong mga pulong diha sa imong baba:
Jeremiah 1:10 see, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.	Jeremias 1:10 Tan-awa, ako nagapahaluna kanimo ibabaw sa mga nasud, ug sa ibabaw sa mga gingharian niining adlawa, sa pagluka ug sa paggun-ob ug sa paglaglag ug sa pagpukan, sa pagtukod ug sa pagtanum.
Jeremiah 1:11 Moreover the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond-tree.	Jeremias 1:11 Labut pa ang pulong ni Jehova miabut kanako, nga nagaingon: Jeremias, unsay nakita mo? Ug ako miingon: Nakita ko ang usa ka sungkod sa kahoy nga almendras.
Jeremiah 1:12 Then said Jehovah unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I watch over my word to perform it.	Jeremias 1:12 Unya miingon si Jehova kanako: Nakita mo pag-ayo: kay ako nagabantay sa akong pulong sa pagbuhat niini.
Jeremiah 1:13 And the word of Jehovah came unto me the second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, I see a boiling caldron; and the face thereof is from the north.	Jeremias 1:13 Ug ang pulong ni Jehova miabut kanako sa ikaduha, nga nagaingon: Unsay nakita mo? Ug ako miingon: Nakita ko ang nagabukal nga tubig sa caldero; ug ang nawong niini gikan sa amihanan.
Jeremiah 1:14 Then Jehovah said unto me, Out of the north evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.	Jeremias 1:14 Unya si Jehova miingon kanako: Gikan sa amihanan ang dautan mogula ibabaw sa tanang mga pumoluyo sa yuta.
Jeremiah 1:15 For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith Jehovah; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah.	Jeremias 1:15 Kay, Ania karon, ako motawag sa tanang mga banay sa mga gingharian sa amihanan, nagaingon si Jehova: ug sila mangabut, ug ang tagsatagsa kanila mopahaluna sa iyang trono sa pagsulod mo sa mga ganghaan sa Jerusalem, ug batok sa tanang mga kuta nga nagalibut didto, ug batok sa tanang mga ciudad sa Juda.
Jeremiah 1:16 And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, in that they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.	Jeremias 1:16 Ug ako mobungat sa akong mga paghukom batok kanila, mahitungod sa tanan nilang kadautan kay sila mingbulag kanako, ug nanag-sunog ug incienso sa laing mga dios, ug nanagsimba sa mga buhat sa ilang kaugalingong mga kamot.
Jeremiah 1:17 Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at them, lest I dismay thee before them.	Jeremias 1:17 Busa baksan mo ang imong hawak, ug tumindog ka, ug sultihi sila sa tanang gisugo ko kanimo: ayaw kalisang kanila, aron dili ko ikaw lisangon sa ilang atubangan.
Jeremiah 1:18 For, behold, I have made thee this day a fortified city, and an iron pillar, and brazen walls, against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land.	Jeremias 1:18 Kay, Ania karon, ako nagbuhat kanimo niining adlawa ug usa ka kinutaan nga ciudad, ug usa ka haliging puthaw, ug tumbaga nga mga kuta, batok sa tibook nga yuta, batok sa mga hari sa Juda, batok sa mga principe niini, batok sa mga sacerdote niini, ug batok sa mga katawohan sa yuta.
Jeremiah 1:19 And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee, saith Jehovah, to deliver thee.	Jeremias 1:19 Ug sila makig-away batok kanimo; apan sila dili makadaug kanimo: kay ako magauban kanimo, sa pagluwas kanimo, nagaingon si Jehova.
