| Kini mao ang mga kaliwatan sa mga anak nga lalake ni Noe, si Sem, si Ham, ug si Japhet; ug kanila nangatawo ang mga anak nga lalake sa human na ang lunop. | Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: these are the sons which they had after the great flow of waters |
| Ang mga anak nga lalake ni Japhet; si Gomer, si Magog, ug si Madal, ug si Javan, ug si Tubal, ug si Mashech, ug si Tiras. | The sons of Japheth: Gomer and Magog and Madai and Javan and Tubal and Meshech and Tiras. |
| Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Gomer: si Ashkenaz, ug si Riphat, ug si Togorma. | And the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz and Riphath and Togarmah. |
| Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Javan: si Elisa, ug si Tarsis, si Kittim, ug si Dodanim. | And the sons of Javan: Elishah and Tarshish, the Kittim and the Dodanim. |
| Tungod niini kanila gibahinbahin ang kapupud-an sa mga nasud sa ilang mga yuta, ang tagsatagsa sumala sa ilang sinultihan, sumala sa ilang mga panimalay sa ilang mga nasud. | From these came the nations of the sea-lands, with their different families and languages. |
| Ang mga anak nga lalake ni Ham si Cush, ug si Mizraim, ug si Phut, ug si Canaan. | And the sons of Ham: Cush and Mizraim and Put and Canaan. |
| Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Cush: si Seba, si Havila, ug si Sabta, ug si Raama, ug si Sabtecha. Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Raama: si Seba, ug si Dedan. | And the sons of Cush: Seba and Havilah and Sabtah and Raamah and Sabteca; and the sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan. |
| Ug si Cush nanganak kang Nimrod: kini misugod sa pagkahimo nga gamhanan sa yuta. | And Cush was the father of Nimrod, who was the first of the great men of the earth. |
| Siya mao ang tigpangayam nga kusgan sa atubangan ni Jehova; nga tungod niana kini ginaingon: Sama kang Nimrod nga tigpangayam nga kusgan sa atub angan ni Jehova. | He was a very great bowman, so that there is a saying, Like Nimrod, a very great bowman. |
| Ug ang sinugdan sa iyang gingharian ang Babel, ug ang Erech, ug ang Accad, ug ang Calneh sa yuta sa Shinar. | And at the first, his kingdom was Babel and Erech and Accad and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. |
| Gikan niadtong yutaa miadto siya sa Asiria, ug nagtukod sa Ninive ug sa Rehoboth, ug sa Calah, | From that land he went out into Assyria, building Nineveh with its wide streets and Calah, |
| Ug sa Ressen sa taliwala sa Ninive ug sa Calah, (nga mao ang lungsod nga daku). | And Resen between Nineveh and Calah, which is a very great town. |
| Ug si Mizraim nanganak kang Ludim, ug Anamim, ug Lehabim, ug Nephtuhim, | And Mizraim was the father of the Ludim and Anamim and Lehabim and Naphtuhim; |
| Ug kang Pathrusim, ug Casluim, (nga mao ang kagikanan sa mga Filistihanon), ug kang Caphtorim. | And Pathrusim and Casluhim and Caphtorim, from whom came the Philistines. |
| Ug si Canaan nag-anak kang Sidon nga iyang panganay, ug kang Heth, | And Canaan was the father of Zidon, who was his oldest son, and Heth, |
| Ug sa Jebusehanon, ug sa Amorrehanon, ug sa Gergesehanon, | And the Jebusite and the Amorite and the Girgashite, |
| Ug sa Hevehanon, ug sa Aracehanon, ug sa Sinehanon, | And the Hivite and the Arkite and the Sinite, |
| Ug sa Aradihanon, ug sa Samarehanon, ug sa Amatehanon: ug unya nanagpatlaag ang mga kabanayan sa mga Canaanhon. | And the Arvadite and the Zemarite and the Hamathite; after that the families of the Canaanites went far and wide in all directions; |
| Ug ang utlanan sa mga Canaanhon nagsugod sa Sidon, sa magapaingon ikaw sa Gerar, ngadto sa Gaza, sa magapingon ikaw ngadto sa Sodoma ug sa Gomorra, ug sa Adma, ug sa Zeboim, ngadto sa Lasa. | Their country stretching from Zidon to Gaza, in the direction of Gerar; and to Lasha, in the direction of Sodom and Gomorrah and Admah and Zeboiim. |
| Kini sila mao ang mga anak nga lalake ni Ham, sumala sa ilang mga kabanayan, sumala sa ilang mga sinultihan, sa ilang mga yuta, sa ilang mga nasud. | All these, with their different families, languages, lands, and nations, are the offspring of Ham. |
| Ug kang Sem, ang amahan sa tanang mga anak ni Heber, ang magulang anak nga lalake ni Japhet, kaniya usab may mga anak nga nangatawo. | And Shem, the older brother of Japheth, the father of the children of Eber, had other sons in addition. |
| Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Sem: si Elam ug si Assur, ug si Arphaxad, ug si Lud, ug si Aram. | These are the sons of Shem: Elam and Asshur and Arpachshad and Lud and Aram. |
| Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Aram: si Uz, si Hul, ug si Gether, ug si Mas. | And the sons of Aram: Uz and Hul and Gether and Mash. |
| Ug si Arphaxad nanganak kang Sala, ug si Sala nanganak kang Heber. | And Arpachshad became the father of Shelah; and Shelah became the father of Eber. |
| Ug kang Heber nangatawo ang duruha ka mga anak nga lalake: ang ngalan sa usa mao si Peleg, kay sa iyang mga adlaw nabahinbahin ang yuta; ug ang ngalan sa iyang igsoon mao si Joctan. | And Eber had two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, because in his time the peoples of the earth became separate; and his brother's name was Joktan. |
| Ug si Joctan nanganak kang Almodad, ug kang Sheleph, ug kang Hazarmaveth, ug kang Jera, | And Joktan was the father of Almodad and Sheleph and Hazarmaveth and Jerah |
| Ug kang Hadoram, ug kang Uzal, ug kang Dicla, | And Hadoram and Uzal and Diklah |
| Ug kang Obal, ug kang Abimael, ug kang Seba, | And Obal and Abimael and Sheba |
| Ug kang Ophir, ug kang Habila, ug kang Jobad: kining tanan mao ang mga anak nga lalake ni Joctan. | And Ophir and Havilah and Jobab; all these were the sons of Joktan. |
| Ug ang ilang pinuy-anan kutub sa Mesa hangtud ngadto sa molakaw ikaw paingon sa Separ, ang bukid sa sidlakan. | And their country was from Mesha, in the direction of Sephar, the mountain of the east. |
| Kini mao ang mga anak nga lalake ni Sem sumala sa ilang kabanayan, sumala sa ilang mga sinultihan, diha sa ilang mga yuta, sa ilang mga nasud. | These, with their families and their languages and their lands and their nations, are the offspring of Shem. |
| Kini sila mao ang mga kabanayan sa mga anak nga lalake ni Noe sumala sa ilang mga kaliwatan, sa ilang mga nasud; ug niini kanila gibahinbahin ang mga nasud sa yuta sa human ang lunop. | These are the families of the sons of Noah, in the order of their generations and their nations: from these came all the nations of the earth after the great flow of waters. |
