Psalms 105:1 Oh give thanks unto Jehovah, call upon his name; Make known among the peoples his doings.	Salmi 105:1 Celebrate l’Eterno, invocate il suo nome; fate conoscere le sue gesta fra popoli.
Psalms 105:2 Sing unto him, sing praises unto him; Talk ye of all his marvelous works.	Salmi 105:2 Cantategli, salmeggiategli, meditate su tutte le sue maraviglie.
Psalms 105:3 Glory ye in his holy name: Let the heart of them rejoice that seek Jehovah.	Salmi 105:3 Gloriatevi nel santo suo nome; si rallegri il cuore di quelli che cercano l’Eterno!
Psalms 105:4 Seek ye Jehovah and his strength; Seek his face evermore.	Salmi 105:4 Cercate l’Eterno e la sua forza, cercate del continuo la sua faccia!
Psalms 105:5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, His wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,	Salmi 105:5 Ricordatevi delle maraviglie ch’egli ha fatte, de’ suoi miracoli e dei giudizi della sua bocca,
Psalms 105:6 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, Ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.	Salmi 105:6 o voi, progenie d’Abrahamo, suo servitore, figliuoli di Giacobbe, suoi eletti!
Psalms 105:7 He is Jehovah our God: His judgments are in all the earth.	Salmi 105:7 Egli, l’Eterno, è l’Iddio nostro; i suoi giudizi s’esercitano su tutta la terra.
Psalms 105:8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, The word which he commanded to a thousand generations,	Salmi 105:8 Egli si ricorda in perpetuo del suo patto, della parola da lui data per mille generazioni,
Psalms 105:9 [The covenant] which he made with Abraham, And his oath unto Isaac,	Salmi 105:9 del patto che fece con Abrahamo, del giuramento che fece ad Isacco,
Psalms 105:10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant,	Salmi 105:10 e che confermò a Giacobbe come uno statuto, ad Israele come un patto eterno,
Psalms 105:11 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, The lot of your inheritance;	Salmi 105:11 dicendo: Io ti darò il paese di Canaan per vostra parte di eredità.
Psalms 105:12 When they were but a few men in number, Yea, very few, and sojourners in it.	Salmi 105:12 Non erano allora che poca gente, pochissimi e stranieri nel paese,
Psalms 105:13 And they went about from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people.	Salmi 105:13 e andavano da una nazione all’altra, da un regno a un altro popolo.
Psalms 105:14 He suffered no man to do them wrong; Yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,	Salmi 105:14 Egli non permise che alcuno li opprimesse; anzi, castigò dei re per amor loro
Psalms 105:15 [Saying], Touch not mine anointed ones, And do my prophets no harm.	Salmi 105:15 dicendo: Non toccate i miei unti, e non fate alcun male ai miei profeti.
Psalms 105:16 And he called for a famine upon the land; He brake the whole staff of bread.	Salmi 105:16 Poi chiamò la fame sul paese, e fece mancar del tutto il sostegno del pane.
Psalms 105:17 He sent a man before them; Joseph was sold for a servant:	Salmi 105:17 Mandò dinanzi a loro un uomo. Giuseppe fu venduto come schiavo.
Psalms 105:18 His feet they hurt with fetters: He was laid in [chains of] iron,	Salmi 105:18 I suoi piedi furon serrati nei ceppi, ei fu messo in catene di ferro,
Psalms 105:19 Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of Jehovah tried him.	Salmi 105:19 fino al tempo che avvenne quello che avea detto, e la parola dell’Eterno, nella prova, gli rese giustizia.
Psalms 105:20 The king sent and loosed him; Even the ruler of peoples, and let him go free.	Salmi 105:20 Il re mandò a farlo sciogliere, il dominatore di popoli lo mise in libertà;
Psalms 105:21 He made him lord of his house, And ruler of all his substance;	Salmi 105:21 lo costituì signore della sua casa e governatore di tutti i suoi beni
Psalms 105:22 To bind his princes at his pleasure, And teach his elders wisdom.	Salmi 105:22 per incatenare i principi a suo talento, e insegnare ai suoi anziani la sapienza.
Psalms 105:23 Israel also came into Egypt; And Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.	Salmi 105:23 Allora Israele venne in Egitto, e Giacobbe soggiornò nel paese di Cham.
