Acts 8:1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And there arose on that day a great persecution against the church which was in Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:1 E Saulo era consenziente all’uccisione di lui. E vi fu in quel tempo una gran persecuzione contro la chiesa che era in Gerusalemme. Tutti furon dispersi per le contrade della Giudea e della Samaria, salvo gli apostoli.
Acts 8:2 And devout men buried Stephen, and made great lamentation over him.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:2 E degli uomini timorati seppellirono Stefano e fecero gran cordoglio di lui.
Acts 8:3 But Saul laid waste the church, entering into every house, and dragging men and women committed them to prison.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:3 Ma Saulo devastava la chiesa, entrando di casa in casa; e trattine uomini e donne, li metteva in prigione.
Acts 8:4 They therefore that were scattered abroad, went about preaching the word.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:4 Coloro dunque che erano stati dispersi se ne andarono di luogo in luogo, annunziando la Parola.
Acts 8:5 And Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and proclaimed unto them the Christ.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:5 E Filippo, disceso nella città di Samaria, vi predicò il Cristo.
Acts 8:6 And the multitudes gave heed with one accord unto the things that were spoken by Philip, when they heard, and saw the signs which he did.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:6 E le folle di pari consentimento prestavano attenzione alle cose dette da Filippo, udendo e vedendo i miracoli ch’egli faceva.
Acts 8:7 For [from] many of those that had unclean spirits, they came out, crying with a loud voice: and many that were palsied, and that were lame, were healed.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:7 Poiché gli spiriti immondi uscivano da molti che li avevano, gridando con gran voce; e molti paralitici e molti zoppi erano guariti.
Acts 8:8 And there was much joy in that city.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:8 E vi fu grande allegrezza in quella città.
Acts 8:9 But there was a certain man, Simon by name, who beforetime in the city used sorcery, and amazed the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:	Atti degli Apostoli 8:9 Or v’era un certo uomo, chiamato Simone, che già da tempo esercitava nella città le arti magiche, e facea stupire la gente di Samaria, dandosi per un qualcosa di grande.
Acts 8:10 to whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is that power of God which is called Great.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:10 Tutti, dal più piccolo al più grande, gli davano ascolto, dicendo: Costui è "la potenza di Dio", che si chiama "la Grande".
Acts 8:11 And they gave heed to him, because that of long time he had amazed them with his sorceries.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:11 E gli davano ascolto, perché già da lungo tempo li avea fatti stupire con le sue arti magiche.
Acts 8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching good tidings concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. Acts 8:13 And Simon also himself believed: and being baptized, he continued with Philip; and beholding signs and great miracles wrought, he was amazed. Acts 8:14 Now when the apostles that were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:	Atti degli Apostoli 8:14 Or gli apostoli ch’erano a Gerusalemme, avendo inteso che la Samaria avea ricevuto la parola di Dio, vi mandarono Pietro e Giovanni.
Acts 8:15 who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Spirit:	Atti degli Apostoli 8:15 I quali, essendo discesi là, pregarono per loro affinché ricevessero lo Spirito Santo;
Acts 8:16 for as yet it was fallen upon none of them: only they had been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:16 poiché non era ancora disceso sopra alcuno di loro, ma erano stati soltanto battezzati nel nome del Signor Gesù.
Acts 8:17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:17 Allora imposero loro le mani, ed essi ricevettero lo Spirito Santo.

Acts 8:20 But Peter said unto him, Thy silver perish with thee, because thou hast thought to obtain the gift of God with money.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:20 Ma Pietro gli disse: Vada il tuo danaro teco in perdizione, poiché hai stimato che il dono di Dio si acquisti con danaro.
Acts 8:21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right before God.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:21 Tu, in questo, non hai parte né sorte alcuna; perché il tuo cuore non è retto dinanzi a Dio.
Acts 8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray the Lord, if perhaps the thought of thy heart shall be forgiven thee.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:22 Ravvediti dunque di questa tua malvagità; e prega il Signore affinché, se è possibile, ti sia perdonato il pensiero del tuo cuore.
