Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was come, they were all together in one place.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:1 E come il giorno della Pentecoste fu giunto, tutti erano insieme nel medesimo luogo.
Acts 2:2 And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like the rushing of a violent wind, and all the house where they were was full of it.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:2 E di subito si fece dal cielo un suono come di vento impetuoso che soffia, ed esso riempì tutta la casa dov’essi sedevano.
Acts 2:3 And they saw tongues, like flames of fire, coming to rest on every one of them.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:3 E apparvero loro delle lingue come di fuoco che si dividevano, e se ne posò una su ciascuno di loro.
Acts 2:4 And they were all full of the Holy Spirit, and were talking in different languages, as the Spirit gave them power.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:4 E tutti furon ripieni dello Spirito Santo, e cominciarono a parlare in altre lingue, secondo che lo Spirito dava loro d’esprimersi.
Acts 2:5 Now there were living at Jerusalem, Jews, God-fearing men, from every nation under heaven.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:5 Or in Gerusalemme si trovavan di soggiorno dei Giudei, uomini religiosi d’ogni nazione di sotto il cielo.
Acts 2:6 And when this sound came to their ears, they all came together, and were greatly surprised because every man was hearing the words of the disciples in his special language.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:6 Ed essendosi fatto quel suono, la moltitudine si radunò e fu confusa, perché ciascuno li udiva parlare nel suo proprio linguaggio.
Acts 2:7 And they were full of wonder and said, Are not all these men Galilaeans?	Atti degli Apostoli 2:7 E tutti stupivano e si maravigliavano, dicendo: Ecco, tutti costoro che parlano non son eglino Galilei?
Acts 2:8 And how is it that every one of us is hearing their words in the language which was ours from our birth?	Atti degli Apostoli 2:8 E com’è che li udiamo parlare ciascuno nel nostro proprio natìo linguaggio?
Acts 2:9 Men of Parthia, Media, and Elam, and those living in Mesopotamia, in Judaea and Cappadocia, in Pontus and Asia,	Atti degli Apostoli 2:9 Noi Parti, Medi, Elamiti, abitanti della Mesopotamia, della Giudea e della Cappadocia, del Ponto e dell’Asia,
Acts 2:10 In Phrygia and Pamphylia, in Egypt and the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and those who have come from Rome, Jews by birth and others who have become Jews,	Atti degli Apostoli 2:10 della Frigia e della Panfilia, dell’Egitto e delle parti della Libia Cirenaica, e avventizi Romani,
Acts 2:11 Men of Crete and Arabia, to all of us they are talking in our different languages, of the great works of God.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:11 tanto Giudei che proseliti, Cretesi ed Arabi, li udiamo parlar delle cose grandi di Dio nelle nostre lingue.
Acts 2:12 And they were all surprised and in doubt saying to one another, What is the reason of this?	Atti degli Apostoli 2:12 E tutti stupivano ed eran perplessi dicendosi l’uno all’altro: Che vuol esser questo?
Acts 2:13 But others, making sport of them, said, They are full of new wine.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:13 Ma altri, beffandosi, dicevano: Son pieni di vin dolce.
Acts 2:14 But Peter, getting up, with the eleven, said in a loud voice, O men of Judaea, and all you who are living in Jerusalem, take note of this and give ear to my words.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:14 Ma Pietro, levatosi in piè con gli undici, alzò la voce e parlò loro in questa maniera: Uomini giudei, e voi tutti che abitate in Gerusalemme, siavi noto questo, e prestate orecchio alle mie parole.
Acts 2:15 For these men are not overcome with wine, as it seems to you, for it is only the third hour of the day;	Atti degli Apostoli 2:15 Perché costoro non sono ebbri, come voi supponete, poiché non è che la terza ora del giorno:
Acts 2:16 But this is the thing which was said by the prophet Joel;	Atti degli Apostoli 2:16 ma questo è quel che fu detto per mezzo del profeta Gioele:
Acts 2:17 And it will come about, in the last days, says God, that I will send out my Spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters will be prophets, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will have dreams:	Atti degli Apostoli 2:17 E avverrà negli ultimi giorni, dice Iddio, che io spanderò del mio Spirito sopra ogni carne; e i vostri figliuoli e le vostre figliuole profeteranno, e i vostri giovani vedranno delle visioni, e i vostri vecchi sogneranno dei sogni.
