Titus 1	Kang Tito 1
Titus 1:1 Paul, a servant of God, and an Apostle of Jesus Christ, in agreement with the faith of the saints of God and the full knowledge of what is true in harmony with religion,	Kang Tito 1:1 Si Pablo, ulipon sa Dios ug apostol ni Jesu-Cristo, aron sa pagpausbaw sa pagtoo sa mga pinili sa Dios, ug sa ilang kahibalo sa kamatuoran nga nahitukma sa pagkadiosnon,
Titus 1:2 In the hope of eternal life, which was made certain before eternal time, by the word of God who is ever true;	Kang Tito 1:2 diha sa paglaum alang sa dayong kinabuhi nga sa Dios nga dili arang makabakak, gisaad kaniadto sa wala pa ang kapanahonan
Titus 1:3 Who, in his time, made clear his word in the good news, of which, by the order of God our Saviour, I became a preacher;	Kang Tito 1:3 ug nga sa gitagal nga panahon gikapadayag diha sa iyang pulong pinaagi sa pagwali nga gipiyal kanako sumala sa sugo sa Dios nga atong Manluluwas;
Titus 1:4 To Titus, my true child in our common faith: Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Saviour.	Kang Tito 1:4 Kang Tito, akong tinuod nga anak diha sa tinuohan nga atong tanan:
Titus 1:5 I did not take you with me when I went away from Crete, so that you might do what was necessary to put things in order there, placing men in authority over the churches in every town, as I said to you;	Kang Tito 1:5 Gibilin ko ikaw sa Creta sa hinungdan nga mao kini, aron sa paghulip sa kakulangan, ug sa pagtudlog mga anciano sa matag-usa ka lungsod sumala sa akong gitugon kanimo,
Titus 1:6 Men having a good record, husbands of one wife, whose children are of the faith, children of whom it may not be said that they are given to loose living or are uncontrolled.	Kang Tito 1:6 nga ang maong mga tawo kinahanglan dili masaway, bana sa usa lamang ka asawa, kinsang mga anak mga magtotoo ug dili arang kabutangan ug sumbong sa pagkamapatuyangon o pagkamasupilon.
Titus 1:7 For it is necessary for a Bishop to be a man of virtue, as God's servant; not pushing himself forward, not quickly moved to wrath or blows, not desiring profit for himself;	Kang Tito 1:7 Kay ang obispo, ingon nga piniyalan sa Dios, kinahanglan dili baladlongon; kinahanglan dili siya magpalabawlabaw sa iyang kaugalingon, dili masuk-anon, dili hinginom ug bino, dili tigpanukmag, dili hinapi sa talamayong paagi,
Titus 1:8 But opening his house freely to guests; a lover of what is good, serious-minded, upright, holy, self-controlled;	Kang Tito 1:8 hinonoa maabiabihon siya sa mga dumuloong, mahigugmaon sa maayo, mabuot, matarung, putli, mapugnganon sa kaugalingon;
Titus 1:9 Keeping to the true word of the teaching, so that he may be able to give comfort by right teaching and overcome the arguments of the doubters.	Kang Tito 1:9 kinahanglan nga mangupot siya pag-ayo sa kasaligang pulong nga ingon sa gikatudlo kaniya, aron makahimo siya sa paghatag ug pagtulon-an sa matarung tuloohan, ug usab sa pagsaway kanila nga nagasupak niini.
Titus 1:10 For there are men who are not ruled by law; foolish talkers, false teachers, specially those of the circumcision,	Kang Tito 1:10 Kay daghan ang mga tawong masukihon, mga tigsultig mga pulong nga walay hinungdan ug usab mga malimbongon, ilabina ang mga tawo sa pundok sa mga may sirkunsisyon,
Titus 1:11 By whom some families have been completely overturned; who take money for teaching things which are not right; these will have to be stopped.	Kang Tito 1:11 kinsang mga baba kinahanglan busalan, sanglit kini sila tungod lang sa pagpanapi nga makauulaw, nanagpangdaut man sa tibuok nga mga panimalay pinaagi sa pagpanudlo sa dili nila katungod sa pagpanudlo.
Titus 1:12 One of their prophets has said, The men of Crete are ever false, evil beasts, lovers of food, hating work.	Kang Tito 1:12 Usa kanila, nga ilang kaugalingon profeta, miingon, "Ang mga Cretanhon kanunay gayung bakakon, mga mananap nga dautan, mga palakaon nga tapulan."
Titus 1:13 This witness is true. So say sharp words to them so that they may come to the right faith,	Kang Tito 1:13 Tinuod kining pagpamatuora. Busa badlonga sila sa mapig-iton gayud, aron magamaayo sila diha sa pagtoo,
Titus 1:14 Giving no attention to the fictions of the Jews and the rules of men who have no true knowledge.	Kang Tito 1:14 ug dili na magtagad sa mga tinumotumong sugilanon sa mga Judio o sa mga kasugoan gikan sa mga tawo nga nanagsalikway sa kamatuoran.
Titus 1:15 To the clean in heart all things are clean: but to those who are unclean and without faith nothing is clean; they become unclean in mind and in thought.	Kang Tito 1:15 Alang sa mga maputli, ang tanang mga butang maputli; apan alang sa mga mahugaw ug dili matinoohon, walay bisan unsang butang nga maputli; hinonoa ang ilang mga hunahuna ug kaisipan mao ang mahugaw.
Titus 1:16 They say that they have knowledge of God, while by their acts they are turning their backs on him; they are hated by all, hard-hearted, and judged to be without value for any good work.
