Hosea 12	Oseas 12
Hosea 12:1 Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind: he continually multiplieth lies and desolation; and they make a covenant with Assyria, and oil is carried into Egypt.	Oseas 12:1 (12-2) Ephraim se apacienta del viento, y sigue al solano: mentira y destrucción aumenta continuamente; porque hicieron alianza con los Asirios, y aceite se lleva á Egipto.
Hosea 12:2 Jehovah hath also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him.	Oseas 12:2 (12-3) Pleito tiene Jehová con Judá para visitar á Jacob conforme á sus caminos: pagarále conforme á sus obras.
Hosea 12:3 In the womb he took his brother by the heel; and in his manhood he had power with God:	Oseas 12:3 (12-4) En el vientre tomó por el calcañar á su hermano, y con su fortaleza venció al ángel.
Hosea 12:4 yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed; he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him at Beth-el, and there he spake with us,	Oseas 12:4 (12-5) Venció al ángel, y prevaleció; lloró, y rogóle: en Beth-el le halló, y allí habló con nosotros.
Hosea 12:5 even Jehovah, the God of hosts; Jehovah is his memorial [name].	Oseas 12:5 (12-6) Mas Jehová es Dios de los ejércitos: Jehová es su memorial.
Hosea 12:6 Therefore turn thou to thy God: keep kindness and justice, and wait for thy God continually.	Oseas 12:6 (12-7) Tú pues, conviértete á tu Dios: guarda misericordia y juicio, y en tu Dios espera siempre.
Hosea 12:7 [He is] a trafficker, the balances of deceit are in his hand: he loveth to oppress.	Oseas 12:7 (12-8) Es mercader que tiene en su mano peso falso, amador de opresión.
Hosea 12:8 And Ephraim said, Surely I am become rich, I have found me wealth: in all my labors they shall find in me no iniquity that were sin.	Oseas 12:8 (12-9) Y dijo Ephraim: Ciertamente yo he enriquecido, hallado he riquezas para mí: nadie hallará en mí iniquidad, ni pecado en todos mis trabajos.
Hosea 12:9 But I am Jehovah thy God from the land of Egypt; I will yet again make thee to dwell in tents, as in the days of the solemn feast.	Oseas 12:9 (12-10) Empero yo soy Jehová tu Dios desde la tierra de Egipto: aun te haré morar en tiendas, como en los días de la fiesta.
Hosea 12:10 I have also spoken unto the prophets, and I have multiplied visions; and by the ministry of the prophets have I used similitudes.	Oseas 12:10 (12-11) Y hablado he á los profetas, y yo aumenté la profecía, y por mano de los profetas puse semejanzas.
Hosea 12:11 Is Gilead iniquity? they are altogether false; in Gilgal they sacrifice bullocks; yea, their altars are as heaps in the furrows of the field.	Oseas 12:11 (12-12) ¿Es Galaad iniquidad? Ciertamente vanidad han sido; en Gilgal sacrificaron bueyes: y aún son sus altares como montones en los surcos del campo.
Hosea 12:12 And Jacob fled into the field of Aram, and Israel served for a wife, and for a wife he kept [sheep].	Oseas 12:12 (12-13) Mas Jacob huyó á tierra de Aram, y sirvió Israel por mujer, y por mujer fué pastor.
Hosea 12:13 And by a prophet Jehovah brought Israel up out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.	Oseas 12:13 (12-14) Y por profeta hizo subir Jehová á Israel de Egipto, y por profeta fué guardado.
Hosea 12:14 Ephraim hath provoked to anger most bitterly: therefore shall his blood be left upon him, and his reproach shall his Lord return unto him.	Oseas 12:14 (12-15) Enojado ha Ephraim á Dios con amarguras; por tanto, sus sangres se derramarán sobre él, y su Señor le pagará su oprobio.
