Psalmen 80:1 Du Hirte Israels, höre, der du Joseph hütest wie Schafe; erscheine, der du sitzest über dem Cherubim!	Psalms 80:1 For the Chief Musician, set to Shoshanim Eduth.. A Psalm of Asaph. Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, Thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; Thou that sittest [above] the cherubim, shine forth.
Psalmen 80:2 Erwecke deine Gewalt, der du vor Ephraim, Benjamin und Manasse bist, und komm uns zu Hilfe!	Psalms 80:2 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up thy might, And come to save us.
Psalmen 80:3 Gott, tröste uns und laß leuchten dein Antlitz; so genesen wir.	Psalms 80:3 Turn us again, O God; And cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
Psalmen 80:4 HERR, Gott Zebaoth, wie lange willst du zürnen bei dem Gebet deines Volkes?	Psalms 80:4 O Jehovah God of hosts, How long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?
Psalmen 80:5 Du speisest sie mit Tränenbrot und tränkest sie mit großem Maß voll Tränen.	Psalms 80:5 Thou hast fed them with the bread of tears, And given them tears to drink in large measure.
Psalmen 80:6 Du setzest uns unsre Nachbarn zum Zank, und unsre Feinde spotten unser.	Psalms 80:6 Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbors; And our enemies laugh among themselves.
Psalmen 80:7 Gott Zebaoth, tröste uns, laß leuchten dein Antlitz; so genesen wir.	Psalms 80:7 Turn us again, O God of hosts; And cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
Psalmen 80:8 Du hast einen Weinstock aus Ägypten geholt und hast vertrieben die Heiden und denselben gepflanzt.	Psalms 80:8 Thou broughtest a vine out of Egypt: Thou didst drive out the nations, and plantedst it.
Psalmen 80:9 Du hast vor ihm die Bahn gemacht und hast ihn lassen einwurzeln, daß er das Land erfüllt hat.	Psalms 80:9 Thou preparedst [room] before it, And it took deep root, and filled the land.
Psalmen 80:10 Berge sind mit seinem Schatten bedeckt und mit seinen Reben die Zedern Gottes.	Psalms 80:10 The mountains were covered with the shadow of it, And the boughs thereof were [like] cedars of God.
Psalmen 80:11 Du hast sein Gewächs ausgebreitet bis an das Meer und seine Zweige bis an den Strom.	Psalms 80:11 It sent out its branches unto the sea, And its shoots unto the River.
Psalmen 80:12 Warum hast du denn seinen Zaun zerbrochen, daß ihn zerreißt, alles, was vorübergeht?	Psalms 80:12 Why hast thou broken down its walls, So that all they that pass by the way do pluck it?
Psalmen 80:13 Es haben ihn zerwühlt die wilden Säue, und die wilden Tiere haben ihn verderbt.	Psalms 80:13 The boar out of the wood doth ravage it, And the wild beasts of the field feed on it.
Psalmen 80:14 Gott Zebaoth, wende dich doch, schaue vom Himmel und sieh an und suche heim diesen Weinstock	Psalms 80:14 Turn again, we beseech thee, O God of hosts: Look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine,
Psalmen 80:15 und halt ihn im Bau, den deine Rechte gepflanzt hat und den du dir fest erwählt hast.	Psalms 80:15 And the stock which thy right hand planted, And the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.
Psalmen 80:16 Siehe drein und schilt, daß des Brennens und Reißens ein Ende werde.	Psalms 80:16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down: They perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
Psalmen 80:17 Deine Hand schütze das Volk deiner Rechten und die Leute, die du dir fest erwählt hast;	Psalms 80:17 Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, Upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself.
Psalmen 80:18 so wollen wir nicht von dir weichen. Laß uns leben, so wollen wir deinen Namen anrufen.	Psalms 80:18 So shall we not go back from thee: Quicken thou us, and we will call upon thy name.
Psalmen 80:19 HERR, Gott Zebaoth, tröste uns, laß dein Antlitz leuchten; so genesen wir.	Psalms 80:19 Turn us again, O Jehovah God of hosts; Cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
