Haggai 2:1 In the seventh month, on the twenty-first day of the month, the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,	Aggée 2:1 Le vingt et unième jour du septième mois, la parole de l`Éternel se révéla par Aggée, le prophète, en ces mots:
Haggai 2:2 Say now to Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel, ruler of Judah, and to Joshua, the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the rest of the people,	Aggée 2:2 Parle à Zorobabel, fils de Schealthiel, gouverneur de Juda, à Josué, fils de Jotsadak, le souverain sacrificateur, et au reste du peuple, et dis-leur:
Haggai 2:3 Who is there still among you who saw this house in its first glory? and how do you see it now? is it not in your eyes as nothing?	Aggée 2:3 Quel est parmi vous le survivant Qui ait vu cette maison dans sa gloire première? Et comment la voyez-vous maintenant? Telle qu`elle est, ne paraît-elle pas comme rien à vos yeux?
Haggai 2:4 But now be strong, O Zerubbabel, says the Lord; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong, all you people of the land, says the Lord, and get to work: for I am with you, says the Lord of armies:	Aggée 2:4 Maintenant fortifie-toi, Zorobabel! dit l`Éternel. Fortifie-toi, Josué, fils de Jotsadak, souverain sacrificateur! Fortifie-toi, peuple entier du pays! dit l`Éternel. Et travaillez! Car je suis avec vous, Dit l`Éternel des armées.
Haggai 2:5 The agreement which I made with you when you came out of Egypt, and my spirit, are with you still; have no fear.	Aggée 2:5 Je reste fidèle à l`alliance que j`ai faite avec vous Quand vous sortîtes de l`Égypte, Et mon esprit est au milieu de vous; Ne craignez pas!
Haggai 2:6 For this is what the Lord of armies has said: In a short time I will make a shaking of the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry land;	Aggée 2:6 Car ainsi parle l`Éternel des armées: Encore un peu de temps, Et j`ébranlerai les cieux et la terre, La mer et le sec;
Haggai 2:7 And I will make a shaking of all the nations, and the desired things of all nations will come: and I will make this house full of my glory, says the Lord of armies.	Aggée 2:7 J`ébranlerai toutes les nations; Les trésors de toutes les nations viendront, Et je remplirai de gloire cette maison, Dit l`Éternel des armées.
Haggai 2:8 The silver is mine and the gold is mine, says the Lord of armies.	Aggée 2:8 L`argent est à moi, et l`or est à moi, Dit l`Éternel des armées.
Haggai 2:9 The second glory of this house will be greater than the first, says the Lord of armies: and in this place I will give peace, says the Lord of armies.	Aggée 2:9 La gloire de cette dernière maison sera plus grande Que celle de la première, Dit l`Éternel des armées; Et c`est dans ce lieu que je donnerai la paix, Dit l`Éternel des armées.
Haggai 2:10 On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,	Aggée 2:10 le vingt-quatrième jour du neuvième mois, la seconde année de Darius, la parole de l`Éternel se révéla par Aggée, le prophète, en ces mots:
Haggai 2:11 These are the words of the Lord of armies: Put now a point of law to the priests, saying,	Aggée 2:11 Ainsi parle l`Éternel des armées: Propose aux sacrificateurs cette question sur la loi:
Haggai 2:12 If anyone has some holy flesh folded in the skirt of his robe, will bread or soup or wine or oil or any other food be made holy if touched by his skirt? And the priests answering said, No.	Aggée 2:12 Si quelqu`un porte dans le pan de son vêtement de la chair consacrée, et qu`il touche avec son vêtement du pain, des mets, du vin, de l`huile, ou un aliment quelconque, ces choses seront-elles sanctifiées? Les sacrificateurs répondirent: Non!
Haggai 2:13 Then Haggai said, Will any of these be made unclean by the touch of one who is unclean through touching a dead body? And the priests answering said, It will be made unclean.	Aggée 2:13 Et Aggée dit: Si quelqu`un souillé par le contact d`un cadavre touche toutes ces choses, seront-elles souillées? Les sacrificateurs répondirent: Elles seront souillées.
Haggai 2:14 Then Haggai said, So is this people and so is this nation before me, says the Lord; and so is every work of their hands; and the offering they give there is unclean.	Aggée 2:14 Alors Aggée, reprenant la parole, dit: Tel est ce peuple, telle est cette nation devant moi, dit l`Éternel, Telles sont toutes les oeuvres de leurs mains; Ce qu`ils m`offrent là est souillé.
Haggai 2:15 And now, give thought, looking back from this day to the time before one stone was put on another in the Temple of the Lord:	Aggée 2:15 Considérez donc attentivement Ce qui s`est passé jusqu`à ce jour, Avant qu`on eût mis pierre sur pierre au temple de l`Éternel!
Haggai 2:16 How, when anyone came to a store of twenty measures, there were only ten: when anyone went to the wine-store to get fifty vessels full, there were only twenty.	Aggée 2:16 Alors, quand on venait à un tas de vingt mesures, Il n`y en avait que dix; Quand on venait à la cuve pour puiser cinquante mesures, Il n`y en avait que vingt.
Haggai 2:17 And I sent burning and wasting and a rain of ice-drops on all the works of your hands; but still you were not turned to me, says the Lord.	Aggée 2:17 Je vous ai frappés par la rouille et par la nielle, et par la grêle; J`ai frappé tout le travail de vos mains. Malgré cela, vous n`êtes pas revenus à moi, dit l`Éternel.
Haggai 2:18 And now, give thought; looking on from this day, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the time when the base of the Lord's house was put in its place, give thought to it.	Aggée 2:18 Considérez attentivement Ce qui s`est passé jusqu`à ce jour, Jusqu`au vingt-quatrième jour du neuvième mois, Depuis le jour où le temple de l`Éternel a été fondé, Considérez-le attentivement!
Haggai 2:19 Is the seed still in the store-house? have the vine and the fig-tree, the pomegranate and the olive-tree, still not given their fruit? from this day I will send my blessing on you.	Aggée 2:19 Y avait-il encore de la semence dans les greniers? Même la vigne, le figuier, le grenadier et l`olivier, N`ont rien rapporté. Mais dès ce jour je répandrai ma bénédiction.
Haggai 2:20 And the word of the Lord came a second time to Haggai, on the twenty-fourth day of the month, saying,	Aggée 2:20 La parole de l`Éternel fut adressée pour la seconde fois à Aggée, le vingt-quatrième jour du mois, en ces mots:
Haggai 2:21 Say to Zerubbabel, ruler of Judah, I will make a shaking of the heavens and the earth,	Aggée 2:21 Parle à Zorobabel, gouverneur de Juda, et dis: J`ébranlerai les cieux et la terre;
Haggai 2:22 Overturning the power of kingdoms; and I will send destruction on the strength of the kingdoms of the nations; by me war-carriages will be overturned with those who are in them; and the horses and the horsemen will come down, everyone by the sword of his brother.	Aggée 2:22 Je renverserai le trône des royaumes, Je détruirai la force des royaumes des nations, Je renverserai les chars et ceux qui les montent; Les chevaux et leurs cavaliers seront abattus, L`un par l`épée de l`autre.
Haggai 2:23 In that day, says the Lord of armies, I will take you, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, says the Lord, and will make you as a jewelled ring: for I have taken you to be mine, says the Lord of armies.	Aggée 2:23 En ce jour-là, dit l`Éternel des armées, Je te prendrai, Zorobabel, fils de Schealthiel, Mon serviteur, dit l`Éternel, Et je te garderai comme un sceau; Car je t`ai choisi, dit l`Éternel des armées.
