Isaias 11
|
| And there will come a rod out of the broken tree of Jesse, and a branch out of his roots will give fruit. | Ug may mogula nga usa ka, saha gikan sa punoan ni Isai, ug mobunga ang usa ka sanga gikan sa iyang mga gamot. |
| And the spirit of the Lord will be resting on him, the spirit of wisdom and good sense, the spirit of wise guiding and strength, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; | Ug ang Espiritu ni Jehova mopuyo sa ibabaw kaniya, ang espiritu sa kaalam ug sa pagsabut, ang espiritu sa pagtambag ug kagahum, ang espiritu sa kahibalo ug sa kahadlok kang Jehova. |
| And he will not be guided in his judging by what he sees, or give decisions by the hearing of his ears: | Ug ang iyang kalipay anaa sa kahadlok kang Jehova; ug siya dili magahukom sumala sa panan-aw sa iyang mga mata, ni mosaway siya sumala sa mabati sa iyang mga igdulungog; |
| But he will do right in the cause of the poor, and give wise decisions for those in the land who are in need; and the rod of his mouth will come down on the cruel, and with the breath of his lips he will put an end to the evil-doer. | Kondili uban ang justicia magahukom siya sa mga kabus, ug pakanaugan niya sa hukom uban ang katul-id kadtong mga mapainubsanon sa yuta: ug pagahampakon niya ang yuta sa baras sa iyang baba; ug pinaagi sa gininhawa sa iyang mga ngabil pagapatyon niya ang tawong dautan. |
| And righteousness will be the cord of his robe, and good faith the band round his breast. | Ug ang pagkamatarung mao ang bakus sa iyang hawak, ug ang pagkamatinumanon mao ang bakus sa iyang lawas. |
| And the wolf will be living with the lamb, and the leopard will take his rest with the young goat; and the lion will take grass for food like the ox; and the young lion will go with the young ones of the herd; and a little child will be their guide. | Ug ang lobo mopuyo uban sa nating carnero, ug ang leopardo mohigda uban sa nating kanding; ug ang nating vaca ug ang nating leon ug ang linaming nga mananap manag-ipon sila; ug ang usa ka bata nga gamay maoy magamando kanila. |
| And the cow and the bear will be friends while their young ones are sleeping together. | Ug ang vaca ug ang oso managsibsib; ug ang ilang mga nati manag-ipon sa paglubog; ug ang leon mosibsib sa kompay sama sa torong vaca. |
| And the child at the breast will be playing by the hole of the snake, and the older child will put his hand on the bright eye of the poison-snake. | Ug ang mga bata nga masuso magadula sa lungag sa sawa, ug ang bata nga linutas mokuot sa langub sa halas nga bahion. |
| There will be no cause of pain or destruction in all my holy mountain: for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the sea is covered by the waters. | Dili nila pagadauton ni pagagub-on ang tibook ko nga bukid nga balaan; kay ang yuta mapuno sa kahibalo kang Jehova, ingon sa mga tubig nga nagatabon sa dagat. |
| And in that day, the eyes of the nations will be turned to the root of Jesse which will be lifted up as the flag of the peoples; and his resting-place will be glory. | Ug mahitabo niadtong adlawa, nga ang gamot ni Isai, nga nagatindog ingon nga usa ka bandila sa mga katawohan, kaniya mangita ang mga nasud; ug ang iyang dapit nga pagapahulayan mahimong mahimayaon. |
| And in that day the hand of the Lord will be stretched out the second time to get back the rest of his people, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the sea-lands. | Ug mahitabo niadtong adlawa, nga igadapion pag-usab sa Ginoo ang iyang kamot sa ikaduha aron sa pagbawi sa salin sa iyang katawohan, nga mahabilin pa, gikan sa Asiria, ug gikan sa Egipto, ug gikan sa Parthia, ug gikan sa Etiopia, ug gikan sa Persia, ug gikan sa Caldea, ug gikan sa Amath, ug gikan sa mga pulo sa dagat. |
| And he will put up a flag as a sign to the nations, and he will get together those of Israel who had been sent away, and the wandering ones of Judah, from the four ends of the earth. | Ug siya magatindog ug usa ka bandila alang sa mga nasud, ug magapatigum sa hininginlan gikan sa Israel, ug pagatigumon ang nangapatlaag gikan sa Juda gikan sa upat ka kasuokan sa yuta. |
| And the envy of Ephraim will be gone, and those who make trouble for Judah will come to an end: Ephraim will have no more envy of Judah, and there will be an end of Judah's hate for Ephraim. | Ang kasina usab sa Ephraim mawala, ug sila nga nanagsamok kang Juda pagalaglagon: ang Ephraim dili na masina sa Juda, ug ang Juda dili magasamok kang Ephraim. |
| And they will be united in attacking the Philistines on the west, and together they will take the goods of the children of the east: their hand will be on Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon will be under their rule. | Ug sila manghugpa sa abaga sa mga Filistehanon didto sa kasaladpan; managhiusa sila sa pagpangagaw sa mga butang sa mga anak sa silangan: ilang igatuy-od ang ilang kamot sa Edom ug sa Moab; ug ang mga anak sa Ammon managtahud kanila. |
| And the Lord will make the tongue of the Egyptian sea completely dry; and with his burning wind his hand will be stretched out over the River, and it will be parted into seven streams, so that men may go over it with dry feet. | Ug sa hingpit pagalaglagon ni Jehova ang dila sa dagat sa Egipto; ug uban ang iyang hangin nga makamala igabakyaw niya ang iyang kamot ibabaw sa Suba, ug kini pagabulagon niya sa pito ka mga sapa, ug palatason niya ang mga tawo nga mala ang mga tiil. |
| And there will be a highway for the rest of his people from Assyria; as there was for Israel in the day when he came up out of the land of Egypt. | Ug adunay dalan nga halapad alang sa salin sa iyang katawohan, nga mopabilin, gikan sa Asiria; ingon nga dihay salin sa Israel sa adlaw sa iyang paggula gikan sa yuta sa Eqipto. |
