Philipper 2:1 Ist nun bei euch Ermahnung in Christo, ist Trost der Liebe, ist Gemeinschaft des Geistes, ist herzliche Liebe und Barmherzigkeit,	Philippians 2:1 If then there is any comfort in Christ, any help given by love, any uniting of hearts in the Spirit, any loving mercies and pity,
Philipper 2:2 so erfüllet meine Freude, daß ihr eines Sinnes seid, gleiche Liebe habt, einmütig und einhellig seid.	Philippians 2:2 Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in harmony and of one mind;
Philipper 2:3 Nichts tut durch Zank oder eitle Ehre; sondern durch Demut achte einer den andern höher denn sich selbst,	Philippians 2:3 Doing nothing through envy or through pride, but with low thoughts of self let everyone take others to be better than himself;
Philipper 2:4 und ein jeglicher sehe nicht auf das Seine, sondern auch auf das, was des andern ist.	Philippians 2:4 Not looking everyone to his private good, but keeping in mind the things of others.
Philipper 2:5 Ein jeglicher sei gesinnt, wie Jesus Christus auch war:	Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus,
Philipper 2:6 welcher, ob er wohl in göttlicher Gestalt war, hielt er's nicht für einen Raub, Gott gleich sein,	Philippians 2:6 To whom, though himself in the form of God, it did not seem that to take for oneself was to be like God;
Philipper 2:7 sondern entäußerte sich selbst und nahm Knechtsgestalt an, ward gleich wie ein andrer Mensch und an Gebärden als ein Mensch erfunden;	Philippians 2:7 But he made himself as nothing, taking the form of a servant, being made like men;
Philipper 2:8 er erniedrigte sich selbst und ward gehorsam bis zum Tode, ja zum Tode am Kreuz.	Philippians 2:8 And being seen in form as a man, he took the lowest place, and let himself be put to death, even the death of the cross.
Philipper 2:9 Darum hat ihn auch Gott erhöht und hat ihm einen Namen gegeben, der über alle Namen ist,	Philippians 2:9 For this reason God has put him in the highest place and has given to him the name which is greater than every name;
Philipper 2:10 daß in dem Namen Jesu sich beugen aller derer Kniee, die im Himmel und auf Erden und unter der Erde sind,	Philippians 2:10 So that at the name of Jesus every knee may be bent, of those in heaven and those on earth and those in the underworld,
Philipper 2:11 und alle Zungen bekennen sollen, daß Jesus Christus der HERR sei, zur Ehre Gottes, des Vaters.	Philippians 2:11 And that every tongue may give witness that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Philipper 2:12 Also, meine Liebsten, wie ihr allezeit seid gehorsam gewesen, nicht allein in meiner Gegenwart sondern auch nun viel mehr in meiner Abwesenheit, schaffet, daß ihr selig werdet, mit Furcht und Zittern.	Philippians 2:12 So then, my loved ones, as you have at all times done what I say, not only when I am present, but now much more when I am not with you, give yourselves to working out your salvation with fear in your hearts;
Philipper 2:13 Denn Gott ist's, der in euch wirkt beides, das Wollen und das Vollbringen, nach seinem Wohlgefallen.	Philippians 2:13 For it is God who is the cause of your desires and of your acts, for his good pleasure.
Philipper 2:14 Tut alles ohne Murren und ohne Zweifel,	Philippians 2:14 Do all things without protests and arguments;
Philipper 2:15 auf daß ihr seid ohne Tadel und lauter und Gottes Kinder, unsträflich mitten unter dem unschlachtigen und verkehrten Geschlecht, unter welchem ihr scheinet als Lichter in der Welt,	Philippians 2:15 So that you may be holy and gentle, children of God without sin in a twisted and foolish generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world,
Philipper 2:16 damit daß ihr haltet an dem Wort des Lebens, mir zu einem Ruhm an dem Tage Christi, als der ich nicht vergeblich gelaufen noch vergeblich gearbeitet habe.	Philippians 2:16 Offering the word of life; so that I may have glory in you in the day of Christ, because my running was not for nothing and my work was not without effect.
Philipper 2:17 Und ob ich geopfert werde über dem Opfer und Gottesdienst eures Glaubens, so freue ich mich und freue mich mit euch allen.	Philippians 2:17 And even if I am offered like a drink offering, giving myself for the cause and work of your faith, I am glad and have joy with you all:
Philipper 2:18 Dessen sollt ihr euch auch freuen und sollt euch mit mir freuen.	Philippians 2:18 And in the same way do you be glad and have a part in my joy.
Philipper 2:19 Ich hoffe aber in dem HERRN Jesus, daß ich Timotheus bald werde zu euch senden, daß ich auch erquickt werde, wenn ich erfahre, wie es um euch steht.	Philippians 2:19 But I am hoping in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you before long, so that I may be comforted when I have news of you.
Philipper 2:20 Denn ich habe keinen, der so gar meines Sinnes sei, der so herzlich für euch sorgt.	Philippians 2:20 For I have no man of like mind who will truly have care for you.
Philipper 2:21 Denn sie suchen alle das ihre, nicht, das Christi Jesu ist.	Philippians 2:21 For they all go after what is theirs, not after the things of Christ.
Philipper 2:22 Ihr aber wisset, daß er rechtschaffen ist; denn wie ein Kind dem Vater hat er mir gedient am Evangelium.	Philippians 2:22 But his quality is clear to you; how, as a child is to its father, so he was a help to me in the work of the good news.
Philipper 2:23 Ihn, hoffe ich, werde ich senden von Stund an, wenn ich erfahren habe, wie es um mich steht.	Philippians 2:23 Him then I am hoping to send as quickly as possible, when I am able to see how things will go for me:
Philipper 2:24 Ich vertraue aber in dem HERRN, daß auch ich selbst bald kommen werde.	Philippians 2:24 But I have faith in the Lord that I myself will come before long.
Philipper 2:25 Ich habe es aber für nötig angesehen, den Bruder Epaphroditus zu euch zu senden, der mein Gehilfe und Mitstreiter und euer Gesandter und meiner Notdurft Diener ist;	Philippians 2:25 But it seemed to me necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, who has taken part with me in the work and in the fight, and your servant, sent by you for help in my need;
Philipper 2:26 sintemal er nach euch allen Verlangen hatte und war hoch bekümmert, darum daß ihr gehört hattet, daß er krank war gewesen.	Philippians 2:26 Because his heart was with you all, and he was greatly troubled because you had news that he was ill:
Philipper 2:27 Und er war todkrank, aber Gott hat sich über ihn erbarmt; nicht allein aber über ihn, sondern auch über mich, auf daß ich nicht eine Traurigkeit über die andern hätte.	Philippians 2:27 For in fact he was ill almost to death: but God had mercy on him; and not only on him but on me, so that I might not have grief on grief.
Philipper 2:28 Ich habe ihn aber desto eilender gesandt, auf daß ihr ihn seht und wieder fröhlich werdet und ich auch der Traurigkeit weniger habe.	Philippians 2:28 I have sent him, then, the more gladly, so that when you see him again, you may be happy and I may have the less sorrow.
Philipper 2:29 So nehmet ihn nun auf in dem HERRN mit allen Freuden und habt solche Leute in Ehren.	Philippians 2:29 So take him to your hearts in the Lord with all joy, and give honour to such as he is:
Philipper 2:30 Denn um des Werkes Christi willen ist er dem Tode so nahe gekommen, da er sein Leben gering bedachte, auf daß er mir diente an eurer Statt.	Philippians 2:30 Because for the work of Christ he was near to death, putting his life in danger to make your care for me complete.
