Colossians 1:1 Paul, an Apostle of Jesus Christ, by the purpose of God, and Timothy our brother,	Colossesi 1:1 Paolo, apostolo di Cristo Gesù per volontà di Dio, e il fratello Timoteo,
Colossians 1:2 To the saints and true brothers in Christ at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father.	Colossesi 1:2 ai santi e fedeli fratelli in Cristo che sono in Colosse, grazia a voi e pace da Dio nostro Padre.
Colossians 1:3 We give praise to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, making prayer for you at all times,	Colossesi 1:3 Noi rendiamo grazie a Dio, Padre del Signor nostro Gesù Cristo, nelle continue preghiere che facciamo per voi,

Colossians 1:6 Which has come to you; and which in all the world is giving fruit and increase, as it has done in you from the day when it came to your ears and you had true knowledge of the grace of God;	Colossesi 1:6 che è pervenuto sino a voi, come sta portando frutto e crescendo in tutto il mondo nel modo che fa pure tra voi dal giorno che udiste e conosceste la grazia di Dio in verità,
Colossians 1:7 As it was given to you by Epaphras, our well-loved helper, who is a true servant of Christ for us,	Colossesi 1:7 secondo quel che avete imparato da Epafra, il nostro caro compagno di servizio, che è fedel ministro di Cristo per voi,
Colossians 1:8 And who, himself, made clear to us your love in the Spirit.	Colossesi 1:8 e che ci ha anche fatto conoscere il vostro amore nello Spirito.
Colossians 1:9 For this reason, we, from the day when we had word of it, keep on in prayer for you, that you may be full of the knowledge of his purpose, with all wisdom and experience of the Spirit,	Colossesi 1:9 Perciò anche noi, dal giorno che abbiamo ciò udito, non cessiamo di pregare per voi, e di domandare che siate ripieni della profonda conoscenza della volontà di Dio in ogni sapienza e intelligenza spirituale,
Colossians 1:10 Living uprightly in the approval of the Lord, giving fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;	Colossesi 1:10 affinché camminiate in modo degno del Signore per piacergli in ogni cosa, portando frutto in ogni opera buona e crescendo nella conoscenza di Dio;
Colossians 1:11 Full of strength in the measure of the great power of his glory, so that you may undergo all troubles with joy;	Colossesi 1:11 essendo fortificati in ogni forza secondo la potenza della sua gloria, onde possiate essere in tutto pazienti e longanimi;
Colossians 1:12 Giving praise to the Father who has given us a part in the heritage of the saints in light;	Colossesi 1:12 e rendendo grazie con allegrezza al Padre che vi ha messi in grado di partecipare alla sorte dei santi nella luce.
Colossians 1:13 Who has made us free from the power of evil and given us a place in the kingdom of the Son of his love;	Colossesi 1:13 Egli ci ha riscossi dalla potestà delle tenebre e ci ha trasportati nel regno del suo amato Figliuolo,

Colossians 1:16 For by him all things were made, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, authorities, lords, rulers, and powers; all things were made by him and for him;	Colossesi 1:16 poiché in lui sono state create tutte le cose, che sono nei cieli e sulla terra; le visibili e le invisibili; siano troni, siano signorie, siano principati, siano potestà; tutte le cose sono state create per mezzo di lui e in vista di lui;
Colossians 1:17 He is before all things, and in him all things have being.	Colossesi 1:17 ed egli è avanti ogni cosa, e tutte le cose sussistono in lui.
Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: the starting point of all things, the first to come again from the dead; so that in all things he might have the chief place.	Colossesi 1:18 Ed egli è il capo del corpo, cioè della Chiesa; egli che è il principio, il primogenito dai morti, onde in ogni cosa abbia il primato.
Colossians 1:19 For God in full measure was pleased to be in him;	Colossesi 1:19 Poiché in lui si compiacque il Padre di far abitare tutta la pienezza
Colossians 1:20 Through him uniting all things with himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross; through him, I say, uniting all things which are on earth or in heaven.	Colossesi 1:20 e di riconciliare con sé tutte le cose per mezzo di lui, avendo fatto la pace mediante il sangue della croce d’esso; per mezzo di lui, dico, tanto le cose che sono sulla terra, quanto quelle che sono nei cieli.
Colossians 1:21 And you, who in the past were cut off and at war with God in your minds through evil works, he has now made one	Colossesi 1:21 E voi, che già eravate estranei e nemici nella vostra mente e nelle vostre opere malvage,
Colossians 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, so that you might be holy and without sin and free from all evil before him:	Colossesi 1:22 ora Iddio vi ha riconciliati nel corpo della carne di lui, per mezzo della morte d’esso, per farvi comparire davanti a sé santi e immacolati e irreprensibili,
Colossians 1:23 If you keep yourselves safely based in the faith, not moved from the hope of the good news which came to you, and which was given to every living being under heaven; of which I, Paul, was made a servant.	Colossesi 1:23 se pur perseverate nella fede, fondati e saldi, e non essendo smossi dalla speranza dell’Evangelo che avete udito, che fu predicato in tutta la creazione sotto il cielo, e del quale io, Paolo, sono stato fatto ministro.
Colossians 1:24 Now I have joy in my pain because of you, and in my flesh I undergo whatever is still needed to make the sorrows of Christ complete, for the salvation of his body, the church;	Colossesi 1:24 Ora io mi rallegro nelle mie sofferenze per voi; e quel che manca alle afflizioni di Cristo lo compio nella mia carne a pro del corpo di lui che è la Chiesa;
Colossians 1:25 Of which I became a servant by the purpose of God which was given to me for you, to give effect to the word of God,	Colossesi 1:25 della quale io sono stato fatto ministro, secondo l’ufficio datomi da Dio per voi di annunziare nella sua pienezza la parola di Dio,
Colossians 1:26 The secret which has been kept from all times and generations, but has now been made clear to his saints,	Colossesi 1:26 cioè, il mistero, che è stato occulto da tutti i secoli e da tutte le generazioni, ma che ora è stato manifestato ai santi di lui;
Colossians 1:27 To whom God was pleased to give knowledge of the wealth of the glory of this secret among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:	Colossesi 1:27 ai quali Iddio ha voluto far conoscere qual sia la ricchezza della gloria di questo mistero fra i Gentili, che è Cristo in voi, speranza della gloria;
Colossians 1:28 Whom we are preaching; guiding and teaching every man in all wisdom, so that every man may be complete in Christ;	Colossesi 1:28 il quale noi proclamiamo, ammonendo ciascun uomo e ciascun uomo ammaestrando in ogni sapienza, affinché presentiamo ogni uomo, perfetto in Cristo.
Colossians 1:29 And for this purpose I am working, using all my strength by the help of his power which is working in me strongly.	Colossesi 1:29 A questo fine io m’affatico, combattendo secondo l’energia sua, che opera in me con potenza.
