| A Song of praise. Of David. Let me give glory to you, O God, my King; and blessing to your name for ever and ever. | I will extol thee, my God, O King; And I will bless thy name for ever and ever. |
| Every day will I give you blessing, praising your name for ever and ever. | Every day will I bless thee; And I will praise thy name for ever and ever. |
| Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; his power may never be searched out. | Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised; And his greatness is unsearchable. |
| One generation after another will give praise to your great acts, and make clear the operation of your strength. | One generation shall laud thy works to another, And shall declare thy mighty acts. |
| My thoughts will be of the honour and glory of your rule, and of the wonder of your works. | Of the glorious majesty of thine honor, And of thy wondrous works, will I meditate. |
| Men will be talking of the power and fear of your acts; I will give word of your glory. | And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts; And I will declare thy greatness. |
| Their sayings will be full of the memory of all your mercy, and they will make songs of your righteousness. | They shall utter the memory of thy great goodness, And shall sing of thy righteousness. |
| The Lord is full of grace and pity; not quickly angry, but great in mercy. | Jehovah is gracious, and merciful; Slow to anger, and of great lovingkindness. |
| The Lord is good to all men; and his mercies are over all his works. | Jehovah is good to all; And his tender mercies are over all his works. |
| All the works of your hands give praise to you, O Lord; and your saints give you blessing. | All thy works shall give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; And thy saints shall bless thee. |
| Their words will be of the glory of your kingdom, and their talk of your strength; | They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, And talk of thy power; |
| So that the sons of men may have knowledge of his acts of power, and of the great glory of his kingdom. | To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, And the glory of the majesty of his kingdom. |
| Your kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and your rule is through all generations. | Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And thy dominion [endureth] throughout all generations. |
| The Lord is the support of all who are crushed, and the lifter up of all who are bent down. | Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, And raiseth up all those that are bowed down. |
| The eyes of all men are waiting for you; and you give them their food in its time. | The eyes of all wait for thee; And thou givest them their food in due season. |
| By the opening of your hand, every living thing has its desire in full measure. | Thou openest thy hand, And satisfiest the desire of every living thing. |
| The Lord is upright in all his ways, and kind in all his works. | Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, And gracious in all his works. |
| The Lord is near all those who give honour to his name; even to all who give honour to him with true hearts. | Jehovah is nigh unto all them that call upon him, To all that call upon him in truth. |
| To his worshippers, he will give their desire; their cry comes to his ears, and he gives them salvation. | He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him; He also will hear their cry and will save them. |
| The Lord will keep all his worshippers from danger; but he will send destruction on all sinners. | Jehovah preserveth all them that love him; But all the wicked will he destroy. |
| My mouth will give praise to the Lord; let all flesh be blessing his holy name for ever and ever. | My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; And let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever. Psalm 146 |