Psalms 105:24 And he increased his people greatly, And made them stronger than their adversaries.	Salmi 105:24 Iddio fece moltiplicar grandemente il suo popolo, e lo rese più potente dei suoi avversari.
Psalms 105:25 He turned their heart to hate his people, To deal subtly with his servants.	Salmi 105:25 Poi voltò il cuor loro perché odiassero il suo popolo, e macchinassero frodi contro i suoi servitori.
Psalms 105:26 He sent Moses his servant, [And] Aaron whom he had chosen.	Salmi 105:26 Egli mandò Mosè, suo servitore, e Aaronne, che aveva eletto.
Psalms 105:27 They set among them his signs, And wonders in the land of Ham.	Salmi 105:27 Essi compiron fra loro i miracoli da lui ordinati, fecero dei prodigi nella terra di Cham.
Psalms 105:28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; And they rebelled not against his words.	Salmi 105:28 Mandò le tenebre e fece oscurar l’aria, eppure non osservarono le sue parole.
Psalms 105:29 He turned their waters into blood, And slew their fish.	Salmi 105:29 Cangiò le acque loro in sangue, e fece morire i loro pesci.
Psalms 105:30 Their land swarmed with frogs In the chambers of their kings.	Salmi 105:30 La loro terra brulicò di rane, fin nelle camere dei loro re.
Psalms 105:31 He spake, and there came swarms of flies, And lice in all their borders.	Salmi 105:31 Egli parlò, e vennero mosche velenose e zanzare in tutto il loro territorio.
Psalms 105:32 He gave them hail for rain, [And] flaming fire in their land.	Salmi 105:32 Dette loro grandine invece di pioggia, fiamme di fuoco sul loro paese.
Psalms 105:33 He smote their vines also and their fig-trees, And brake the trees of their borders.	Salmi 105:33 Percosse le loro vigne e i loro fichi e fracassò gli alberi del loro territorio.
Psalms 105:34 He spake, and the locust came, And the grasshopper, and that without number,	Salmi 105:34 Egli parlò e vennero le locuste e i bruchi senza numero,
Psalms 105:35 And did eat up every herb in their land, And did eat up the fruit of their ground.	Salmi 105:35 che divorarono tutta l’erba nel loro paese e mangiarono il frutto della loro terra.
Psalms 105:36 He smote also all the first-born in their land, The chief of all their strength.	Salmi 105:36 Poi percosse tutti i primogeniti nel loro paese, le primizie d’ogni loro forza.
Psalms 105:37 And he brought them forth with silver and gold; And there was not one feeble person among his tribes.	Salmi 105:37 E fece uscire gli Israeliti con argento ed oro, e non vi fu alcuno, fra le sue tribù, che fosse fiacco.
Psalms 105:38 Egypt was glad when they departed; For the fear of them had fallen upon them.	Salmi 105:38 L’Egitto si rallegrò della loro partenza, poiché la paura d’essi era caduta su loro.
Psalms 105:39 He spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to give light in the night.	Salmi 105:39 Egli distese una nuvola per ripararli, e accese un fuoco per rischiararli di notte.
Psalms 105:40 They asked, and he brought quails, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.	Salmi 105:40 A loro richiesta fece venire delle quaglie, e li saziò col pane del cielo.
Psalms 105:41 He opened the rock, and waters gushed out; They ran in the dry places [like] a river.	Salmi 105:41 Egli aprì la roccia e ne scaturirono acque; esse corsero per luoghi aridi, come un fiume.
Psalms 105:42 For he remembered his holy word, [And] Abraham his servant.	Salmi 105:42 Poiché egli si ricordò della sua parola santa e d’Abrahamo, suo servitore;
Psalms 105:43 And he brought forth his people with joy, [And] his chosen with singing.	Salmi 105:43 e trasse fuori il suo popolo con allegrezza, e i suoi eletti con giubilo.
Psalms 105:44 And he gave them the lands of the nations; And they took the labor of the peoples in possession:	Salmi 105:44 E dette loro i paesi delle nazioni, ed essi presero possesso della fatica dei popoli,
Psalms 105:45 That they might keep his statutes, And observe his laws. Praise ye Jehovah. Psalm 106	Salmi 105:45 perché osservassero i suoi statuti e ubbidissero alle sue leggi. Alleluia.
