Deuteronomy 32:1 Give ear, O heavens, to my voice; let the earth take note of the words of my mouth:	Deuteronomium 32:1 Merkt auf, ihr Himmel, ich will reden, und die Erde höre die Rede meines Mundes.
Deuteronomy 32:2 My teaching is dropping like rain, coming down like dew on the fields; like rain on the young grass and showers on the garden plants:	Deuteronomium 32:2 Meine Lehre triefe wie der Regen, und meine Rede fließe wie Tau, wie der Regen auf das Gras und wie die Tropfen auf das Kraut.
Deuteronomy 32:3 For I will give honour to the name of the Lord: let our God be named great.	Deuteronomium 32:3 Denn ich will den Namen des HERRN preisen. Gebt unserm Gott allein die Ehre!
Deuteronomy 32:4 He is the Rock, complete is his work; for all his ways are righteousness: a God without evil who keeps faith, true and upright is he.	Deuteronomium 32:4 Er ist ein Fels. Seine Werke sind unsträflich; denn alles, was er tut, das ist recht. Treu ist Gott und kein Böses an ihm; gerecht und fromm ist er.
Deuteronomy 32:5 They have become false, they are not his children, the mark of sin is on them; they are an evil and hard-hearted generation.	Deuteronomium 32:5 Die verkehrte und böse Art fällt von ihm ab; sie sind Schandflecken und nicht seine Kinder.
Deuteronomy 32:6 Is this your answer to the Lord, O foolish people and unwise? Is he not your father who has given you life? He has made you and given you your place.	Deuteronomium 32:6 Dankest du also dem HERRN, deinem Gott, du toll und töricht Volk? Ist er nicht dein Vater und dein HERR? Ist's nicht er allein, der dich gemacht und bereitet hat?
Deuteronomy 32:7 Keep in mind the days of the past, give thought to the years of generations gone by: go to your father and he will make it clear to you, to the old men and they will give you the story.	Deuteronomium 32:7 Gedenke der vorigen Zeit bis daher und betrachte, was er getan hat an den alten Vätern. Frage deinen Vater, der wird dir's verkündigen, deine Ältesten, die werden dir's sagen.
Deuteronomy 32:8 When the Most High gave the nations their heritage, separating into groups the children of men, he had the limits of the peoples marked out, keeping in mind the number of the children of Israel.	Deuteronomium 32:8 Da der Allerhöchste die Völker zerteilte und zerstreute der Menschen Kinder, da setzte er die Grenzen der Völker nach der Zahl der Kinder Israel.
Deuteronomy 32:9 For the Lord's wealth is his people; Jacob is the land of his heritage.	Deuteronomium 32:9 Denn des HERRN teil ist sein Volk, Jakob ist sein Erbe.
Deuteronomy 32:10 He came to him in the waste land, in the unpeopled waste of sand: putting his arms round him and caring for him, he kept him as the light of his eye.	Deuteronomium 32:10 Er fand ihn in der Wüste, in der dürren Einöde, da es heult. Er umfing ihn und hatte acht auf ihn; er behütete ihn wie seinen Augapfel.
Deuteronomy 32:11 As an eagle, teaching her young to make their flight, with her wings outstretched over them, takes them up on her strong feathers:	Deuteronomium 32:11 Wie ein Adler ausführt seine Jungen und über ihnen schwebt, breitete er seine Fittiche aus und nahm ihn und trug ihn auf seinen Flügeln.
Deuteronomy 32:12 So the Lord only was his guide, no other god was with him.	Deuteronomium 32:12 Der HERR allein leitete ihn, und kein fremder Gott war mit ihm.
Deuteronomy 32:13 He put him on the high places of the earth, his food was the increase of the field; honey he gave him out of the rock and oil out of the hard rock;	Deuteronomium 32:13 Er ließ ihn hoch herfahren auf Erden und nährte ihn mit den Früchten des Feldes und ließ ihn Honig saugen aus den Felsen und Öl aus den harten Steinen,
Deuteronomy 32:14 Butter from his cows and milk from his sheep, with fat of lambs and sheep of Bashan, and goats, and the heart of the grain; and for your drink, wine from the blood of the grape.	Deuteronomium 32:14 Butter von den Kühen und Milch von den Schafen samt dem Fetten von den Lämmern und feiste Widder und Böcke mit fetten Nieren und Weizen und tränkte ihn mit gutem Traubenblut.
