Hosea 7	Hosea 7
Hosea 7:1 When my desire was for the fate of my people to be changed and to make Israel well, then the sin of Ephraim was made clear, and the evil-doing of Samaria; for their ways are false, and the thief comes into the house, while the band of outlaws takes property by force in the streets.	Hosea 7:1 Wenn ich Israel heilen will, so findet sich erst die Sünde Ephraims und die Bosheit Samarias, wie sie Lügen treiben und Diebe einsteigen und Räuber draußen plündern;
Hosea 7:2 And they do not say to themselves that I keep in mind all their sin; now their evil acts come round them on every side; they are before my face.	Hosea 7:2 dennoch wollen sie nicht merken, daß ich alle ihre Bosheit merke. Ich sehe aber ihr Wesen wohl, das sie allenthalben treiben.
Hosea 7:3 In their sin they make a king for themselves, and rulers in their deceit.	Hosea 7:3 Sie vertrösten den König durch ihre Bosheit und die Fürsten durch ihre Lügen;
Hosea 7:4 They are all untrue; they are like a burning oven; the bread-maker does not make up the fire from the time when the paste is mixed till it is leavened.	Hosea 7:4 und sind allesamt Ehebrecher gleichwie ein Backofen, den der Bäcker heizt, wenn er hat ausgeknetet und läßt den Teig durchsäuern und aufgehen.
Hosea 7:5 On the day of our king, the rulers made him ill with the heat of wine; his hand was stretched out with the men of pride.	Hosea 7:5 Heute ist unsers Königs Fest sprechen sie, da fangen die Fürsten an, vom Wein toll zu werden; so zieht er die Spötter zu sich.
Hosea 7:6 For they have made their hearts ready like an oven, while they are waiting secretly; their wrath is sleeping all night; in the morning it is burning like a flaming fire.	Hosea 7:6 Denn ihr Herz ist in heißer Andacht wie ein Backofen, wenn sie opfern und die Leute betrügen; ihr Bäcker schläft die ganze Nacht, und des Morgens brennt er lichterloh.
Hosea 7:7 They are all heated like an oven, and they put an end to their judges; all their kings have been made low; not one among them makes prayer to me.	Hosea 7:7 Allesamt sind sie so heißer Andacht wie ein Backofen, also daß ihre Richter aufgefressen werden und alle ihre Könige fallen; und ist keiner unter ihnen, der mich anrufe.
Hosea 7:8 Ephraim is mixed with the peoples; Ephraim is a cake not turned.	Hosea 7:8 Ephraim mengt sich unter die Völker; Ephraim ist wie ein Kuchen, den niemand umwendet.
Hosea 7:9 Men from other lands have made waste his strength, and he is not conscious of it; grey hairs have come on him here and there, and he has no knowledge of it.	Hosea 7:9 Fremde fressen seine Kraft, doch will er's nicht merken; er hat auch graue Haare gekriegt, doch will er's nicht merken.
Hosea 7:10 And the pride of Israel gives an answer to his face; but for all this, they have not gone back to the Lord their God, or made search for him.	Hosea 7:10 Und die Hoffart Israels zeugt wider sie ins Angesicht; dennoch bekehren sie sich nicht zum HERRN, ihrem Gott, fragen auch nicht nach ihm in diesem allem.
Hosea 7:11 And Ephraim is like a foolish dove, without wisdom; they send out their cry to Egypt, they go to Assyria.	Hosea 7:11 Denn Ephraim ist wie eine verlockte Taube, die nichts merken will. Jetzt rufen sie Ägypten an, dann laufen sie zu Assur.
Hosea 7:12 When they go, my net will be stretched out over them; I will take them like the birds of heaven, I will give them punishment, I will take them away in the net for their sin.	Hosea 7:12 Aber indem sie hin und her laufen, will ich mein Netz über sie werfen und sie herunterholen wie die Vögel unter dem Himmel; ich will sie strafen, wie man predigt in ihrer Versammlung.
Hosea 7:13 May trouble be theirs! for they have gone far away from me; and destruction, for they have been sinning against me; I was ready to be their saviour, but they said false words against me.	Hosea 7:13 Weh ihnen, daß sie von mir weichen! Sie müssen verstört werden; denn sie sind von mir abtrünnig geworden! Ich wollte sie wohl erlösen, wenn sie nicht wider mich Lügen lehrten.
Hosea 7:14 And they have not made prayer to me in their hearts, but they make loud cries on their beds; they are cutting themselves for food and wine, they are turned against me.	Hosea 7:14 So rufen sie mich auch nicht an von Herzen, sondern Heulen auf ihren Lagern. Sie sammeln sich um Korn und Mosts willen und sind mir ungehorsam.
Hosea 7:15 Though I have given training and strength to their arms, they have evil designs against me.	Hosea 7:15 Ich lehre sie und stärke ihren Arm; aber sie denken Böses von mir.
Hosea 7:16 They have gone to what is of no value; they are like a false bow; their captains will come to destruction by the sword, and their ruler by my wrath; for this, the land of Egypt will make sport of them.	Hosea 7:16 Sie bekehren sich, aber nicht recht, sondern sind wie ein falscher Bogen. Darum werden ihre Fürsten durchs Schwert fallen; ihr Drohen soll in Ägyptenland zum Spott werden.