Acts 8:23 For I see that thou art in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:23 Poiché io ti veggo in fiele amaro e in legami di iniquità.
Acts 8:24 And Simon answered and said, Pray ye for me to the Lord, that none of the things which ye have spoken come upon me.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:24 E Simone, rispondendo, disse: Pregate voi il Signore per me affinché nulla di ciò che avete detto mi venga addosso.
Acts 8:25 They therefore, when they had testified and spoken the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel to many villages of the Samaritans.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:25 Essi dunque, dopo aver reso testimonianza alla parola del Signore, ed averla annunziata, se ne tornarono a Gerusalemme, evangelizzando molti villaggi dei Samaritani.
Acts 8:26 But an angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza: the same is desert.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:26 Or un angelo del Signore parlò a Filippo, dicendo: Lèvati, e vattene dalla parte di mezzodì, sulla via che scende da Gerusalemme a Gaza. Ella e una via deserta.
Acts 8:27 And he arose and went: and behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was over all her treasure, who had come to Jerusalem to worship;	Atti degli Apostoli 8:27 Ed egli, levatosi, andò. Acts 8:28 and he was returning and sitting in his chariot, and was reading the prophet Isaiah.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:28 e stava tornandosene, seduto sul suo carro, e leggeva il profeta Isaia.
Acts 8:29 And the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:29 E lo Spirito disse a Filippo: Accostati, e raggiungi codesto carro.
Acts 8:30 And Philip ran to him, and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?	Atti degli Apostoli 8:30 Filippo accorse, l’udì che leggeva il profeta Isaia, e disse: Intendi tu le cose che leggi?
Acts 8:31 And he said, How can I, except some one shall guide me? And he besought Philip to come up and sit with him.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:31 Ed egli rispose: E come potrei intenderle, se alcuno non mi guida? E pregò Filippo che montasse e sedesse con lui.
Acts 8:32 Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; And as a lamb before his shearer is dumb, So he openeth not his mouth:	Atti degli Apostoli 8:32 Or il passo della Scrittura ch’egli leggeva era questo: Egli è stato menato all’uccisione come una pecora; e come un agnello che è muto dinanzi a colui che lo tosa, così egli non ha aperta la bocca.
Acts 8:33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: His generation who shall declare? For his life is taken from the earth.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:33 Nel suo abbassamento fu tolta via la sua condanna; chi descriverà la sua generazione? Poiché la sua vita e stata tolta dalla terra.
Acts 8:34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other?	Atti degli Apostoli 8:34 E l’eunuco, rivolto a Filippo, gli disse: Di chi, ti prego, dice questo il profeta? Di sé stesso, oppure d’un altro?
Acts 8:35 And Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture, preached unto him Jesus.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:35 E Filippo prese a parlare, e cominciando da questo passo della Scrittura gli annunziò Gesù.
Acts 8:36 And as they went on the way, they came unto a certain water; and the eunuch saith, Behold, [here is] water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?	Atti degli Apostoli 8:36 E cammin facendo, giunsero a una cert’acqua. E l’eunuco disse: Ecco dell’acqua; che impedisce che io sia battezzato?
Acts 8:37 [And Philip said, If thou believest with all thy heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.]	Atti degli Apostoli 8:37 Filippo disse: Se tu credi con tutto il cuore, è possibile. L’eunuco rispose: Io credo che Gesù Cristo è il Figliuol di Dio.
Acts 8:38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they both went down into the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:38 E comandò che il carro si fermasse; e discesero ambedue nell’acqua, Filippo e l’eunuco; e Filippo lo battezzò.
Acts 8:39 And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip; and the eunuch saw him no more, for he went on his way rejoicing.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:39 E quando furon saliti fuori dell’acqua, lo Spirito del Signore rapì Filippo; e l’eunuco, continuando il suo cammino tutto allegro, non lo vide più.
Acts 8:40 But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached the gospel to all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.	Atti degli Apostoli 8:40 Poi Filippo si ritrovò in Azot; e, passando, evangelizzò tutte le città, finché venne a Cesarea.