Deuteronomy 32:15 But Jeshurun became fat and would not be controlled: you have become fat, you are thick and full of food: then he was untrue to the God who made him, giving no honour to the Rock of his salvation.	Deuteronomium 32:15 Da aber Jesurun fett ward, ward er übermütig. Er ist fett und dick und stark geworden und hat den Gott fahren lassen, der ihn gemacht hat. Er hat den Fels seines Heils gering geachtet
Deuteronomy 32:16 The honour which was his they gave to strange gods; by their disgusting ways he was moved to wrath.	Deuteronomium 32:16 und hat ihn zum Eifer gereizt durch fremde Götter; durch Greuel hat er ihn erzürnt.
Deuteronomy 32:17 They made offerings to evil spirits which were not God, to gods who were strange to them, which had newly come up, not feared by your fathers.	Deuteronomium 32:17 Sie haben den Teufeln geopfert und nicht ihrem Gott, den Göttern, die sie nicht kannten, den neuen, die zuvor nicht gewesen sind, die ihre Väter nicht geehrt haben.
Deuteronomy 32:18 You have no thought for the Rock, your father, you have no memory of the God who gave you birth.	Deuteronomium 32:18 Deinen Fels, der dich gezeugt hat, hast du aus der Acht gelassen und hast vergessen Gottes, der dich gemacht hat.
Deuteronomy 32:19 And the Lord saw with disgust the evil-doing of his sons and daughters.	Deuteronomium 32:19 Und da es der HERR sah, ward er zornig über seine Söhne und Töchter,
Deuteronomy 32:20 And he said, My face will be veiled from them, I will see what their end will be: for they are an uncontrolled generation, children in whom is no faith.	Deuteronomium 32:20 und er sprach: Ich will mein Antlitz vor ihnen verbergen, will sehen, was ihnen zuletzt widerfahren wird; denn es ist eine verkehrte Art, es sind untreue Kinder.
Deuteronomy 32:21 They have given my honour to that which is not God, moving me to wrath with their false worship: I will give their honour to those who are not a people, moving them to wrath by a foolish nation,	Deuteronomium 32:21 Sie haben mich gereizt an dem, das nicht Gott ist; mit ihrer Abgötterei haben sie mich erzürnt. Und ich will sie wieder reizen an dem, das nicht ein Volk ist; an einem törichten Volk will ich sie erzürnen.
Deuteronomy 32:22 For my wrath is a flaming fire, burning to the deep parts of the underworld, burning up the earth with her increase, and firing the deep roots of the mountains.	Deuteronomium 32:22 Denn ein Feuer ist angegangen durch meinen Zorn und wird brennen bis in die unterste Hölle und wird verzehren das Land mit seinem Gewächs und wird anzünden die Grundfesten der Berge.
Deuteronomy 32:23 I will send a rain of troubles on them, my arrows will be showered on them.	Deuteronomium 32:23 Ich will alles Unglück über sie häufen, ich will meine Pfeile in sie schießen.
Deuteronomy 32:24 They will be wasted from need of food, and overcome by burning heat and bitter destruction; and the teeth of beasts I will send on them, with the poison of the worms of the dust.	Deuteronomium 32:24 Vor Hunger sollen sie verschmachten und verzehrt werden vom Fieber und von jähem Tod. Ich will der Tiere Zähne unter sie schicken und der Schlangen Gift.
Deuteronomy 32:25 Outside they will be cut off by the sword, and in the inner rooms by fear; death will take the young man and the virgin, the baby at the breast and the grey-haired man.	Deuteronomium 32:25 Auswendig wird sie das Schwert berauben und inwendig der Schrecken, beide, Jünglinge und Jungfrauen, die Säuglinge mit dem grauen Mann.
