Psalmen 46:1 Gott ist unsre Zuversicht und Stärke. Eine Hilfe in den großen Nöten, die uns getroffen haben.	Psalms 46:1 To the chief music-maker. Of the sons of Korah; put to Alamoth. A Song.God is our harbour and our strength, a very present help in trouble.
Psalmen 46:2 Darum fürchten wir uns nicht, wenngleich die Welt unterginge und die Berge mitten ins Meer sänken,	Psalms 46:2 For this cause we will have no fear, even though the earth is changed, and though the mountains are moved in the heart of the sea;
Psalmen 46:3 wenngleich das Meer wütete und wallte und von seinem Ungestüm die Berge einfielen.	Psalms 46:3 Though its waters are sounding and troubled, and though the mountains are shaking with their violent motion. (Selah.)
Psalmen 46:4 Dennoch soll die Stadt Gottes fein lustig bleiben mit ihren Brünnlein, da die heiligen Wohnungen des Höchsten sind.	Psalms 46:4 There is a river whose streams make glad the resting-place of God, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.
Psalmen 46:5 Gott ist bei ihr drinnen, darum wird sie fest bleiben; Gott hilft ihr früh am Morgen.	Psalms 46:5 God has taken his place in her; she will not be moved: he will come to her help at the dawn of morning.
Psalmen 46:6 Die Heiden müssen verzagen und die Königreiche fallen; das Erdreich muß vergehen, wenn er sich hören läßt.	Psalms 46:6 The nations were angry, the kingdoms were moved; at the sound of his voice the earth became like wax.
Psalmen 46:7 Der HERR Zebaoth ist mit uns; der Gott Jakobs ist unser Schutz.	Psalms 46:7 The Lord of armies is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. (Selah.)
Psalmen 46:8 Kommet her und schauet die Werke des HERRN, der auf Erden solch zerstören anrichtet,	Psalms 46:8 Come, see the works of the Lord, the destruction which he has made in the earth.
Psalmen 46:9 der den Kriegen steuert in aller Welt, den Bogen zerbricht, Spieße zerschlägt und Wagen mit Feuer verbrennt.	Psalms 46:9 He puts an end to wars over all the earth; by him the bow is broken, and the spear cut in two, and the carriage burned in the fire.
Psalmen 46:10 Seid stille und erkennet, daß ich GOTT bin. Ich will Ehre einlegen unter den Heiden; ich will Ehre einlegen auf Erden.	Psalms 46:10 Be at peace in the knowledge that I am God: I will be lifted up among the nations, I will be honoured through all the earth.
