Acts 15:1 And certain men came down from Judaea and taught the brethren, [saying], Except ye be circumcised after the custom of Moses, ye cannot be saved.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:1 Or alcuni, discesi dalla Giudea, insegnavano ai fratelli: Se voi non siete circoncisi secondo il rito di Mosè, non potete esser salvati.
Acts 15:2 And when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and questioning with them, [the brethren] appointed that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:2 Ed essendo nata una non piccola dissensione e controversia fra Paolo e Barnaba, e costoro, fu deciso che Paolo, Barnaba e alcuni altri dei fratelli salissero a Gerusalemme agli apostoli ed anziani per trattar questa questione.
Acts 15:3 They therefore, being brought on their way by the church, passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:3 Essi dunque, accompagnati per un tratto dalla chiesa, traversarono la Fenicia e la Samaria, raccontando la conversione dei Gentili; e cagionavano grande allegrezza a tutti i fratelli.
Acts 15:4 And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church and the apostles and the elders, and they rehearsed all things that God had done with them.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:4 Poi, giunti a Gerusalemme, furono accolti dalla chiesa, dagli apostoli e dagli anziani, e riferirono quanto grandi cose Dio avea fatte con loro.
Acts 15:5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees who believed, saying, It is needful to circumcise them, and to charge them to keep the law of Moses.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:5 Ma alcuni della setta de’ Farisei che aveano creduto, si levarono dicendo: Bisogna circoncidere i Gentili, e comandar loro d’osservare la legge di Mosè.
Acts 15:6 And the apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider of this matter.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:6 Allora gli apostoli e gli anziani si raunarono per esaminar la questione.
Acts 15:7 And when there had been much questioning, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Brethren, ye know that a good while ago God made choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:7 Ed essendone nata una gran discussione, Pietro si levò in piè, e disse loro: Fratelli, voi sapete che fin dai primi giorni Iddio scelse fra voi me, affinché dalla bocca mia i Gentili udissero la parola del Vangelo e credessero.
Acts 15:8 And God, who knoweth the heart, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Spirit, even as he did unto us;	Atti degli Apostoli 15:8 E Dio, conoscitore dei cuori, rese loro testimonianza, dando lo Spirito Santo a loro, come a noi;
Acts 15:9 and he made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:9 e non fece alcuna differenza fra noi e loro, purificando i cuori loro mediante la fede.
Acts 15:10 Now therefore why make ye trial of God, that ye should put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?	Atti degli Apostoli 15:10 Perché dunque tentate adesso Iddio mettendo sul collo de’ discepoli un giogo che né i padri nostri né noi abbiam potuto portare?
Acts 15:11 But we believe that we shall be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in like manner as they.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:11 Anzi, noi crediamo d’esser salvati per la grazia del Signor Gesù, nello stesso modo che loro.
Acts 15:12 And all the multitude kept silence; and they hearkened unto Barnabas and Paul rehearsing what signs and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles through them.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:12 E tutta la moltitudine si tacque; e stavano ad ascoltar Barnaba e Paolo che narravano quali segni e prodigi Iddio aveva fatto per mezzo di loro fra i Gentili.
Acts 15:13 And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Brethren, hearken unto me:	Atti degli Apostoli 15:13 E quando si furon taciuti, Giacomo prese a dire:
Acts 15:14 Symeon hath rehearsed how first God visited the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:14 Fratelli, ascoltatemi. Simone ha narrato come Dio ha primieramente visitato i Gentili, per trarre da questi un popolo per il suo nome.
Acts 15:15 And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,	Atti degli Apostoli 15:15 E con ciò s’accordano le parole de’ profeti, siccome è scritto:
Acts 15:16 After these things I will return, And I will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen; And I will build again the ruins thereof, And I will set it up:	Atti degli Apostoli 15:16 Dopo queste cose io tornerò e edificherò di nuovo la tenda di Davide, che è caduta; e restaurerò le sue ruine, e la rimetterò in piè,
Acts 15:17 That the residue of men may seek after the Lord, And all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called,	Atti degli Apostoli 15:17 affinché il rimanente degli uomini e tutti i Gentili sui quali e invocato il mio nome,
Acts 15:18 Saith the Lord, who maketh these things known from of old.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:18 cerchino il Signore, dice il Signore che fa queste cose, le quali a lui son note ab eterno.
Acts 15:19 Wherefore my judgment is, that we trouble not them that from among the Gentiles turn to God;	Atti degli Apostoli 15:19 Per la qual cosa io giudico che non si dia molestia a quelli dei Gentili che si convertono a Dio;
Acts 15:20 but that we write unto them, that they abstain from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from what is strangled, and from blood.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:20 ma che si scriva loro di astenersi dalle cose contaminate nei sacrifici agl’idoli, dalla fornicazione, dalle cose soffocate, e dal sangue.
