Ester 10:1 Und der König Ahasveros legte Zins aufs Land und auf die Inseln im Meer.	Esther 10:1 And King Ahasuerus put a tax on the land and on the islands of the sea.
Ester 10:2 Aber alle Werke seiner Gewalt und Macht und die große Herrlichkeit Mardochais, die ihm der König gab, siehe, das ist geschrieben in der Chronik der Könige in Medien und Persien.	Esther 10:2 And all his acts of power and his great strength and the full story of the high place which the king gave Mordecai, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Media and Persia?
Ester 10:3 Denn Mardochai, der Jude, war der nächste nach dem König Ahasveros und groß unter den Juden und angenehm unter der Menge seiner Brüder, der für sein Volk Gutes suchte und redete das Beste für sein ganzes Geschlecht.	Esther 10:3 For Mordecai the Jew was second only to King Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews and respected by the body of his countrymen; working for the good of his people, and saying words of peace to all his seed.