Deuteronomy 32:26 I said I would send them wandering far away, I would make all memory of them go from the minds of men:	Deuteronomium 32:26 Ich wollte sagen: "Wo sind sie? ich werde ihr Gedächtnis aufheben unter den Menschen",
Deuteronomy 32:27 But for the fear that their haters, uplifted in their pride, might say, Our hand is strong, the Lord has not done all this.	Deuteronomium 32:27 wenn ich nicht den Zorn der Feinde scheute, daß nicht ihre Feinde stolz würden und möchten sagen: Unsre Macht ist hoch, und der HERR hat nicht solches alles getan.
Deuteronomy 32:28 For they are a nation without wisdom; there is no sense in them.	Deuteronomium 32:28 Denn es ist ein Volk, darin kein Rat ist, und ist kein Verstand in ihnen.
Deuteronomy 32:29 If only they were wise, if only this was clear to them, and they would give thought to their future!	Deuteronomium 32:29 O, daß sie weise wären und vernähmen solches, daß sie verstünden, was ihnen hernach begegnen wird!
Deuteronomy 32:30 How would it be possible for one to overcome a thousand, and two to send ten thousand in flight, if their rock had not let them go, if the Lord had not given them up?	Deuteronomium 32:30 Wie gehet es zu, daß einer wird ihrer tausend jagen, und zwei werden zehntausend flüchtig machen? Ist es nicht also, daß sie ihr Fels verkauft hat und der HERR sie übergeben hat?
Deuteronomy 32:31 For their rock is not like our Rock, even our haters themselves being judges.	Deuteronomium 32:31 Denn unser Fels ist nicht wie ihr Fels, des sind unsre Feinde selbst Richter.
Deuteronomy 32:32 For their vine is the vine of Sodom, from the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are the grapes of evil, and the berries are bitter:	Deuteronomium 32:32 Denn ihr Weinstock ist vom Weinstock zu Sodom und von dem Acker Gomorras; ihre Trauben sind Galle, sie haben bittere Beeren;
Deuteronomy 32:33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, the cruel poison of snakes.	Deuteronomium 32:33 ihr Wein ist Drachengift und wütiger Ottern Galle.
Deuteronomy 32:34 Is not this among my secrets, kept safe in my store-house?	Deuteronomium 32:34 Ist solches nicht bei mir verborgen und versiegelt in meinen Schätzen?
Deuteronomy 32:35 Punishment is mine and reward, at the time of the slipping of their feet: for the day of their downfall is near, sudden will be their fate.	Deuteronomium 32:35 Die Rache ist mein; ich will vergelten. Zu seiner Zeit soll ihr Fuß gleiten; denn die Zeit ihres Unglücks ist nahe, und was über sie kommen soll, eilt herzu.
Deuteronomy 32:36 For the Lord will be judge of his people, he will have pity for his servants; when he sees that their power is gone, there is no one, shut up or free.	Deuteronomium 32:36 Denn der HERR wird sein Volk richten, und über seine Knechte wird er sich erbarmen. Denn er wird ansehen, daß ihre Macht dahin ist und beides, das Verschlossene und Verlassene, weg ist.
Deuteronomy 32:37 And he will say, Where are their gods, the rock in which they put their faith?	Deuteronomium 32:37 Und man wird sagen: Wo sind ihre Götter, ihr Fels, auf den sie trauten?
Deuteronomy 32:38 Who took the fat of their offerings, and the wine of their drink offering? Let them now come to your help, let them be your salvation.	Deuteronomium 32:38 Welche das Fett ihrer Opfer aßen und tranken den Wein ihrer Trankopfer, laßt sie aufstehen und euch helfen und schützen!
Deuteronomy 32:39 See now, I myself am he; there is no other god but me: giver of death and life, wounding and making well: and no one has power to make you free from my hand.	Deuteronomium 32:39 Seht ihr nun, daß ich's allein bin und ist kein Gott neben Mir! Ich kann töten und lebendig machen, ich kann schlagen und heilen, und ist niemand, der aus meiner Hand errette.
Deuteronomy 32:40 For lifting up my hand to heaven I say, By my unending life,	Deuteronomium 32:40 Denn ich will meine Hand in den Himmel heben und will sagen: Ich lebe ewiglich.
