Esra 10:1 Und da Esra also betete und bekannte, weinte und vor dem Hause Gottes lag, sammelten sich zu ihm aus Israel eine sehr große Gemeinde von Männern und Weibern und Kindern; denn das Volk weinte sehr.	Ezra 10:1 Now while Ezra prayed and made confession, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there was gathered together unto him out of Israel a very great assembly of men and women and children; for the people wept very sore.
Esra 10:2 Und Sechanja, der Sohn Jehiels, aus den Kindern Elam, antwortete und sprach zu Esra: Wohlan, wir haben uns an unserm Gott vergriffen, daß wir fremde Weiber aus den Völkern des Landes genommen haben. Nun, es ist noch Hoffnung für Israel über dem.	Ezra 10:2 And Shecaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have married foreign women of the peoples of the land: yet now there is hope for Israel concerning this thing.
Esra 10:3 So laßt uns einen Bund machen mit unserm Gott, daß wir alle Weiber und die von ihnen geboren sind, hinaustun nach dem Rat des HERRN und derer, die die Gebote unsers Gottes fürchten, daß man tue nach dem Gesetz.	Ezra 10:3 Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.
Esra 10:4 So mache dich auf! denn dir gebührt's; wir wollen mit dir sein. Sei getrost und tue es!	Ezra 10:4 Arise; for the matter belongeth unto thee, and we are with thee: be of good courage, and do it.
Esra 10:5 Da stand Esra auf und nahm einen Eid von den Obersten der Priester und Leviten und des ganzen Israels, daß sie nach diesem Wort tun sollten. Und sie schwuren.	Ezra 10:5 Then arose Ezra, and made the chiefs of the priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they would do according to this word. So they sware.
Esra 10:6 Und Esra stand auf vor dem Hause Gottes und ging in die Kammer Johanans, des Sohnes Eljasibs. Und da er dahin kam, aß er kein Brot und trank kein Wasser; denn er trug Leid um die Vergreifung derer, die gefangen gewesen waren.	Ezra 10:6 Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Jehohanan the son of Eliashib: and [when] he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water; for he mourned because of the trespass of them of the captivity.
Esra 10:7 Und sie ließen ausrufen durch Juda und Jerusalem zu allen, die gefangen gewesen waren, daß sie sich gen Jerusalem versammelten.	Ezra 10:7 And they made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem unto all the children of the captivity, that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem;
Esra 10:8 Und welcher nicht käme in drei Tagen nach dem Rat der Obersten und Ältesten, des Habe sollte alle verbannt sein und er abgesondert von der Gemeinde der Gefangenen.	Ezra 10:8 and that whosoever came not within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the assembly of the captivity.
Esra 10:9 Da versammelten sich alle Männer Juda's und Benjamins gen Jerusalem in drei Tagen, das ist am zwanzigsten Tage des neunten Monats. Und alles Volk saß auf der Straße vor dem Hause Gottes und zitterte um der Sache willen und vom Regen.	Ezra 10:9 Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within the three days; it was the ninth month, on the twentieth [day] of the month: and all the people sat in the broad place before the house of God, trembling because of this matter, and for the great rain.
Esra 10:10 Und Esra, der Priester, stand auf und sprach zu ihnen: Ihr habt euch vergriffen, daß ihr fremde Weiber genommen habt, daß ihr der Schuld Israels noch mehr machtet.	Ezra 10:10 And Ezra the priest stood up, and said unto them, Ye have trespassed, and have married foreign women, to increase the guilt of Israel.
Esra 10:11 So bekennt nun dem HERRN, eurer Väter Gott, und tut sein Wohlgefallen und scheidet euch von den Völkern des Landes und von den fremden Weibern.	Ezra 10:11 Now therefore make confession unto Jehovah, the God of your fathers, and do his pleasure; and separate yourselves from the peoples of the land, and from the foreign women.
Esra 10:12 Da antwortete die ganze Gemeinde und sprach mit lauter Stimme: Es geschehe, wie du uns gesagt hast.	Ezra 10:12 Then all the assembly answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said concerning us, so must we do.
