Genesis 46:1 And Israel went on his journey with all he had, and came to Beer-sheba, where he made offerings to the God of his father Isaac.	Genèse 46:1 Israël partit, avec tout ce qui lui appartenait. Il arriva à Beer Schéba, et il offrit des sacrifices au Dieu de son père Isaac.
Genesis 46:2 And God said to Israel in a night-vision, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.	Genèse 46:2 Dieu parla à Israël dans une vision pendant la nuit, et il dit: Jacob! Jacob! Israël répondit: Me voici!
Genesis 46:3 And he said, I am God, the God of your father: go down to Egypt without fear, for I will make a great nation of you there:	Genèse 46:3 Et Dieu dit: Je suis le Dieu, le Dieu de ton père. Ne crains point de descendre en Égypte, car là je te ferai devenir une grande nation.
Genesis 46:4 I will go down with you to Egypt, and I will see that you come back again, and at your death Joseph will put his hands on your eyes.	Genèse 46:4 Moi-même je descendrai avec toi en Égypte, et moi-même je t`en ferai remonter; et Joseph te fermera les yeux.
Genesis 46:5 Then Jacob went on from Beer-sheba; and the sons of Jacob took their father and their little ones and their wives in the carts which Pharaoh had sent for them.	Genèse 46:5 Jacob quitta Beer Schéba; et les fils d`Israël mirent Jacob, leur père, avec leurs enfants et leurs femmes, sur les chars que Pharaon avait envoyés pour les transporter.
Genesis 46:6 And they took their cattle and all the goods which they had got in the land of Canaan, and came to Egypt, even Jacob and all his seed:	Genèse 46:6 Ils prirent aussi leurs troupeaux et les biens qu`ils avaient acquis dans le pays de Canaan. Et Jacob se rendit en Égypte, avec toute sa famille.
Genesis 46:7 His sons and his sons' sons, his daughters and his daughters' sons and all his family he took with him into Egypt.	Genèse 46:7 Il emmena avec lui en Égypte ses fils et les fils de ses fils, ses filles et les filles de ses fils, et toute sa famille.
Genesis 46:8 And these are the names of the children of Israel who came into Egypt, even Jacob and all his sons: Reuben, Jacob's oldest son;	Genèse 46:8 Voici les noms des fils d`Israël, qui vinrent en Égypte. Jacob et ses fils. Premier-né de Jacob: Ruben.
Genesis 46:9 And the sons of Reuben: Hanoch and Pallu and Hezron and Carmi;	Genèse 46:9 Fils de Ruben: Hénoc, Pallu, Hetsron et Carmi.
Genesis 46:10 And the sons of Simeon: Jemuel and Jamin and Ohad and Jachin and Zohar and Shaul, the son of a woman of Canaan;	Genèse 46:10 Fils de Siméon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jakin et Tsochar; et Saul, fils de la Cananéenne.
Genesis 46:11 And the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari;	Genèse 46:11 Fils de Lévi: Guerschon, Kehath et Merari.
Genesis 46:12 And the sons of Judah: Er and Onan and Shelah and Perez and Zerah: but Er and Onan had come to their death in the land of Canaan; and the sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul.	Genèse 46:12 Fils de Juda: Er, Onan, Schéla, Pérets et Zarach; mais Er et Onan moururent au pays de Canaan. Les fils de Pérets furent Hetsron et Hamul.
Genesis 46:13 And the sons of Issachar: Tola and Puah and Job and Shimron;	Genèse 46:13 Fils d`Issacar: Thola, Puva, Job et Schimron.
Genesis 46:14 And the sons of Zebulun: Sered and Elon and Jahleel;	Genèse 46:14 Fils de Zabulon: Séred, Élon et Jahleel.
Genesis 46:15 All these, together with his daughter Dinah, were the children of Leah, whom Jacob had by her in Paddan-aram; they were thirty-three in number.	Genèse 46:15 Ce sont là les fils que Léa enfanta à Jacob à Paddan Aram, avec sa fille Dina. Ses fils et ses filles formaient en tout trente-trois personnes.
Genesis 46:16 And the sons of Gad: Ziphion and Haggi, Shuni and Ezbon, Eri and Arodi and Areli;	Genèse 46:16 Fils de Gad: Tsiphjon, Haggi, Schuni, Etsbon, Éri, Arodi et Areéli.
Genesis 46:17 And the sons of Asher: Jimnah and Ishvah and Ishvi and Beriah, and Sarah, their sister; and the sons of Beriah: Heber and Malchiel.	Genèse 46:17 Fils d`Aser: Jimna, Jischva, Jischvi et Beria; et Sérach, leur soeur. Et les fils de Beria: Héber et Malkiel.
