Proverbs 7:1 My son, keep my words, And lay up my commandments with thee.	Die Spruche 7:1 Mein Kind, behalte meine Rede und verbirg meine Gebote bei dir.
Proverbs 7:2 Keep my commandments and live; And my law as the apple of thine eye.	Die Spruche 7:2 Behalte meine Gebote, so wirst du leben, und mein Gesetz wie deinen Augapfel.
Proverbs 7:3 Bind them upon thy fingers; Write them upon the tablet of thy heart.	Die Spruche 7:3 Binde sie an deine Finger; schreibe sie auf die Tafel deines Herzens.
Proverbs 7:4 Say unto wisdom, Thou art my sister; And call understanding [thy] kinswoman:	Die Spruche 7:4 Sprich zur Weisheit: "Du bist meine Schwester", und nenne die Klugheit deine Freundin,
Proverbs 7:5 That they may keep thee from the strange woman, From the foreigner that flattereth with her words.	Die Spruche 7:5 daß du behütet werdest vor dem fremden Weibe, vor einer andern, die glatte Worte gibt.
Proverbs 7:6 For at the window of my house I looked forth through my lattice;	Die Spruche 7:6 Denn am Fenster meines Hauses guckte ich durchs Gitter
Proverbs 7:7 And I beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, A young man void of understanding,	Die Spruche 7:7 und sah unter den Unverständigen und ward gewahr unter den Kindern eines törichten Jünglings,
Proverbs 7:8 Passing through the street near her corner; And he went the way to her house,	Die Spruche 7:8 der ging auf der Gasse an einer Ecke und trat daher auf dem Wege bei ihrem Hause,
Proverbs 7:9 In the twilight, in the evening of the day, In the middle of the night and in the darkness.	Die Spruche 7:9 in der Dämmerung, am Abend des Tages, da es Nacht ward und dunkel war.
Proverbs 7:10 And, behold, there met him a woman With the attire of a harlot, and wily of heart.	Die Spruche 7:10 Und siehe, da begegnete ihm ein Weib im Hurenschmuck, listig,
Proverbs 7:11 She is clamorous and wilful; Her feet abide not in her house:	Die Spruche 7:11 wild und unbändig, daß ihr Füße in ihrem Hause nicht bleiben können.
Proverbs 7:12 Now she is in the streets, now in the broad places, And lieth in wait at every corner.	Die Spruche 7:12 Jetzt ist sie draußen, jetzt auf der Gasse, und lauert an allen Ecken.
Proverbs 7:13 So she caught him, and kissed him, [And] with an impudent face she said unto him:	Die Spruche 7:13 Und erwischte ihn und küßte ihn unverschämt und sprach zu ihm:
Proverbs 7:14 Sacrifices of peace-offerings are with me; This day have I paid my vows.	Die Spruche 7:14 Ich habe Dankopfer für mich heute bezahlt für meine Gelübde.
Proverbs 7:15 Therefore came I forth to meet thee, Diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.	Die Spruche 7:15 Darum bin herausgegangen, dir zu begegnen, dein Angesicht zu suchen, und habe dich gefunden.
Proverbs 7:16 I have spread my couch with carpets of tapestry, With striped cloths of the yarn of Egypt.	Die Spruche 7:16 Ich habe mein Bett schön geschmückt mit bunten Teppichen aus Ägypten.
Proverbs 7:17 I have perfumed my bed With myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.	Die Spruche 7:17 Ich habe mein Lager mit Myrrhe, Aloe und Zimt besprengt.
Proverbs 7:18 Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning; Let us solace ourselves with loves.	Die Spruche 7:18 Komm, laß und buhlen bis an den Morgen und laß und der Liebe pflegen.
Proverbs 7:19 For the man is not at home; He is gone a long journey:	Die Spruche 7:19 Denn der Mann ist nicht daheim; er ist einen fernen Weg gezogen.
Proverbs 7:20 He hath taken a bag of money with him; He will come home at the full moon.	Die Spruche 7:20 Er hat den Geldsack mit sich genommen; er wird erst aufs Fest wieder heimkommen.
Proverbs 7:21 With her much fair speech she causeth him to yield; With the flattering of her lips she forceth him along.	Die Spruche 7:21 Sie überredete ihn mit vielen Worten und gewann ihn mit ihrem glatten Munde.
Proverbs 7:22 He goeth after her straightway, As an ox goeth to the slaughter, Or as [one in] fetters to the correction of the fool;	Die Spruche 7:22 Er folgt ihr alsbald nach, wie ein Ochse zur Fleischbank geführt wird, und wie zur Fessel, womit man die Narren züchtigt,
Proverbs 7:23 Till an arrow strike through his liver; As a bird hasteth to the snare, And knoweth not that it is for his life.	Die Spruche 7:23 bis sie ihm mit dem Pfeil die Leber spaltet; wie ein Vogel zum Strick eilt und weiß nicht, daß es ihm sein Leben gilt.
Proverbs 7:24 Now therefore, [my] sons, hearken unto me, And attend to the words of my mouth.	Die Spruche 7:24 So gehorchet mir nun, meine Kinder, und merket auf die Rede meines Mundes.
Proverbs 7:25 Let not thy heart decline to her ways; Go not astray in her paths.	Die Spruche 7:25 Laß dein Herz nicht weichen auf ihren Weg und laß dich nicht verführen auf ihrer Bahn.
Proverbs 7:26 For she hath cast down many wounded: Yea, all her slain are a mighty host.	Die Spruche 7:26 Denn sie hat viele verwundet und gefällt, und sind allerlei Mächtige von ihr erwürgt.
Proverbs 7:27 Her house is the way to Sheol, Going down to the chambers of death.	Die Spruche 7:27 Ihr Haus sind Wege zum Grab, da man hinunterfährt in des Todes Kammern.