Esra 10:13 Aber des Volks ist viel, und Regenzeit, und man kann nicht draußen stehen; so ist's auch nicht eines oder zweier Tage Werk, denn wir haben viel gemacht solcher Übertretungen.	Ezra 10:13 But the people are many, and it is a time of much rain, and we are not able to stand without: neither is this a work of one day or two; for we have greatly transgressed in this matter.
Esra 10:14 Laßt uns unsre Obersten bestellen für die ganze Gemeinde, daß alle, die in unsern Städten fremde Weiber genommen haben, zu bestimmten Zeiten kommen und die Ältesten einer jeglichen Stadt und ihre Richter mit ihnen, bis daß von uns gewendet werde der Zorn unseres Gottes um dieser Sache willen.	Ezra 10:14 Let now our princes be appointed for all the assembly, and let all them that are in our cities that have married foreign women come at appointed times, and with them the elders of every city, and the judges thereof, until the fierce wrath of our God be turned from us, until this matter be despatched.
Esra 10:15 (Nur Jonathan, der Sohn Asahels, und Jahseja, der Sohn Tikwas, setzten sich dawider, und Mesullam und Sabthai, der Levit, halfen ihnen.)	Ezra 10:15 Only Jonathan the son of Asahel and Jahzeiah the son of Tikvah stood up against this [matter]: and Meshullam and Shabbethai the Levite helped them.
Esra 10:16 Und die Kinder der Gefangenschaft taten also. Und der Priester Esra und Männer, welche die Häupter ihrer Vaterhäuser waren, alle mit Namen genannt, wurden ausgesondert und setzten sich am ersten Tage des zehnten Monats, zu erforschen diese Sache;	Ezra 10:16 And the children of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, [with] certain heads of fathers' [houses], after their fathers' houses, and all of them by their names, were set apart; and they sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter.
Esra 10:17 und sie richteten es aus an allen Männern, die fremde Weiber hatten, bis zum ersten Tage des ersten Monats.	Ezra 10:17 And they made an end with all the men that had married foreign women by the first day of the first month.
Esra 10:18 Und es wurden gefunden unter den Kindern der Priestern, die fremde Weiber genommen hatten, nämlich unter den Kindern Jesuas, des Sohnes Jozadaks, und seinen Brüdern Maaseja, Elieser, Jarib und Gedalja,	Ezra 10:18 And among the sons of the priests there were found that had married foreign women: [namely], of the sons of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and his brethren, Maaseiah, and Eliezer, and Jarib, and Gedaliah.
Esra 10:19 und sie gaben ihre Hand darauf, daß sie die Weiber wollten ausstoßen und zu ihrem Schuldopfer einen Widder für ihre Schuld geben;	Ezra 10:19 And they gave their hand that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, [they offered] a ram of the flock for their guilt.
Esra 10:20 unter den Kindern Immer: Hanani und Sebadja;	Ezra 10:20 And of the sons of Immer: Hanani and Zebadiah.
Esra 10:21 unter den Kindern Harim: Maaseja, Elia, Semaja Jehiel und Usia;	Ezra 10:21 And of the sons of Harim: Maaseiah, and Elijah, and Shemaiah, and Jehiel, and Uzziah.
Esra 10:22 unter den Kindern Pashur: Eljoenai, Maaseja, Ismael, Nathanael, Josabad und Eleasa;	Ezra 10:22 And of the sons of Pashhur: Elioenai, Maaseiah, Ishmael, Nethanel, Jozabad, and Elasah.
Esra 10:23 unter den Leviten: Josabad, Simei und Kelaja (er ist der Kelita), Pethahja, Juda und Elieser;	Ezra 10:23 And of the Levites: Jozabad, and Shimei, and Kelaiah (the same is Kelita), Pethahiah, Judah, and Eliezer.
Esra 10:24 unter den sängern: Eljasib; unter den Torhütern: Sallum, Telem und Uri.	Ezra 10:24 And of the singers: Eliashib. And of the porters: Shallum, and Telem, and Uri.
