Genesis 29:1 Then Jacob went on his journey, and came to the land of the children of the east.	Бытие 29:1 И встал Иаков и пошел в землю сынов востока.
Genesis 29:2 And he looked, and behold, a well in the field, and, lo, three flocks of sheep lying there by it. For out of that well they watered the flocks. And the stone upon the well's mouth was great.	Бытие 29:2 И увидел: вот, на поле колодезь, и там три стада мелкого скота, лежавшие около него, потому что из того колодезя поили стада. Над устьем колодезя был большой камень.
Genesis 29:3 And thither were all the flocks gathered. And they rolled the stone from the well's mouth, and watered the sheep, and put the stone again upon the well's mouth in its place.	Бытие 29:3 Когда собирались туда все стада, отваливали камень от устья колодезя и поили овец; потом опять клали камень на свое место, на устье колодезя.
Genesis 29:4 And Jacob said unto them, My brethren, whence are ye? And they said, Of Haran are we.	Бытие 29:4 Иаков сказал им: братья мои! откуда вы? Они сказали: мы из Харрана.
Genesis 29:5 And he said unto them, Know ye Laban the son of Nahor? And they said, We know him.	Бытие 29:5 Он сказал им: знаете ли вы Лавана, сына Нахорова? Они сказали: знаем.
Genesis 29:6 And he said unto them, Is it well with him? And they said, It is well. And, behold, Rachel his daughter cometh with the sheep.	Бытие 29:6 Он еще сказал им: здравствует ли он? Они сказали: здравствует; и вот, Рахиль, дочь его, идет с овцами.
Genesis 29:7 And he said, Lo, it is yet high day, neither is it time that the cattle should be gathered together. Water ye the sheep, and go and feed them.	Бытие 29:7 И сказал: вот, дня еще много; не время собирать скот; напойте овец и пойдите, пасите.
Genesis 29:8 And they said, We cannot, until all the flocks be gathered together, and they roll the stone from the well's mouth. Then we water the sheep.	Бытие 29:8 Они сказали: не можем, пока не соберутся все стада, и не отвалят камня от устья колодезя; тогда будем мы поить овец.
Genesis 29:9 While he was yet speaking with them, Rachel came with her father's sheep. For she kept them.	Бытие 29:9 Еще он говорил с ними, как пришла Рахиль с мелким скотом отца своего, потому что она пасла.
Genesis 29:10 And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother's brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother's brother, that Jacob went near, and rolled the stone from the well's mouth, and watered the flock of Laban his mother's brother. Genesis 29:11 And Jacob kissed Rachel, and lifted up his voice, and wept.	Бытие 29:11 И поцеловал Иаков Рахиль и возвысил голос свой и заплакал.
Genesis 29:12 And Jacob told Rachel that he was her father's brother, and that he was Rebekah's son. And she ran and told her father.	Бытие 29:12 И сказал Иаков Рахили, что он родственник отцу ее и что он сын Ревеккин. А она побежала и сказала отцу своему.
Genesis 29:13 And it came to pass, when Laban heard the tidings of Jacob his sister's son, that he ran to meet him, and embraced him, and kissed him, and brought him to his house. And he told Laban all these things.	Бытие 29:13 Лаван, услышав о Иакове, сыне сестры своей, выбежал ему навстречу, обнял его и поцеловал его, и ввел его в дом свой; и он рассказал Лавану всё сие.
Genesis 29:14 And Laban said to him, Surely thou art my bone and my flesh. And he abode with him the space of a month.	Бытие 29:14 Лаван же сказал ему: подлинно ты кость моя и плоть моя. И жил у него [Иаков] целый месяц.
Genesis 29:15 And Laban said unto Jacob, Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? Tell me, what shall thy wages be?	Бытие 29:15 И Лаван сказал Иакову: неужели ты даром будешь служить мне, потому что ты родственник? скажи мне, что заплатить тебе?
Genesis 29:16 And Laban had two daughters. The name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel.	Бытие 29:16 У Лавана же было две дочери; имя старшей: Лия; имя младшей: Рахиль.
Genesis 29:17 And Leah's eyes were tender. But Rachel was beautiful and well favored.	Бытие 29:17 Лия была слаба глазами, а Рахиль была красива станом и красива лицем.