Acts 2:18 And on my men-servants and my women-servants I will send my Spirit, and they will be prophets.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:18 E anche sui miei servi e sulle mie serventi, in quei giorni, spanderò del mio Spirito, e profeteranno.
Acts 2:19 And wonders will be seen in heaven, and signs on the earth, blood and fire and smoke:	Atti degli Apostoli 2:19 E farò prodigi su nel cielo, e segni giù sulla terra; sangue e fuoco, e vapor di fumo.
Acts 2:20 The sun will become dark and the moon will be turned to blood, before that great day of the Lord comes in glory:	Atti degli Apostoli 2:20 Il sole sarà mutato in tenebre, e la luna in sangue, prima che venga il grande e glorioso giorno, che è il giorno del Signore.
Acts 2:21 And whoever makes his prayer to the Lord will have salvation.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:21 Ed avverrà che chiunque avrà invocato il nome del Signore sarà salvato.
Acts 2:22 Men of Israel, give ear to these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man who had the approval of God, as was made clear to you by the great works and signs and wonders which God did by him among you, as you yourselves have knowledge,	Atti degli Apostoli 2:22 Uomini israeliti, udite queste parole: Gesù il Nazareno, uomo che Dio ha accreditato fra voi mediante opere potenti e prodigi e segni che Dio fece per mezzo di lui fra voi, come voi stessi ben sapete,
Acts 2:23 Him, when he was given up, by the decision and knowledge of God, you put to death on the cross, by the hands of evil men:	Atti degli Apostoli 2:23 quest’uomo, allorché vi fu dato nelle mani per il determinato consiglio e per la prescienza di Dio, voi, per man d’iniqui, inchiodandolo sulla croce, lo uccideste;
Acts 2:24 But God gave him back to life, having made him free from the pains of death because it was not possible for him to be overcome by it.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:24 ma Dio lo risuscitò, avendo sciolto gli angosciosi legami della morte, perché non era possibile ch’egli fosse da essa ritenuto.
Acts 2:25 For David said of him, I saw the Lord before my face at all times, for he is at my right hand, so that I may not be moved:	Atti degli Apostoli 2:25 Poiché Davide dice di lui: Io ho avuto del continuo il Signore davanti agli occhi, perché egli è alla mia destra, affinché io non sia smosso.
Acts 2:26 And for this cause my heart was glad and my tongue full of joy, and my flesh will be resting in hope:	Atti degli Apostoli 2:26 Perciò s’è rallegrato il cuor mio, e ha giubilato la mia lingua, e anche la mia carne riposerà in isperanza;
Acts 2:27 For you will not let my soul be in hell and you will not give up your Holy One to destruction.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:27 poiché tu non lascerai l’anima mia nell’Ades, e non permetterai che il tuo Santo vegga la corruzione.
Acts 2:28 You have made me see the ways of life; I will be full of joy when I see your face.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:28 Tu m’hai fatto conoscere le vie della vita; tu mi riempirai di letizia con la tua presenza.
Acts 2:29 My brothers, I may say to you openly that David came to his death, and was put in the earth, and his resting-place is with us today.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:29 Uomini fratelli, ben può liberamente dirvisi intorno al patriarca Davide, ch’egli morì e fu sepolto; e la sua tomba è ancora al dì d’oggi fra noi.
Acts 2:30 But being a prophet, and having in mind the oath which God had given to him, that of the fruit of his body one would take his place as a king,	Atti degli Apostoli 2:30 Egli dunque, essendo profeta e sapendo che Dio gli avea con giuramento promesso che sul suo trono avrebbe fatto sedere uno dei suoi discendenti,
Acts 2:31 He, having knowledge of the future, was talking of the coming again of Christ from the dead, that he was not kept in hell and his body did not see destruction.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:31 antivedendola, parlò della risurrezione di Cristo, dicendo che non sarebbe stato lasciato nell’Ades, e che la sua carne non avrebbe veduto la corruzione.
