Psalms 139	Psalmen 139
Psalms 139:1 O Jehovah, thou hast searched me, and known [me].	Psalmen 139:1 HERR, Du erforschest mich und kennest mich.
Psalms 139:2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising; Thou understandest my thought afar off.	Psalmen 139:2 Ich sitze oder stehe auf, so weißt du es; du verstehst meine Gedanken von ferne.
Psalms 139:3 Thou searchest out my path and my lying down, And art acquainted with all my ways.	Psalmen 139:3 Ich gehe oder liege, so bist du um mich und siehst alle meine Wege.
Psalms 139:4 For there is not a word in my tongue, But, lo, O Jehovah, thou knowest it altogether.	Psalmen 139:4 Denn siehe, es ist kein Wort auf meiner Zunge, das du, HERR, nicht alles wissest.
Psalms 139:5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, And laid thy hand upon me.	Psalmen 139:5 Von allen Seiten umgibst du mich und hältst deine Hand über mir.
Psalms 139:6 [Such] knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is high, I cannot attain unto it.	Psalmen 139:6 Solche Erkenntnis ist mir zu wunderbar und zu hoch; ich kann sie nicht begreifen.
Psalms 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy Spirit? Or whither shall I flee from thy presence?	Psalmen 139:7 Wo soll ich hin gehen vor deinem Geist, und wo soll ich hin fliehen vor deinem Angesicht?
Psalms 139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou art there.	Psalmen 139:8 Führe ich gen Himmel, so bist du da. Bettete ich mir in die Hölle, siehe, so bist du auch da.
Psalms 139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;	Psalmen 139:9 Nähme ich Flügel der Morgenröte und bliebe am äußersten Meer,
Psalms 139:10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, And thy right hand shall hold me.	Psalmen 139:10 so würde mich doch deine Hand daselbst führen und deine Rechte mich halten.
Psalms 139:11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall overwhelm me, And the light about me shall be night;	Psalmen 139:11 Spräche ich: Finsternis möge mich decken! so muß die Nacht auch Licht um mich sein.
Psalms 139:12 Even the darkness hideth not from thee, But the night shineth as the day: The darkness and the light are both alike [to thee].	Psalmen 139:12 Denn auch Finsternis ist nicht finster bei dir, und die Nacht leuchtet wie der Tag, Finsternis ist wie das Licht.
Psalms 139:13 For thou didst form my inward parts: Thou didst cover me in my mother's womb.	Psalmen 139:13 Denn du hast meine Nieren bereitet und hast mich gebildet im Mutterleib.
Psalms 139:14 I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Wonderful are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well.	Psalmen 139:14 Ich danke dir dafür, daß ich wunderbar gemacht bin; wunderbar sind deine Werke, und das erkennt meine Seele wohl.
Psalms 139:15 My frame was not hidden from thee, When I was made in secret, [And] curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.	Psalmen 139:15 Es war dir mein Gebein nicht verhohlen, da ich im Verborgenen gemacht ward, da ich gebildet ward unten in der Erde.
Psalms 139:16 Thine eyes did see mine unformed substance; And in thy book they were all written, [Even] the days that were ordained [for me], When as yet there was none of them.	Psalmen 139:16 Deine Augen sahen mich, da ich noch unbereitet war, und alle Tage waren auf dein Buch geschrieben, die noch werden sollten, als derselben keiner da war.
Psalms 139:17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them!	Psalmen 139:17 Aber wie köstlich sind vor mir, Gott, deine Gedanken! Wie ist ihrer so eine große Summe!
Psalms 139:18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: When I awake, I am still with thee.	Psalmen 139:18 Sollte ich sie zählen, so würde ihrer mehr sein denn des Sandes. Wenn ich aufwache, bin ich noch bei dir.
Psalms 139:19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: Depart from me therefore, ye bloodthirsty men.	Psalmen 139:19 Ach Gott, daß du tötetest die Gottlosen, und die Blutgierigen von mir weichen müßten!
Psalms 139:20 For they speak against thee wickedly, And thine enemies take [thy name] in vain.	Psalmen 139:20 Denn sie reden von dir lästerlich, und deine Feinde erheben sich ohne Ursache.
Psalms 139:21 Do not I hate them, O Jehovah, that hate thee? And am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?	Psalmen 139:21 Ich hasse ja, HERR, die dich hassen, und es verdrießt mich an ihnen, daß sie sich wider dich setzen.
Psalms 139:22 I hate them with perfect hatred: They are become mine enemies.	Psalmen 139:22 Ich hasse sie im rechten Ernst; sie sind mir zu Feinden geworden.
Psalms 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts;	Psalmen 139:23 Erforsche mich, Gott, und erfahre mein Herz; prüfe mich und erfahre, wie ich's meine.
Psalms 139:24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 140 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.	Psalmen 139:24 Und siehe, ob ich auf bösem Wege bin, und leite mich auf ewigem Wege.
