Luke 4	Lukas 4
Luke 4:1 And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan, and was led in the Spirit in the wilderness	Lukas 4:1 Jesus aber, voll des heiligen Geistes, kam wieder von dem Jordan und ward vom Geist in die Wüste geführt
Luke 4:2 during forty days, being tempted of the devil. And he did eat nothing in those days: and when they were completed, he hungered.	Lukas 4:2 und ward vierzig Tage lang vom Teufel versucht. Und er aß nichts in diesen Tagen; und da sie ein Ende hatten, hungerte ihn darnach.
Luke 4:3 And the devil said unto him, if thou art the Son of God, command this stone that it become bread.	Lukas 4:3 Der Teufel aber sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so sprich zu dem Stein, daß er Brot werde.
Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered unto him, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone.	Lukas 4:4 Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es steht geschrieben: "Der Mensch lebt nicht allein vom Brot, sondern von einem jeglichen Wort Gottes."
Luke 4:5 And he led him up, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.	Lukas 4:5 Und der Teufel führte ihn auf einen hohen Berg und zeigte ihm alle Reiche der ganzen Welt in einem Augenblick
Luke 4:6 And the devil said unto him, To thee will I give all this authority, and the glory of them: for it hath been delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.	Lukas 4:6 und sprach zu ihm: Alle diese Macht will ich dir geben und ihre Herrlichkeit; denn sie ist mir übergeben, und ich gebe sie, welchem ich will.
Luke 4:7 If thou therefore wilt worship before me, it shall all be thine.	Lukas 4:7 So du nun mich willst anbeten, so soll es alles dein sein.
Luke 4:8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, It is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.	Lukas 4:8 Jesus antwortete ihm und sprach: Es steht geschrieben: "Du sollst Gott, deinen HERRN, anbeten und ihm allein dienen."
Luke 4:9 And he led him to Jerusalem, and set him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou art the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:	Lukas 4:9 Und er führte ihn gen Jerusalem und stellte ihn auf des Tempels Zinne und sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so laß dich von hinnen hinunter
Luke 4:10 for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee, to guard thee:	Lukas 4:10 denn es steht geschrieben: "Er wird befehlen seinen Engeln von dir, daß sie dich bewahren
Luke 4:11 and, On their hands they shall bear thee up, Lest haply thou dash thy foot against a stone.	Lukas 4:11 und auf den Händen tragen, auf daß du nicht etwa deinen Fuß an einen Stein stößt."
Luke 4:12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not make trial of the Lord thy God.	Lukas 4:12 Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es ist gesagt: "Du sollst Gott, deinen HERRN, nicht versuchen."
Luke 4:13 And when the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from him for a season.	Lukas 4:13 Und da der Teufel alle Versuchung vollendet hatte, wich er von ihm eine Zeitlang.
Luke 4:14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and a fame went out concerning him through all the region round about.	Lukas 4:14 Und Jesus kam wieder in des Geistes Kraft nach Galiläa; und das Gerücht erscholl von ihm durch alle umliegenden Orte.
Luke 4:15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.	Lukas 4:15 Und er lehrte in ihren Schulen und ward von jedermann gepriesen.
Luke 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and he entered, as his custom was, into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up to read.	Lukas 4:16 Und er kam gen Nazareth, da er erzogen war, und ging in die Schule nach seiner Gewohnheit am Sabbattage und stand auf und wollte lesen.
Luke 4:17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And he opened the book, and found the place where it was written,	Lukas 4:17 Da ward ihm das Buch des Propheten Jesaja gereicht. Und da er das Buch auftat, fand er den Ort, da geschrieben steht:
Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,	Lukas 4:18 "Der Geist des HERRN ist bei mir, darum, daß er mich gesalbt hat; er hat mich gesandt, zu verkündigen das Evangelium den Armen, zu heilen die zerstoßenen Herzen, zu predigen den Gefangenen, daß sie los sein sollten, und den Blinden das Gesicht und den Zerschlagenen, daß sie frei und ledig sein sollen,
Luke 4:19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.	Lukas 4:19 und zu verkündigen das angenehme Jahr des HERRN."
Luke 4:20 And he closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant, and sat down: and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fastened on him.	Lukas 4:20 Und als er das Buch zutat, gab er's dem Diener und setzte sich. Und aller Augen, die in der Schule waren, sahen auf ihn.
Luke 4:21 And he began to say unto them, To-day hath this scripture been fulfilled in your ears.	Lukas 4:21 Und er fing an, zu sagen zu ihnen: Heute ist diese Schrift erfüllt vor euren Ohren.
Luke 4:22 And all bare him witness, and wondered at the words of grace which proceeded out of his mouth: and they said, Is not this Joseph's son?	Lukas 4:22 Und sie gaben alle Zeugnis von ihm und wunderten sich der holdseligen Worte, die aus seinem Munde gingen, und sprachen: "Ist das nicht Josephs Sohn?"
Luke 4:23 And he said unto them, Doubtless ye will say unto me this parable, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done at Capernaum, do also here in thine own country.	Lukas 4:23 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Ihr werdet freilich zu mir sagen dies Sprichwort: Arzt, hilf dir selber! Denn wie große Dinge haben wir gehört, zu Kapernaum geschehen! Tue also auch hier, in deiner Vaterstadt.
