Psalms 105	Psalmen 105
Psalms 105:1 O give praise to the Lord; give honour to his name, talking of his doings among the peoples.	Psalmen 105:1 Danket dem HERRN und predigt seinen Namen; verkündigt sein Tun unter den Völkern!
Psalms 105:2 Let your voice be sounding in songs and melody; let all your thoughts be of the wonder of his works.	Psalmen 105:2 Singet von ihm und lobet ihn; redet von allen seinen Wundern!
Psalms 105:3 Have glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who are searching after the Lord be glad.	Psalmen 105:3 Rühmet seinen heiligen Namen; es freue sich das Herz derer, die den HERRN suchen!
Psalms 105:4 Let your search be for the Lord and for his strength; let your hearts ever be turned to him.	Psalmen 105:4 Fraget nach dem HERRN und nach seiner Macht, suchet sein Antlitz allewege!
Psalms 105:5 Keep in mind the great works which he has done; his wonders, and the decisions of his mouth;	Psalmen 105:5 Gedenket seiner Wunderwerke, die er getan hat, seiner Wunder und der Gerichte seines Mundes,
Psalms 105:6 O you seed of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his loved ones.	Psalmen 105:6 ihr, der Same Abrahams, seines Knechtes, ihr Kinder Jakobs, seine Auserwählten!
Psalms 105:7 He is the Lord our God: he is judge of all the earth.	Psalmen 105:7 Er ist der HERR, unser Gott; er richtet in aller Welt.
Psalms 105:8 He has kept his agreement in mind for ever, the word which he gave for a thousand generations;	Psalmen 105:8 Er gedenkt ewiglich an seinen Bund, des Wortes, das er verheißen hat auf tausend Geschlechter,
Psalms 105:9 The agreement which he made with Abraham, and his oath to Isaac;	Psalmen 105:9 den er gemacht hat mit Abraham, und des Eides mit Isaak;
Psalms 105:10 And he gave it to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an eternal agreement;	Psalmen 105:10 und stellte es Jakob zu einem Rechte und Israel zum ewigen Bunde
Psalms 105:11 Saying, To you will I give the land of Canaan, the measured line of your heritage:	Psalmen 105:11 und sprach: "Dir will ich das Land Kanaan geben, das Los eures Erbes,"
Psalms 105:12 When they were still small in number, and strange in the land;	Psalmen 105:12 da sie wenig und gering waren und Fremdlinge darin.
Psalms 105:13 When they went about from one nation to another, and from one kingdom to another people.	Psalmen 105:13 Und sie zogen von Volk zu Volk, von einem Königreich zum andern Volk.
Psalms 105:14 He would not let anyone do them wrong; he even kept back kings because of them,	Psalmen 105:14 Er ließ keinen Menschen ihnen Schaden tun und strafte Könige um ihretwillen.
Psalms 105:15 Saying, Put not your hand on those who have been marked with my holy oil, and do my prophets no wrong.	Psalmen 105:15 "Tastet meine Gesalbten nicht an und tut meinen Propheten kein Leid!"
Psalms 105:16 And he took away all food from the land, so that the people were without bread.	Psalmen 105:16 Und er ließ Teuerung ins Land kommen und entzog allen Vorrat des Brots.
Psalms 105:17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was given as a servant for a price:	Psalmen 105:17 Er sandte einen Mann vor ihnen hin; Joseph ward zum Knecht verkauft.
Psalms 105:18 His feet were fixed in chains; his neck was put in iron bands;	Psalmen 105:18 Sie zwangen seine Füße in den Stock, sein Leib mußte in Eisen liegen,
Psalms 105:19 Till the time when his word came true; he was tested by the word of the Lord.	Psalmen 105:19 bis daß sein Wort kam und die Rede des HERRN ihn durchläuterte.
Psalms 105:20 The king sent men to take off his chains; even the ruler of the people, who let him go free.	Psalmen 105:20 Da sandte der König hin und ließ ihn losgeben; der HERR über Völker hieß ihn herauslassen.
Psalms 105:21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler over everything he had;	Psalmen 105:21 Er setzte ihn zum Herrn über sein Haus, zum Herrscher über alle seine Güter,
Psalms 105:22 To give his chiefs teaching at his pleasure, and so that his law-givers might get wisdom from him.	Psalmen 105:22 daß er seine Fürsten unterwiese nach seiner Weise und seine Ältesten Weisheit lehrte.
Psalms 105:23 Then Israel came into Egypt, and Jacob was living in the land of Ham.	Psalmen 105:23 Und Israel zog nach Ägypten, und Jakob ward ein Fremdling im Lande Hams.
