Esther 3	Ester 3
Esther 3:1 After these things, by the order of the king, Haman, the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, was lifted up and given a position of honour and a higher place than all the other captains who were with him.	Ester 3:1 Sa tapus niining mga butanga gipauswag ni Assuero si Aman anak nga lalake ni Amadatha ang Agagehanon, ug gipauswag siya, ug gibutang ang iyang lingkoranan labaw sa tanang mga principe nga diha uban kaniya.
Esther 3:2 And all the king's servants who were in the king's house went down to the earth before Haman and gave him honour: for so the king had given orders. But Mordecai did not go down before him or give him honour.	Ester 3:2 Ug ang tanang mga alagad sa hari, nga dinha sa ganghaan sa hari, nagyukbo ug nagtahud kang Aman; kay ang hari nagsugo sa ingon mahitungod kaniya. Apan si Mardocheo wala moyukbo, ni magtahud kaniya.
Esther 3:3 Then the king's servants who were in the king's house said to Mordecai, Why do you go against the king's order?	Ester 3:3 Unya ang mga alagad sa hari, nga didto sa iyang ganghaan ming-ingon kang Mardocheo: Nganong naglapas ka sa sugo sa hari?
Esther 3:4 Now when they had said this to him day after day and he gave no attention, they let Haman have news of it, to see if Mordecai's behaviour would be overlooked: for he had said to them that he was a Jew.	Ester 3:4 Ug nahitabo, nga sila sa adlaw-adlaw nagasulti kaniya, ug siya wala mamati kanila, ug ilang gisuginlan si Aman, aron tan-awon kong ang mga pulong ni Mardocheo nagapadayon ba; kay iyang gisuginlan sila nga siya usa ka Judio.
Esther 3:5 And when Haman saw that Mordecai did not go down before him and give him honour, Haman was full of wrath.	Ester 3:5 Ug sa nakita ni Aman nga si Mardocheo wala moyukbo, ni magtahud kaniya, unya si Aman napuno sa kaligutgut.
Esther 3:6 But it was not enough for him to make an attack on Mordecai only; for they had made clear to him who Mordecai's people were; so Haman made it his purpose to put an end to all the Jews, even Mordecai's people, through all the kingdom of Ahasuerus.	Ester 3:6 Apan iyang gihunahuna nga pagtamay ang pagpatilaw kang Mardocheo lamang; kay ilang gipahibalo kaniya ang katawohan ni Mardocheo, busa si Aman nagtinguha sa paglaglag sa tanang mga Judio nga dinha sa tibook gingharian ni Assuero, bisan pa ang katawohan ni Mardocheo.
Esther 3:7 In the first month, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of King Ahasuerus, from day to day and from month to month they went on looking for a sign given by Pur (that is chance) before Haman, till the sign came out for the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month Adar.	Ester 3:7 Sa nahaunang bulan, nga mao ang bulan sa Nisan, sa ikanapulo ug duha ka tuig ni hari Assuero, ilang gihimo ang Pur, nga mao ang rifa, sa atubangan ni Aman adlaw-adlaw, ug bulan-bulan, ngadto sa ikapulo ug duha ka bulan nga mao ang bulan sa Adar.
Esther 3:8 And Haman said to King Ahasuerus, There is a certain nation living here and there in small groups among the people in all the divisions of your kingdom; their laws are different from those of any other nation, and they do not keep the king's laws: for this reason it is not right for the king to let them be.	Ester 3:8 Ug si Aman miingon kang hari Assuero: Adunay usa ka katawohan nga nangakatag sa halayong dapit, ug nagkatibulaag sa taliwala sa mga katawohan sa tanang nga lalawigan sa imong gingharian; ug ang ilang mga balaod lahi sa balaod sa tagsatagsa ka katawohan; ni nagabantay sila sa balaod sa hari: busa dili kaayohan sa hari ang pagpasagad kanila.
Esther 3:9 If it is the king's pleasure, let a statement ordering their destruction be put in writing: and I will give to those responsible for the king's business, ten thousand talents of silver for the king's store-house.	Ester 3:9 Kong kini makapahimuot sa hari, ipahimo ang pagsulat nga sila pagalaglagon: ug ako mobayad sa napulo ka libong talento nga salapi sa mga sinaligan sa buhat sa hari, aron sa pagdala niana ngadto sa tipiganan sa bahandi sa hari.
Esther 3:10 And the king took his ring from his hand and gave it to Haman, the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the hater of the Jews.	Ester 3:10 Ug ang hari mikuha sa iyang singsing gikan sa iyang kamot, ug gihatag kini kang Aman anak nga lalake ni Amadatha ang Agagehanon, ang kaaway sa mga Judio.
Esther 3:11 And the king said to Haman, The money is yours, and the people, to do with them whatever seems right to you.	Ester 3:11 Ug ang hari miingon kang Aman: Ang salapi gihatag kanimo, ang katawohan usab, sa pagbuhat kanila sumala sa daw maayo kanimo.
Esther 3:12 Then on the thirteenth day of the first month, the king's scribes were sent for, and they put in writing Haman's orders to all the king's captains and the rulers of every division of his kingdom and the chiefs of every people: for every division of the kingdom in the writing commonly used there, and to every people in the language which was theirs; it was signed in the name of King Ahasuerus and stamped with the king's ring.	Ester 3:12 Unya ang mga magsusulat sa hari gipatawag sa nahaunang bulan, sa ikapulo ug tolo ka adlaw niana; ug didto gisulat sumala sa tanan nga gisugo ni Aman sa mga tinugyanan sa hari, ug sa mga gobernador nga dinha sa tagsatagsa ka lalawigan, ug sa mga principe sa tagsatagsa ka katawohan, sa tagsatagsa ka lalawigan sumala sa nahisulat didto, ug sa tagsatagsa ka katawohan sumala sa ilang pinulongan; sa ngalan sa hari nga si Assuero kini gisulat ug gipatikan sa singsing sa hari.
Esther 3:13 And letters were sent by the runners into every division of the kingdom ordering the death and destruction of all Jews, young and old, little children and women, on the same day, even the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month Adar, and the taking of all their goods by force.	Ester 3:13 Ug ang mga sulat gipadala sa correo ngadto sa tanang mga lalawigan sa hari, aron sa paglaglag, sa pagpatay, ug sa pagpoo, sa tanang mga Judio, batan-on ug tigulang, mga kabataan nga gagmay ug mga babaye, sulod sa usa ka adlaw, bisan sa ikapulo ug tolo ka adlaw, sa ikanapulo ug duha ka bulan, nga mao ang bulan sa Adar, ug sa pagkuha sa tanan nila nga mga inagaw alang sa usa ka salakmiton.
Esther 3:14 A copy of the writing, to be made public in every part of the kingdom, was sent out to all the peoples, so that they might be ready when that day came.	Ester 3:14 Usa ka hinulad sa sulat, nga ang sugo igahatag sa tagsatagsa ka lalawigan, gimantala sa tibook katawohan, nga sila mangandam niadtong adlawa.
Esther 3:15 The runners went out quickly by the king's order, and a public statement was made in Shushan: and the king and Haman took wine together: but the town of Shushan was troubled.	Ester 3:15 Ang mga correo nanagdala sa pagdali sa sugo sa hari, ug ang sugo gihatag didto sa Susan, nga mao ang palacio. Ug ang hari ug si Aman nanlingkod sa pag-inum; apan ang ciudad sa Susan nalibog.