Genesis 46:18 These are the children of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to his daughter Leah, and Jacob had these sixteen children by her.	Genèse 46:18 Ce sont là les fils de Zilpa, que Laban avait donnée à Léa, sa fille; et elle les enfanta à Jacob. En tout, seize personnes.
Genesis 46:19 The sons of Jacob's wife Rachel: Joseph and Benjamin.	Genèse 46:19 Fils de Rachel, femme de Jacob: Joseph et Benjamin.
Genesis 46:20 And Joseph had Manasseh and Ephraim in the land of Egypt, by Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera, priest of On.	Genèse 46:20 Il naquit à Joseph, au pays d`Égypte, Manassé et Éphraïm, que lui enfanta Asnath, fille de Poti Phéra, prêtre d`On.
Genesis 46:21 And the sons of Benjamin were Belah and Becher and Ashbel, Gera and Naaman, Ehi and Rosh, Muppim and Huppim and Ard.	Genèse 46:21 Fils de Benjamin: Béla, Béker, Aschbel, Guéra, Naaman, Éhi, Rosch, Muppim, Huppim et Ard.
Genesis 46:22 All these were the children of Rachel whom Jacob had by her, fourteen persons.	Genèse 46:22 Ce sont là les fils de Rachel, qui naquirent à Jacob. En tout, quatorze personnes.
Genesis 46:23 And the son of Dan was Hushim.	Genèse 46:23 Fils de Dan: Huschim.
Genesis 46:24 And the sons of Naphtali: Jahzeel and Guni and Jezer and Shillem.	Genèse 46:24 Fils de Nephthali: Jathtseel, Guni, Jetser et Schillem.
Genesis 46:25 These were the children of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to his daughter Rachel, seven persons.	Genèse 46:25 Ce sont là les fils de Bilha, que Laban avait donnée à Rachel, sa fille; et elle les enfanta à Jacob. En tout, sept personnes.
Genesis 46:26 All the persons who came with Jacob into Egypt, the offspring of his body, were sixty-six, without taking into account the wives of Jacob's sons.	Genèse 46:26 Les personnes qui vinrent avec Jacob en Égypte, et qui étaient issues de lui, étaient au nombre de soixante-six en tout, sans compter les femmes des fils de Jacob.
Genesis 46:27 And the sons of Joseph whom he had in Egypt were two. Seventy persons of the family of Jacob came into Egypt.	Genèse 46:27 Et Joseph avait deux fils qui lui étaient nés en Égypte. Le total des personnes de la famille de Jacob qui vinrent en Égypte était de soixante-dix.
Genesis 46:28 Now he had sent Judah before him to Goshen, to get word from Joseph; and so they came to the land of Goshen.	Genèse 46:28 Jacob envoya Juda devant lui vers Joseph, pour l`informer qu`il se rendait en Gosen.
Genesis 46:29 And Joseph got his carriage ready and went to Goshen for the meeting with his father; and when he came before him, he put his arms round his neck, weeping.	Genèse 46:29 Joseph attela son char et y monta, pour aller en Gosen, à la rencontre d`Israël, son père. Dès qu`il le vit, il se jeta à son cou, et pleura longtemps sur son cou.
Genesis 46:30 And Israel said to Joseph, Now that I have seen you living again, I am ready for death.	Genèse 46:30 Israël dit à Joseph: Que je meure maintenant, puisque j`ai vu ton visage et que tu vis encore!
Genesis 46:31 And Joseph said to his brothers and to his father's people, I will go and give the news to Pharaoh, and say to him, My brothers and my father's people, from the land of Canaan, have come to me;	Genèse 46:31 Joseph dit à ses frères et à la famille de son père: Je vais avertir Pharaon, et je lui dirai: Mes frères et la famille de mon père, qui étaient au pays de Canaan, sont arrivés auprès de moi.
Genesis 46:32 And these men are keepers of sheep and owners of cattle, and have with them their flocks and their herds and all they have.	Genèse 46:32 Ces hommes sont bergers, car ils élèvent des troupeaux; ils ont amené leurs brebis et leurs boeufs, et tout ce qui leur appartient.
Genesis 46:33 Now when Pharaoh sends for you and says, What is your business?	Genèse 46:33 Et quand Pharaon vous appellera, et dira:
Genesis 46:34 You are to say, Your servants have been keepers of cattle from our early days up to now, like our fathers; in this way you will be able to have the land of Goshen for yourselves; because keepers of sheep are unclean in the eyes of the Egyptians.	Genèse 46:34 Quelle est votre occupation? vous répondrez: Tes serviteurs ont élevé des troupeaux, depuis notre jeunesse jusqu`à présent, nous et nos pères. De cette manière, vous habiterez dans le pays de Gosen, car tous les bergers sont en abomination aux Égyptiens.