Acts 2:32 This Jesus God has given back to life, of which we all are witnesses.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:32 Questo Gesù, Iddio l’ha risuscitato; del che noi tutti siamo testimoni.
Acts 2:33 And so, being lifted up to the right hand of God, and having the Father's word that the Holy Spirit would come, he has sent this thing, which now you see and have knowledge of.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:33 Egli dunque, essendo stato esaltato dalla destra di Dio, e avendo ricevuto dal Padre lo Spirito Santo promesso, ha sparso quello che ora vedete e udite.
Acts 2:34 For David has not gone up into heaven, but says, himself, The Lord said to my Lord, Be seated at my right hand,	Atti degli Apostoli 2:34 Poiché Davide non è salito in cielo; anzi egli stesso dice: Il Signore ha detto al mio Signore: Siedi alla mia destra,
Acts 2:35 Till I put all those who are against you under your feet.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:35 finché io abbia posto i tuoi nemici per sgabello de’ tuoi piedi.
Acts 2:36 For this reason, let all Israel be certain that this Jesus, whom you put to death on the cross, God has made Lord and Christ.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:36 Sappia dunque sicuramente tutta la casa d’Israele che Iddio ha fatto e Signore e Cristo quel Gesù che voi avete crocifisso.
Acts 2:37 Now when these words came to their ears their hearts were troubled, and they said to Peter and the other Apostles, Brothers, what are we to do?	Atti degli Apostoli 2:37 Or essi, udite queste cose, furon compunti nel cuore, e dissero a Pietro e agli altri apostoli: Fratelli, che dobbiam fare?
Acts 2:38 And Peter said, Let your hearts be changed, every one of you, and have baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will have the Holy Spirit given to you.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:38 E Pietro a loro: Ravvedetevi, e ciascun di voi sia battezzato nel nome di Gesù Cristo, per la remission de’ vostri peccati, e voi riceverete il dono dello Spirito Santo.
Acts 2:39 For the word of God is for you and for your children and for all those who are far off, even all those who may be marked out by the Lord our God.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:39 Poiché per voi è la promessa, e per i vostri figliuoli, e per tutti quelli che son lontani, per quanti il Signore Iddio nostro ne chiamerà.
Acts 2:40 And with more such words he gave his witness, offering them salvation and saying, Come out from this evil generation.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:40 E con molte altre parole li scongiurava e li esortava dicendo: Salvatevi da questa perversa generazione.
Acts 2:41 Then those who gave hearing to his words had baptism: and about three thousand souls were joined to them that day.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:41 Quelli dunque i quali accettarono la sua parola, furon battezzati; e in quel giorno furono aggiunte a loro circa tremila persone.
Acts 2:42 And they kept their attention fixed on the Apostles' teaching and were united together in the taking of broken bread and in prayer.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:42 Ed erano perseveranti nell’attendere all’insegnamento degli apostoli, nella comunione fraterna, nel rompere il pane e nelle preghiere.
Acts 2:43 But fear came on every soul: and all sorts of wonders and signs were done by the Apostles.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:43 E ogni anima era presa da timore; e molti prodigi e segni eran fatti dagli apostoli.
Acts 2:44 And all those who were of the faith kept together, and had all things in common;	Atti degli Apostoli 2:44 E tutti quelli che credevano erano insieme, ed aveano ogni cosa in comune;
Acts 2:45 And exchanging their goods and property for money, they made division of it among them all, as they had need.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:45 e vendevano le possessioni ed i beni, e li distribuivano a tutti, secondo il bisogno di ciascuno.
Acts 2:46 And day by day, going in agreement together regularly to the Temple and, taking broken bread together in their houses, they took their food with joy and with true hearts,	Atti degli Apostoli 2:46 E tutti i giorni, essendo di pari consentimento assidui al tempio, e rompendo il pane nelle case, prendevano il loro cibo assieme con letizia e semplicità di cuore,
Acts 2:47 Giving praise to God, and having the approval of all the people; and every day the number of those who had salvation was increased by the Lord.	Atti degli Apostoli 2:47 lodando Iddio, e avendo il favore di tutto il popolo. E il Signore aggiungeva ogni giorno alla loro comunità quelli che erano sulla via della salvazione.