Luke 4:24 And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is acceptable in his own country.	Lukas 4:24 Er sprach aber: Wahrlich, ich sage euch: "Kein Prophet ist angenehm in seinem Vaterlande.
Luke 4:25 But of a truth I say unto you, There were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when there came a great famine over all the land;	Lukas 4:25 Aber in der Wahrheit sage ich euch: Es waren viele Witwen in Israel zu Elia's Zeiten, da der Himmel verschlossen war drei Jahre und sechs Monate, da eine große Teuerung war im ganzen Lande
Luke 4:26 and unto none of them was Elijah sent, but only to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.	Lukas 4:26 und zu deren keiner ward Elia gesandt denn allein gen Sarepta der Sidonier zu einer Witwe.
Luke 4:27 And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, but only Naaman the Syrian.	Lukas 4:27 Und viele Aussätzige waren in Israel zu des Propheten Elisa Zeiten; und deren keiner wurde gereinigt denn allein Naeman aus Syrien.
Luke 4:28 And they were all filled with wrath in the synagogue, as they heard these things;	Lukas 4:28 Und sie wurden voll Zorns alle, die in der Schule waren, da sie das hörten,
Luke 4:29 and they rose up, and cast him forth out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might throw him down headlong.	Lukas 4:29 und standen auf und stießen ihn zur Stadt hinaus und führten ihn auf einen Hügel des Berges, darauf ihre Stadt gebaut war, daß sie ihn hinabstürzten.
Luke 4:30 But he passing through the midst of them went his way.	Lukas 4:30 Aber er ging mitten durch sie hinweg.
Luke 4:31 And he came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee. And he was teaching them on the sabbath day:	Lukas 4:31 Und er kam gen Kapernaum, in die Stadt Galiläas, und lehrte sie am Sabbat.
Luke 4:32 and they were astonished at his teaching; for his word was with authority.	Lukas 4:32 Und sie verwunderten sich seiner Lehre; denn seine Rede war gewaltig.
Luke 4:33 And in the synagogue there was a man, that had a spirit of an unclean demon; and he cried out with a loud voice,	Lukas 4:33 Und es war ein Mensch in der Schule, besessen mit einem unsauberen Teufel; der schrie laut
Luke 4:34 Ah! what have we to do with thee, Jesus thou Nazarene? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.	Lukas 4:34 und sprach: Halt, was haben wir mit dir zu schaffen, Jesus von Nazareth? Du bist gekommen uns zu verderben. Ich weiß wer du bist: der heilige Gottes.
Luke 4:35 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the demon had thrown him down in the midst, he came out of him, having done him no hurt.	Lukas 4:35 Und Jesus bedrohte ihn und sprach: Verstumme und fahre aus von ihm! Und der Teufel warf ihn mitten unter sie und fuhr von ihm aus und tat ihm keinen Schaden.
Luke 4:36 And amazement came upon all, and they spake together, one with another, saying, What is this word? for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.	Lukas 4:36 Und es kam eine Furcht über sie alle, und redeten miteinander und sprachen: Was ist das für ein Ding? Er gebietet mit Macht und Gewalt den unsauberen Geistern, und sie fahren aus.
Luke 4:37 And there went forth a rumor concerning him into every place of the region round about.	Lukas 4:37 Und es erscholl sein Gerücht in alle Örter des umliegenden Landes.
Luke 4:38 And he rose up from the synagogue, and entered into the house of Simon. And Simon's wife's mother was holden with a great fever; and they besought him for her.	Lukas 4:38 Und er stand auf aus der Schule und kam in Simons Haus. Und Simons Schwiegermutter war mit einem harten Fieber behaftet; und sie baten ihn für sie.
Luke 4:39 And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she rose up and ministered unto them.	Lukas 4:39 Und er trat zu ihr und gebot dem Fieber, und es verließ sie. Und alsbald stand sie auf und diente ihnen.
Luke 4:40 And when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.	Lukas 4:40 Und da die Sonne untergegangen war, brachten alle, die Kranke hatten mit mancherlei Seuchen, sie zu ihm. Und er legte auf einen jeglichen die Hände und machte sie gesund.
Luke 4:41 And demons also came out from many, crying out, and saying, Thou art the Son of God. And rebuking them, he suffered them not to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ.	Lukas 4:41 Es fuhren auch die Teufel aus von vielen, schrieen und sprachen: Du bist Christus, der Sohn Gottes! Und er bedrohte sie und ließ sie nicht reden; denn sie wußten, daß er Christus war.
Luke 4:42 And when it was day, he came out and went into a desert place: and the multitudes sought after him, and came unto him, and would have stayed him, that he should not go from them.	Lukas 4:42 Da es aber Tag ward, ging er hinaus an eine wüste Stätte; und das Volk suchte ihn, und sie kamen zu ihm und hielten ihn auf, daß er nicht von ihnen ginge.
Luke 4:43 But he said unto them, I must preach the good tidings of the kingdom of God to the other cities also: for therefore was I sent.	Lukas 4:43 Er sprach aber zu ihnen: Ich muß auch andern Städten das Evangelium verkündigen vom Reiche Gottes; denn dazu bin ich gesandt.
Luke 4:44 And he was preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.	Lukas 4:44 Und er predigte in den Schulen Galiläas.