Deuteronomy 32:41 If I make sharp my shining sword, and my hand is outstretched for judging, I will give punishment to those who are against me, and their right reward to my haters.	Deuteronomium 32:41 Wenn ich den Blitz meines Schwerts wetzen werde und meine Hand zur Strafe greifen wird, so will ich mich wieder rächen an meinen Feinden und denen, die mich hassen, vergelten.
Deuteronomy 32:42 I will make my arrows red with blood, my sword will be feasting on flesh, with the blood of the dead and the prisoners, of the long-haired heads of my haters.	Deuteronomium 32:42 Ich will meine Pfeile mit Blut trunken machen, und mein Schwert soll Fleisch fressen, mit dem Blut der Erschlagenen und Gefangenen, von dem entblößten Haupt des Feindes.
Deuteronomy 32:43 Be glad, O you his people, over the nations; for he will take payment for the blood of his servants, and will give punishment to his haters, and take away the sin of his land, for his people.	Deuteronomium 32:43 Jauchzet alle, die ihr sein Volk seid; denn er wird das Blut seiner Knechte rächen und wird sich an seinen Feinden rächen und gnädig sein dem Lande seines Volkes.
Deuteronomy 32:44 So Moses said all the words of this song in the hearing of the people, he and Hoshea, the son of Nun.	Deuteronomium 32:44 Und Mose kam und redete alle Worte dieses Liedes vor den Ohren des Volks, er und Josua, der Sohn Nuns.
Deuteronomy 32:45 And after saying all this to the people,	Deuteronomium 32:45 Da nun Mose solches alles ausgeredet hatte zum ganzen Israel,
Deuteronomy 32:46 Moses said to them, Let the words which I have said to you today go deep into your hearts, and give orders to your children to do every word of this law.	Deuteronomium 32:46 sprach er zu ihnen: Nehmet zu Herzen alle Worte, die ich euch heute bezeuge, daß ihr euren Kindern befehlt, daß sie halten und tun alle Worte dieses Gesetzes.
Deuteronomy 32:47 And this is no small thing for you, but it is your life, and through this you may make your days long in the land which you are going over Jordan to take for your heritage.	Deuteronomium 32:47 Denn es ist nicht ein vergebliches Wort an euch, sondern es ist euer Leben; und solches Wort wird euer Leben verlängern in dem Lande, da ihr hin gehet über den Jordan, daß ihr es einnehmet.
Deuteronomy 32:48 That same day the Lord said to Moses,	Deuteronomium 32:48 Und der HERR redete mit Mose desselben Tages und sprach:
Deuteronomy 32:49 Go up into this mountain of Abarim, to Mount Nebo in the land of Moab opposite Jericho; there you may see the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the children of Israel for their heritage:	Deuteronomium 32:49 Gehe auf das Gebirge Abarim, auf den Berg Nebo, der da liegt im Moabiterland, gegenüber Jericho, und schaue das Land Kanaan, das ich den Kindern Israel zum Eigentum geben werde,
Deuteronomy 32:50 And let death come to you on the mountain where you are going, and be put to rest with your people; as death came to Aaron, your brother, on Mount Hor, where he was put to rest with his people:	Deuteronomium 32:50 und stirb auf dem Berge, wenn du hinaufgekommen bist, und versammle dich zu deinem Volk, gleich wie dein Bruder Aaron starb auf dem Berge Hor und sich zu seinem Volk versammelte,
Deuteronomy 32:51 Because of your sin against me before the children of Israel at the waters of Meribath Kadesh in the waste land of Zin; because you did not keep my name holy among the children of Israel.	Deuteronomium 32:51 darum daß ihr euch an mir versündigt habt unter den Kindern Israel bei dem Haderwasser zu Kades in der Wüste Zin, daß ihr mich nicht heiligtet unter den Kindern Israel;
Deuteronomy 32:52 So you will see the land before you, but you will not go into the land which I am giving to the children of Israel.	Deuteronomium 32:52 denn du sollst das Land vor dir sehen, daß ich den Kindern Israel gebe, aber du sollst nicht hineinkommen.
