Numbers 17:1 And the Lord said to Moses,	Numeri 17:1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:
Numbers 17:2 Say to the children of Israel that they are to give you rods, one for every family, for every chief, the head of his father's house, making twelve rods; let every man's name be placed on his rod.	Numeri 17:2 Sage den Kindern Israel und nimm von ihnen zwölf Stecken, von Jeglichem Fürsten seines Vaterhauses einen, und schreib eines jeglichen Namen auf seinen Stecken.
Numbers 17:3 And let Aaron's name be placed on the rod of Levi: for there is to be one rod for the head of every family.	Numeri 17:3 Aber den Namen Aarons sollst du schreiben auf den Stecken Levis. Denn je für ein Haupt ihrer Vaterhäuser soll ein Stecken sein.
Numbers 17:4 And let them be stored up in the Tent of meeting, in front of the ark of witness where I come to you.	Numeri 17:4 Und lege sie in die Hütte des Stifts vor dem Zeugnis, da ich mich euch bezeuge.
Numbers 17:5 And the rod of that man who is marked out by me for myself will have buds on it; so I will put a stop to the outcries which the children of Israel make to me against you.	Numeri 17:5 Und welchen ich erwählen werde, des Stecken wird grünen, daß ich das Murren der Kinder Israel, das sie wider euch murren, stille.
Numbers 17:6 So Moses gave these orders to the children of Israel, and all their chiefs gave him rods, one for the head of every family, making twelve rods: and Aaron's rod was among them.	Numeri 17:6 Mose redete mit den Kindern Israel, und alle ihre Fürsten gaben ihm zwölf Stecken, ein jeglicher Fürst einen Stecken, nach ihren Vaterhäusern; und der Stecken Aarons war auch unter ihren Stecken.
Numbers 17:7 And Moses put the rods before the Lord in the Tent of witness.	Numeri 17:7 Und Mose legte die Stecken vor den HERRN in der Hütte des Zeugnisses.
Numbers 17:8 Now on the day after, Moses went into the Tent of witness; and he saw that Aaron's rod, the rod of the house of Levi, had put out buds, and was covered with buds and flowers and fruit.	Numeri 17:8 Des Morgens aber, da Mose in die Hütte des Zeugnisses ging, fand er den Stecken Aarons des Hauses Levi grünen und die Blüte aufgegangen und Mandeln tragen.
Numbers 17:9 Then Moses took out all the rods from before the Lord, and gave them back to the children of Israel: and they saw them, and every man took his rod.	Numeri 17:9 Und Mose trug die Stecken alle heraus von dem HERRN vor alle Kinder Israel, daß sie es sahen; und ein jeglicher nahm seinen Stecken.
Numbers 17:10 And the Lord said to Moses, Put Aaron's rod back in front of the ark of witness, to be kept for a sign against this false-hearted people, so that you may put a stop to their outcries against me, and death may not overtake them.	Numeri 17:10 Der HERR sprach aber zu Mose: Trage den Stecken Aarons wieder vor das Zeugnis, daß er verwahrt werde zum Zeichen den ungehorsamen Kindern, daß ihr Murren von mir aufhöre, daß sie nicht sterben.
Numbers 17:11 This Moses did: as the Lord gave orders, so he did.	Numeri 17:11 Mose tat wie ihm der HERR geboten hatte.
Numbers 17:12 And the children of Israel said to Moses, Truly, destruction has come on us; an evil fate has overtaken us all.	Numeri 17:12 Und die Kinder Israel sprachen zu Mose: Siehe, wir verderben und kommen um; wir werden alle vertilgt und kommen um.
Numbers 17:13 Death will overtake everyone who comes near, who comes near the House of the Lord: are we all to come to destruction?	Numeri 17:13 Wer sich naht zur Wohnung des HERRN, der stirbt. Sollen wir denn ganz und gar untergehen?