Esra 10:25 Von Israel unter den Kindern Pareos: Ramja, Jesia, Malchia, Mijamin, Eleasar, Malchia und Benaja;	Ezra 10:25 And of Israel: Of the sons of Parosh: Ramiah, and Izziah, and Malchijah, and Mijamin, and Eleazar, and Malchijah, and Benaiah.
Esra 10:26 unter den Kindern Elam: Matthanja, Sacharja, Jehiel, Abdi, Jeremoth und Elia;	Ezra 10:26 And of the sons of Elam: Mattaniah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, and Abdi, and Jeremoth, and Elijah.
Esra 10:27 unter den Kindern Satthu: Eljoenai, Eljasib, Matthanja, Jeremoth, Sabad und Asisa;	Ezra 10:27 And of the sons of Zattu: Elioenai, Eliashib, Mattaniah, and Jeremoth, and Zabad, and Aziza.
Esra 10:28 unter den Kindern Bebai: Johanan, Hananja, Sabbai und Athlai;	Ezra 10:28 And of the sons of Bebai: Jehohanan, Hananiah, Zabbai, Athlai.
Esra 10:29 unter den Kindern Bani: Mesullam, Malluch, Adaja, Jasub, Seal und Jeremoth;	Ezra 10:29 And of the sons of Bani: Meshullam, Malluch, and Adaiah, Jashub, and Sheal, Jeremoth.
Esra 10:30 unter den Kindern Pahath-Moab: Adna, Chelal, Benaja, Maaseja, Matthanja, Bezaleel, Binnui und Manasse;	Ezra 10:30 And of the sons of Pahath-moab: Adna, and Chelal, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattaniah, Bezalel, and Binnui, and Manasseh.
Esra 10:31 unter den Kindern Harim: Elieser, Jissia, Malchia, Semaja Simeon,	Ezra 10:31 And [of] the sons of Harim: Eliezer, Isshijah, Malchijah, Shemaiah, Shimeon,
Esra 10:32 Benjamin, Malluch und Semarja;	Ezra 10:32 Benjamin, Malluch, Shemariah.
Esra 10:33 unter den Kindern Hasum: Matthnai, Matthattha, Sabad, Eliphelet, Jeremai, Manasse und Simei;	Ezra 10:33 Of the sons of Hashum: Mattenai, Mattattah, Zabad, Eliphelet, Jeremai, Manasseh, Shimei.
Esra 10:34 unter den Kindern Bani: Maedai, Amram, Uel,	Ezra 10:34 Of the sons of Bani: Maadai, Amram, and Uel,
Esra 10:35 Benaja, Bedja, Cheluhi,	Ezra 10:35 Benaiah, Bedeiah, Cheluhi,
Esra 10:36 Vanja, Meremoth, Eljasib,	Ezra 10:36 Vaniah, Meremoth, Eliashib,
Esra 10:37 Matthanja, Matthnai, Jaesai,	Ezra 10:37 Mattaniah, Mattenai, and Jaasu,
Esra 10:38 Bani, Binnui, Simei,	Ezra 10:38 and Bani, and Binnui, Shimei,
Esra 10:39 Selemja, Nathan, Adaja,	Ezra 10:39 and Shelemiah, and Nathan, and Adaiah,
Esra 10:40 Machnadbai, Sasai, Sarai,	Ezra 10:40 Machnadebai, Shashai, Sharai,
Esra 10:41 Asareel, Selemja, Semarja,	Ezra 10:41 Azarel, and Shelemiah, Shemariah,
Esra 10:42 Sallum, Amarja und Joseph;	Ezra 10:42 Shallum, Amariah, Joseph.
Esra 10:43 unter den Kindern Nebo: Jeiel, Matthithja, Sabad, Sebina, Jaddai, Joel und Benaja.	Ezra 10:43 Of the sons of Nebo: Jeiel, Mattithiah, Zabad, Zebina, Iddo, and Joel, Benaiah.
Esra 10:44 Diese alle hatten fremde Weiber genommen; und waren etliche unter denselben Weibern, die Kinder getragen hatten.	Ezra 10:44 All these had taken foreign wives; and some of them had wives by whom they had children.
