Jeremia 35:1 Dies ist das Wort, das vom HERRN geschah zu Jeremia zur Zeit Jojakims, des Sohnes Josias, des Königs in Juda, und sprach:	Jeremiah 35:1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, in the days of Jehoiakim, the son of Josiah, king of Judah, saying,
Jeremia 35:2 Gehe hin zum Hause der Rechabiter und rede mit ihnen und führe sie in des HERRN Haus, in der Kapellen eine, und schenke ihnen Wein.	Jeremiah 35:2 Go into the house of the Rechabites, and have talk with them, and take them into the house of the Lord, into one of the rooms, and give them wine.
Jeremia 35:3 Da nahm ich Jaasanja, den Sohn Jeremia's, des Sohnes Habazinjas, samt seinen Brüdern und allen seinen Söhnen und das ganze Haus der Rechabiter	Jeremiah 35:3 Then I took Jaazaniah, the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habazziniah, and his brothers and all his sons and all the Rechabites;
Jeremia 35:4 und führte sie in des HERRN Haus, in die Kapelle der Kinder Hanans, des Sohnes Jigdaljas, des Mannes Gottes, welche neben der Fürstenkapelle ist, über der Kapelle Maasejas, des Sohnes Sallums, des Torhüters.	Jeremiah 35:4 And I took them into the house of the Lord, into the room of the sons of Hanan, the son of Igdaliah, the man of God, which was near the rulers' room, which was over the room of Maaseiah, the son of Shallum, the keeper of the door;
Jeremia 35:5 Und ich setzte den Kindern von der Rechabiter Hause Becher voll Wein und Schalen vor und sprach zu ihnen: Trinkt Wein!	Jeremiah 35:5 And I put before the sons of the Rechabites basins full of wine and cups, and I said to them, Take some wine.
Jeremia 35:6 Sie aber antworteten: Wir trinken nicht Wein; denn unser Vater Jonadab, der Sohn Rechabs, hat uns geboten und gesagt: Ihr und eure Kinder sollt nimmermehr Wein trinken	Jeremiah 35:6 But they said, We will take no wine: for Jonadab, the son of Rechab our father, gave us orders, saying, You are to take no wine, you or your sons, for ever:
Jeremia 35:7 und kein Haus bauen, keinen Samen säen, keinen Weinberg pflanzen noch haben, sondern sollt in Hütten wohnen euer Leben lang, auf daß ihr lange lebt in dem Lande, darin ihr wallt.	Jeremiah 35:7 And you are to make no houses, or put in seed, or get vine-gardens planted, or have any: but all your days you are to go on living in tents, so that you may have a long life in the land where you are living as in a strange country.
Jeremia 35:8 Also gehorchen wir der Stimme unsers Vater Jonadab, des Sohnes Rechabs, in allem, was er uns geboten hat, daß wir keinen Wein trinken unser Leben lang, weder wir noch unsre Weiber noch Söhne noch Töchter,	Jeremiah 35:8 And we have kept the rules of Jonadab, the son of Rechab our father, in everything which he gave us orders to do, drinking no wine all our days, we and our wives and our sons and our daughters;
Jeremia 35:9 und bauen auch keine Häuser, darin wir wohnten, und haben weder Weinberge noch Äcker noch Samen,	Jeremiah 35:9 Building no houses for ourselves, having no vine-gardens or fields or seed:
Jeremia 35:10 sondern wohnen in Hütten und gehorchen und tun alles, wie unser Vater Jonadab geboten hat.	Jeremiah 35:10 But we have been living in tents, and have done everything which Jonadab our father gave us orders to do.
Jeremia 35:11 Als aber Nebukadnezar, der König zu Babel, herauf ins Land zog, sprachen wir: "Kommt, laßt uns gen Jerusalem ziehen vor dem Heer der Chaldäer und der Syrer!" und sind also zu Jerusalem geblieben.	Jeremiah 35:11 But when Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, came up into the land, we said, Come, let us go to Jerusalem, away from the army of the Chaldaeans and from the army of the Aramaeans: and so we are living in Jerusalem.
Jeremia 35:12 Da geschah des HERRN Wort zu Jeremia und sprach:	Jeremiah 35:12 Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,
Jeremia 35:13 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth, der Gott Israels; gehe hin und sprich zu denen in Juda und zu den Bürgern zu Jerusalem: Wollt ihr euch denn nicht bessern, daß ihr meinem Wort gehorcht? spricht der HERR.	Jeremiah 35:13 This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said: Go and say to the men of Judah and the people of Jerusalem, Is there no hope of teaching you to give ear to my words? says the Lord.
Jeremia 35:14 Die Worte Jonadabs, des Sohnes Rechabs, die er den Kindern geboten hat, daß sie nicht sollen Wein trinken, werden gehalten, und sie trinken keinen Wein bis auf diesen Tag, darum daß sie ihres Vaters Gebot gehorchen. Ich aber habe stets euch predigen lassen; doch gehorchtet ihr mir nicht.	Jeremiah 35:14 The orders which Jonadab, the son of Rechab, gave to his sons to take no wine, are done, and to this day they take no wine, for they do the orders of their father: but I have sent my words to you, getting up early and sending them, and you have not given ear to me.
Jeremia 35:15 So habe ich auch stets zu euch gesandt alle meine Knechte, die Propheten, und lasse sagen: Bekehrt euch ein jeglicher von seinem bösen Wesen, und bessert euren Wandel und folgt nicht andern Göttern nach, ihnen zu dienen, so sollt ihr in dem Lande bleiben, welches ich euch und euren Vätern gegeben habe. Aber ihr wolltet eure Ohren nicht neigen noch mir gehorchen,	Jeremiah 35:15 And I have sent you all my servants the prophets, getting up early and sending them, saying, Come back, now, every man from his evil way, and do better, and go not after other gods to become their servants, and you will go on living in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but your ears have not been open, and you have not given attention to me.
Jeremia 35:16 so doch die Kinder Jonadabs, des Sohnes Rechabs, haben ihres Vaters Gebot, das er ihnen geboten hat, gehalten. Aber dies Volk gehorchte mir nicht.	Jeremiah 35:16 Though the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have done the orders of their father which he gave them, this people has not given ear to me:
Jeremia 35:17 Darum so spricht der HERR, der Gott Zebaoth und der Gott Israels: Siehe, ich will über Juda und über alle Bürger zu Jerusalem kommen lassen all das Unglück, das ich wider sie geredet habe, darum daß ich zu ihnen geredet habe und sie nicht wollen hören, daß ich gerufen habe und sie mir nicht wollen antworten.	Jeremiah 35:17 For this reason the Lord, the God of armies, the God of Israel, has said, See, I will send on Judah and on all the people of Jerusalem all the evil which I said I would do to them: because I sent my words to them, but they did not give ear; crying out to them, but they gave no answer.
Jeremia 35:18 Und zum Hause der Rechabiter sprach Jeremia: So spricht der HERR Zebaoth, der Gott Israels: Darum daß ihr dem Gebot eures Vaters Jonadab habt gehorcht und alle seine Gebote gehalten und alles getan, was er euch geboten hat,	Jeremiah 35:18 But to the Rechabites Jeremiah said, This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said: Because you have done the orders of Jonadab your father, and have kept his rules, and done everything as he gave you orders to do it;
Jeremia 35:19 darum spricht der HERR Zebaoth, der Gott Israels, also: Es soll dem Jonadab, dem Sohne Rechabs, nimmer fehlen, es soll jemand von den Seinen allezeit vor mir stehen.	Jeremiah 35:19 For this reason the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said, Jonadab, the son of Rechab, will never be without a man to take his place before me.