Psalms 105:24 And his people were greatly increased, and became stronger than those who were against them.	Psalmen 105:24 Und er ließ sein Volk sehr wachsen und machte sie mächtiger denn ihre Feinde.
Psalms 105:25 Their hearts were turned to hate against his people, so that they made secret designs against them.	Psalmen 105:25 Er verkehrte jener Herz, daß sie seinem Volk gram wurden und dachten, seine Knechte mit List zu dämpfen.
Psalms 105:26 He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, the man of his selection.	Psalmen 105:26 Er sandte seinen Knecht Mose, Aaron, den er erwählt hatte.
Psalms 105:27 He let his signs be seen among the people, and his wonders in the land of Ham.	Psalmen 105:27 Dieselben taten seine Zeichen unter ihnen und seine Wunder im Lande Hams.
Psalms 105:28 He sent black night and made it dark; and they did not go against his word.	Psalmen 105:28 Er ließ Finsternis kommen und machte es finster; und sie waren nicht ungehorsam seinen Worten.
Psalms 105:29 At his word their waters were turned to blood, and he sent death on all their fish.	Psalmen 105:29 Er verwandelte ihre Wasser in Blut und tötete ihre Fische.
Psalms 105:30 Their land was full of frogs, even in the rooms of the king.	Psalmen 105:30 Ihr Land wimmelte Frösche heraus in den Kammern ihrer Könige.
Psalms 105:31 He gave the word, and there came the dog-fly, and insects over all the land.	Psalmen 105:31 Er sprach: da kam Ungeziefer, Stechmücken in all ihr Gebiet.
Psalms 105:32 He gave them ice for rain, and flaming fire in their land.	Psalmen 105:32 Er gab ihnen Hagel zum Regen, Feuerflammen in ihrem Lande
Psalms 105:33 He gave their vines and their fig-trees to destruction, and the trees of their land were broken down.	Psalmen 105:33 und schlug ihre Weinstöcke und Feigenbäume und zerbrach die Bäume in ihrem Gebiet.
Psalms 105:34 At his word the locusts came, and young locusts more than might be numbered,	Psalmen 105:34 Er sprach: da kamen Heuschrecken und Käfer ohne Zahl.
Psalms 105:35 And put an end to all the plants of their land, taking all the fruit of the earth for food.	Psalmen 105:35 Und sie fraßen alles Gras in ihrem Lande und fraßen die Früchte auf ihrem Felde.
Psalms 105:36 He put to death the first child of every family in the land, the first-fruits of their strength.	Psalmen 105:36 Er schlug alle Erstgeburt in Ägypten, alle Erstlinge ihrer Kraft.
Psalms 105:37 He took his people out with silver and gold: there was not one feeble person among them.	Psalmen 105:37 Und er führte sie aus mit Silber und Gold; und war kein Gebrechlicher unter ihren Stämmen.
Psalms 105:38 Egypt was glad when they went; for the fear of them had come down on them.	Psalmen 105:38 Ägypten ward froh, daß sie auszogen; denn ihre Furcht war auf sie gefallen.
Psalms 105:39 A cloud was stretched over them for a cover; and he sent fire to give light in the night.	Psalmen 105:39 Er breitete eine Wolke aus zur Decke und ein Feuer, des Nachts zu leuchten.
Psalms 105:40 At the people's request he sent birds, and gave them the bread of heaven for food.	Psalmen 105:40 Sie baten: da ließ er Wachteln kommen; und er sättigte sie mit Himmelsbrot.
Psalms 105:41 His hand made the rock open, and the waters came streaming out; they went down through the dry places like a river.	Psalmen 105:41 Er öffnete den Felsen: da floß Wasser heraus, daß Bäche liefen in der dürren Wüste.
Psalms 105:42 For he kept in mind his holy word, and Abraham, his servant.	Psalmen 105:42 Denn er gedachte an sein heiliges Wort, das er Abraham, seinem Knecht, hatte geredet.
Psalms 105:43 And he took his people out with joy, the men of his selection with glad cries:	Psalmen 105:43 Also führte er sein Volk in Freuden und seine Auserwählten in Wonne
Psalms 105:44 And gave them the lands of the nations; and they took the work of the peoples for a heritage;	Psalmen 105:44 und gab ihnen die Länder der Heiden, daß sie die Güter der Völker einnahmen,
Psalms 105:45 So that they might keep his orders, and be true to his laws. Give praise to the Lord.	Psalmen 105:45 auf daß sie halten sollten seine Rechte und sein Gesetze bewahren. Halleluja!
