Psalms 21:1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The king shall joy in thy strength, O Jehovah; And in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!	Salmi 21:1 Per il Capo de’ musici. Salmo di Davide. O Eterno, il re si rallegra nella tua forza; ed oh quanto esulta per la tua salvezza!
Psalms 21:2 Thou hast given him his heart's desire, And hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah	Salmi 21:2 Tu gli hai dato il desiderio del suo cuore e non gli hai rifiutata la richiesta delle sue labbra. Sela.
Psalms 21:3 For thou meetest him with the blessings of goodness: Thou settest a crown of fine gold on his head.	Salmi 21:3 Poiché tu gli sei venuto incontro con benedizioni eccellenti, gli hai posta in capo una corona d’oro finissimo.
Psalms 21:4 He asked life of thee, thou gavest it him, Even length of days for ever and ever.	Salmi 21:4 Egli t’avea chiesto vita, e tu gliel’hai data: lunghezza di giorni perpetua ed eterna.
Psalms 21:5 His glory is great in thy salvation: Honor and majesty dost thou lay upon him.	Salmi 21:5 Grande è la sua gloria mercé la tua salvezza. Tu lo rivesti di maestà e di magnificenza;
Psalms 21:6 For thou makest him most blessed for ever: Thou makest him glad with joy in thy presence.	Salmi 21:6 poiché lo ricolmi delle tue benedizioni in perpetuo, lo riempi di gioia nella tua presenza.
Psalms 21:7 For the king trusteth in Jehovah; And through the lovingkindness of the Most High he shall not be moved.	Salmi 21:7 Perché il re si confida nell’Eterno, e, per la benignità dell’Altissimo, non sarà smosso.
Psalms 21:8 Thy hand will find out all thine enemies; Thy right hand will find out those that hate thee.	Salmi 21:8 La tua mano troverà tutti i tuoi nemici; la tua destra raggiungerà quelli che t’odiano.
Psalms 21:9 Thou wilt make them as a fiery furnace in the time of thine anger: Jehovah will swallow them up in his wrath, And the fire shall devour them.	Salmi 21:9 Tu li metterai come in una fornace ardente, quando apparirai; l’Eterno, nel suo cruccio, li inabisserà, e il fuoco li divorerà.
Psalms 21:10 Their fruit wilt thou destroy from the earth, And their seed from among the children of men.	Salmi 21:10 Tu farai sparire il loro frutto dalla terra e la loro progenie di tra i figli degli uomini;
Psalms 21:11 For they intended evil against thee; They conceived a device which they are not able to perform.	Salmi 21:11 perché hanno ordito del male contro a te; han formato malvagi disegni, che non potranno attuare;
Psalms 21:12 For thou wilt make them turn their back; Thou wilt make ready with thy bowstrings against their face.	Salmi 21:12 poiché tu farai loro voltar le spalle, col tuo arco mirerai diritto alla loro faccia.
Psalms 21:13 Be thou exalted, O Jehovah, in thy strength: So will we sing and praise thy power.	Salmi 21:13 Innalzati, o Eterno, con la tua forza; noi canteremo e celebreremo la tua potenza.
