約伯記 34	Job 34
約伯記 34:1 ^ 以利戶又說、	Job 34:1 ^ Moreover Elihu answered and said,
約伯記 34:2 ^ 你們智慧人、要聽我的話．有知識的人、要留心聽我說。	Job 34:2 ^ Hear my words, ye wise men; And give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
約伯記 34:3 ^ 因為耳朵試驗話語、好像上膛嘗食物。	Job 34:3 ^ For the ear trieth words, As the palate tasteth food.
約伯記 34:4 ^ 我們當選擇何為是、彼此知道何為善。	Job 34:4 ^ Let us choose for us that which is right: Let us know among ourselves what is good.
約伯記 34:5 ^ 約伯曾說、我是公義、　神奪去我的理．	Job 34:5 ^ For Job hath said, I am righteous, And God hath taken away my right:
約伯記 34:6 ^ 我雖有理、還算為說謊言的．我雖無過、受的傷還不能醫治。	Job 34:6 ^ Notwithstanding my right I am [accounted] a liar; My wound is incurable, [though I am] without transgression.
約伯記 34:7 ^ 誰像約伯、喝譏誚如同喝水呢。	Job 34:7 ^ What man is like Job, Who drinketh up scoffing like water,
約伯記 34:8 ^ 他與作孽的結伴、和惡人同行。	Job 34:8 ^ Who goeth in company with the workers of iniquity, And walketh with wicked men?
約伯記 34:9 ^ 他說、人以　神為樂、總是無益。	Job 34:9 ^ For he hath said, It profiteth a man nothing That he should delight himself with God.
約伯記 34:10 ^ 所以你們明理的人要聽我的話．　神斷不致行惡、全能者斷不至作孽。	Job 34:10 ^ Therefore hearken unto me, ye men of understanding: Far be it from God, that he should do wickedness, And from the Almighty, that he should commit iniquity.
約伯記 34:11 ^ 他必按人所作的報應人、使各人照所行的得報。	Job 34:11 ^ For the work of a man will he render unto him, And cause every man to find according to his ways.
約伯記 34:12 ^ 　神必不作惡、全能者也不偏離公平。	Job 34:12 ^ Yea, of a surety, God will not do wickedly, Neither will the Almighty pervert justice.
約伯記 34:13 ^ 誰派他治理地、安定全世界呢。	Job 34:13 ^ Who gave him a charge over the earth? Or who hath disposed the whole world?
約伯記 34:14 ^ 他若專心為己、將靈和氣收歸自己．	Job 34:14 ^ If he set his heart upon himself, [If] he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
約伯記 34:15 ^ 凡有血氣的就必一同死亡、世人必仍歸塵土。	Job 34:15 ^ All flesh shall perish together, And man shall turn again unto dust.
約伯記 34:16 ^ 你若明理、就當聽我的話、留心聽我言語的聲音。	Job 34:16 ^ If now [thou hast] understanding, hear this: Hearken to the voice of my words.
約伯記 34:17 ^ 難道恨惡公平的、可以掌權麼．那有公義的、有大能的、豈可定他有罪麼。	Job 34:17 ^ Shall even one that hateth justice govern? And wilt thou condemn him that is righteous [and] mighty?-
約伯記 34:18 ^ 他對君王說、你是鄙陋的、對貴臣說、你是邪惡的。	Job 34:18 ^ [Him] that saith to a king, [Thou art] vile, [Or] to nobles, [Ye are] wicked;
約伯記 34:19 ^ 他待王子不徇情面、也不看重富足的過於貧窮的．因為都是他手所造。	Job 34:19 ^ That respecteth not the persons of princes, Nor regardeth the rich more than the poor; For they all are the work of his hands.
約伯記 34:20 ^ 在轉眼之間、半夜之中、他們就死亡．百姓被震動而去世、有權力的被奪去非借人手。	Job 34:20 ^ In a moment they die, even at midnight; The people are shaken and pass away, And the mighty are taken away without hand.
約伯記 34:21 ^ 　神注目觀看人的道路、看明人的腳步。	Job 34:21 ^ For his eyes are upon the ways of a man, And he seeth all his goings.
約伯記 34:22 ^ 沒有黑暗、陰翳、能給作孽的藏身。	Job 34:22 ^ There is no darkness, nor thick gloom, Where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves.
約伯記 34:23 ^ 　神審判人、不必使人到他面前、再三鑒察。	Job 34:23 ^ For he needeth not further to consider a man, That he should go before God in judgment.
約伯記 34:24 ^ 他用難測之法打破有能力的人、設立別人代替他們。	Job 34:24 ^ He breaketh in pieces mighty men [in ways] past finding out, And setteth others in their stead.
約伯記 34:25 ^ 他原知道他們的行為、使他們在夜間傾倒滅亡。	Job 34:25 ^ Therefore he taketh knowledge of their works; And he overturneth them in the night, so that they are destroyed.
約伯記 34:26 ^ 他在眾人眼前擊打他們、如同擊打惡人一樣。	Job 34:26 ^ He striketh them as wicked men In the open sight of others;
約伯記 34:27 ^ 因為他們偏行不跟從他、也不留心他的道．	Job 34:27 ^ Because they turned aside from following him, And would not have regard in any of his ways:
約伯記 34:28 ^ 甚至使貧窮人的哀聲達到他那裡、他也聽了困苦人的哀聲。	Job 34:28 ^ So that they caused the cry of the poor to come unto him, And he heard the cry of the afflicted.
約伯記 34:29 ^ 他使人安靜、誰能擾亂〔或作定罪〕呢、他掩面誰能見他呢．無論待一國、或一人都是如此．	Job 34:29 ^ When he giveth quietness, who then can condemn? And when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? Alike whether [it be done] unto a nation, or unto a man:
約伯記 34:30 ^ 使不虔敬的人不得作王、免得有人牢籠百姓。	Job 34:30 ^ That the godless man reign not, That there be none to ensnare the people.
約伯記 34:31 ^ 有誰對　神說、我受了責罰、不再犯罪．	Job 34:31 ^ For hath any said unto God, I have borne [chastisement], I will not offend [any more]:
約伯記 34:32 ^ 我所看不明的、求你指教我．我若作了孽、必不再作。	Job 34:32 ^ That which I see not teach thou me: If I have done iniquity, I will do it no more?
約伯記 34:33 ^ 他施行報應、豈要隨你的心願、叫你推辭不受麼。選定的、是你、不是我．你所知道的只管說罷。	Job 34:33 ^ Shall his recompense be as thou wilt, that thou refusest it? For thou must choose, and not I: Therefore speak what thou knowest.
約伯記 34:34 ^ 明理的人、和聽我話的智慧人、必對我說、	Job 34:34 ^ Men of understanding will say unto me, Yea, every wise man that heareth me:
約伯記 34:35 ^ 約伯說話沒有知識、言語中毫無智慧。	Job 34:35 ^ Job speaketh without knowledge, And his words are without wisdom.
約伯記 34:36 ^ 願約伯被試驗到底、因他回答像惡人一樣。	Job 34:36 ^ Would that Job were tried unto the end, Because of his answering like wicked men.
約伯記 34:37 ^ 他在罪上又加悖逆．在我們中間拍手、用許多言語輕慢　神。	Job 34:37 ^ For he addeth rebellion unto his sin; He clappeth his hands among us, And multiplieth his words against God.