Acts 15:21 For Moses from generations of old hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:21 Poiché Mosè fin dalle antiche generazioni ha chi lo predica in ogni città, essendo letto nelle sinagoghe ogni sabato.
Acts 15:22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole church, to choose men out of their company, and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; [namely], Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:	Atti degli Apostoli 15:22 Allora parve bene agli apostoli e agli anziani con tutta la chiesa, di mandare ad Antiochia con Paolo e Barnaba, certi uomini scelti fra loro, cioè: Giuda, soprannominato Barsabba, e Sila, uomini autorevoli tra i fratelli;
Acts 15:23 and they wrote [thus] by them, The apostles and the elders, brethren, unto the brethren who are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia, greeting:	Atti degli Apostoli 15:23 e scrissero così per loro mezzo: Gli apostoli e i fratelli anziani, ai fratelli di fra i Gentili che sono in Antiochia, in Siria ed in Cilicia, salute.
Acts 15:24 Forasmuch as we have heard that certain who went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls; to whom we gave no commandment;	Atti degli Apostoli 15:24 Poiché abbiamo inteso che alcuni, partiti di fra noi, vi hanno turbato coi loro discorsi, sconvolgendo le anime vostre, benché non avessimo dato loro mandato di sorta,
Acts 15:25 it seemed good unto us, having come to one accord, to choose out men and send them unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,	Atti degli Apostoli 15:25 è parso bene a noi, riuniti di comune accordo, di scegliere degli uomini e di mandarveli assieme ai nostri cari Barnaba e Paolo,
Acts 15:26 men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:26 i quali hanno esposto la propria vita per il nome del Signor nostro Gesù Cristo.
Acts 15:27 We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who themselves also shall tell you the same things by word of mouth.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:27 Vi abbiam dunque mandato Giuda e Sila; anch’essi vi diranno a voce le medesime cose.
Acts 15:28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things:	Atti degli Apostoli 15:28 Poiché è parso bene allo Spirito Santo ed a noi di non imporvi altro peso all’infuori di queste cose, che sono necessarie;
Acts 15:29 that ye abstain from things sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication; from which if ye keep yourselves, it shall be well with you. Fare ye well.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:29 cioè: che v’asteniate dalle cose sacrificate agl’idoli, dal sangue, dalle cose soffocate, e dalla fornicazione; dalle quali cose ben farete a guardarvi. State sani.
Acts 15:30 So they, when they were dismissed, came down to Antioch; and having gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:30 Essi dunque, dopo essere stati accomiatati, scesero ad Antiochia; e radunata la moltitudine, consegnarono la lettera.
Acts 15:31 And when they had read it, they rejoiced for the consolation.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:31 E quando i fratelli l’ebbero letta, si rallegrarono della consolazione che recava.
Acts 15:32 And Judas and Silas, being themselves also prophets, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:32 E Giuda e Sila, anch’essi, essendo profeti, con molte parole li esortarono e li confermarono.
Acts 15:33 And after they had spent some time [there], they were dismissed in peace from the brethren unto those that had sent them forth.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:33 E dopo che furon dimorati quivi alquanto tempo, furon dai fratelli congedati in pace perché se ne tornassero a quelli che li aveano inviati.
Acts 15:34 [But it seemed good unto Silas to abide there.]	Atti degli Apostoli 15:34 E parve bene a Sila di rimaner quivi.
Acts 15:35 But Paul and Barnabas tarried in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:35 Ma Paolo e Barnaba rimasero ad Antiochia insegnando ed evangelizzando, con molti altri ancora, la parola del Signore.
Acts 15:36 And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, [and see] how they fare.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:36 E dopo vari giorni, Paolo disse a Barnaba: Torniamo ora a visitare i fratelli in ogni città dove abbiamo annunziato la parola del Signore, per vedere come stanno.
Acts 15:37 And Barnabas was minded to take with them John also, who was called Mark.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:37 Barnaba voleva prender con loro anche Giovanni, detto Marco.
Acts 15:38 But Paul thought not good to take with them him who withdrew from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:38 Ma Paolo giudicava che non dovessero prendere a compagno colui che si era separato da loro fin dalla Panfilia, e che non era andato con loro all’opera.
Acts 15:39 And there arose a sharp contention, so that they parted asunder one from the other, and Barnabas took Mark with him, and sailed away unto Cyprus;	Atti degli Apostoli 15:39 E ne nacque un’aspra contesa, tanto che si separarono; e Barnaba, preso seco Marco, navigò verso Cipro;
Acts 15:40 but Paul choose Silas, and went forth, being commended by the brethren to the grace of the Lord.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:40 ma Paolo, sceltosi Sila, partì, raccomandato dai fratelli alla grazia del Signore.
Acts 15:41 And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.	Atti degli Apostoli 15:41 E percorse la Siria e la Cilicia, confermando le chiese.