Genesis 29:18 And Jacob loved Rachel. And he said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.	Бытие 29:18 Иаков полюбил Рахиль и сказал: я буду служить тебе семь лет за Рахиль, младшую дочь твою.
Genesis 29:19 And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man. Abide with me.	Бытие 29:19 Лаван сказал: лучше отдать мне ее за тебя, нежели отдать ее за другого кого; живи у меня.
Genesis 29:20 And Jacob served seven years for Rachel. And they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.	Бытие 29:20 И служил Иаков за Рахиль семь лет; и они показались ему за несколько дней, потому что он любил ее.
Genesis 29:21 And Jacob said unto Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in unto her.	Бытие 29:21 И сказал Иаков Лавану: дай жену мою, потому что мне уже исполнилось время, чтобы войти к ней.
Genesis 29:22 And Laban gathered together all the men of the place, and made a feast.	Бытие 29:22 Лаван созвал всех людей того места и сделал пир.
Genesis 29:23 And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him. And he went in unto her.	Бытие 29:23 Вечером же взял дочь свою Лию и ввел ее к нему; и вошел к ней [Иаков].
Genesis 29:24 And Laban gave Zilpah his handmaid unto his daughter Leah for a handmaid.	Бытие 29:24 И дал Лаван служанку свою Зелфу в служанки дочери своей Лии.
Genesis 29:25 And it came to pass in the morning that, behold, it was Leah. And he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? Did not I serve with thee for Rachel? Wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?	Бытие 29:25 Утром же оказалось, что это Лия. И сказал Лавану: что это сделал ты со мною? не за Рахиль ли я служил у тебя? зачем ты обманул меня?
Genesis 29:26 And Laban said, It is not so done in our place, to give the younger before the first-born.	Бытие 29:26 Лаван сказал: в нашем месте так не делают, чтобы младшую выдать прежде старшей;
Genesis 29:27 Fulfil the week of this one, and we will give thee the other also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years.	Бытие 29:27 окончи неделю этой, потом дадим тебе и ту за службу, которую ты будешь служить у меня еще семь лет других.
Genesis 29:28 And jacob did so, and fulfilled her week. And he gave him Rachel his daughter to wife.	Бытие 29:28 Иаков так и сделал и окончил неделю этой. И [Лаван] дал Рахиль, дочь свою, ему в жену.
Genesis 29:29 And Laban gave to Rachel his daughter Bilhah his handmaid to be her handmaid.	Бытие 29:29 И дал Лаван служанку свою Валлу в служанки дочери своей Рахили.
Genesis 29:30 And he went in also unto Rachel, and he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and served with him yet seven other years.	Бытие 29:30 [Иаков] вошел и к Рахили, и любил Рахиль больше, нежели Лию; и служил у него еще семь лет других.
Genesis 29:31 And Jehovah saw that Leah was hated, and he opened her womb. But Rachel was barren.	Бытие 29:31 Господь узрел, что Лия была нелюбима, и отверз утробу ее, а Рахиль была неплодна.
Genesis 29:32 And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben. For she said, Because Jehovah hath looked upon my affliction. For now my husband will love me.	Бытие 29:32 Лия зачала и родила сына, и нарекла ему имя: Рувим, потому что сказала она: Господь призрел на мое бедствие; ибо теперь будет любить меня муж мой.
Genesis 29:33 And she conceived again, and bare a son: and said, Because Jehovah hath heard that I am hated, he hath therefore given me this [son] also. And she called his name Simeon.	Бытие 29:33 И зачала опять и родила сына, и сказала: Господь услышал, что я нелюбима, и дал мне и сего. И нарекла ему имя: Симеон.
Genesis 29:34 And she conceived again, and bare a son. And said, Now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I have borne him three sons. Therefore was his name called Levi.	Бытие 29:34 И зачала еще и родила сына, и сказала: теперь-то прилепится ко мне муж мой, ибо я родила ему трех сынов. От сего наречено ему имя: Левий.
Genesis 29:35 And she conceived again, and bare a son. And she said, This time will I praise Jehovah. Therefore she called his name Judah. And she left off bearing.	Бытие 29:35 И еще зачала и родила сына, и сказала: теперь-то я восхвалю Господа. Посему нарекла ему имя Иуда. И перестала рождать.
