Judges 5:1 At that time Deborah and Barak, the son of Abinoam, made this song, saying:	Giudici 5:1 In quel giorno, Debora cantò questo cantico con Barak, figliuolo di Abinoam:
Judges 5:2 Because of the flowing hair of the fighters in Israel, because the people gave themselves freely, give praise to the Lord.	Giudici 5:2 "Perché dei capi si son messi alla testa del popolo in Israele, perché il popolo s’è mostrato volenteroso, benedite l’Eterno!
Judges 5:3 Give attention, O kings; give ear, O rulers; I, even I, will make a song to the Lord; I will make melody to the Lord, the God of Israel.	Giudici 5:3 Ascoltate, o re! Porgete orecchio, o principi! All’Eterno, sì, io canterò, salmeggerò all’Eterno, all’Iddio d’Israele.
Judges 5:4 Lord, when you went out from Seir, moving like an army from the field of Edom, the earth was shaking and the heavens were troubled, and the clouds were dropping water.	Giudici 5:4 O Eterno, quand’uscisti da Seir, quando venisti dai campi di Edom, la terra tremò, ed anche i cieli si sciolsero, anche le nubi si sciolsero in acqua.

Judges 5:9 Come, you rulers of Israel, you who gave yourselves freely among the people: give praise to the Lord.	Giudici 5:9 Il mio cuore va ai condottieri d’Israele! O voi che v’offriste volenterosi fra il popolo, benedite l’Eterno!
Judges 5:10 Let them give thought to it, who go on white asses, and those who are walking on the road.	Giudici 5:10 Voi che montate asine bianche, voi che sedete su ricchi tappeti, e voi che camminate per le vie, cantate!
Judges 5:11 Give ear to the women laughing by the water-springs; there they will give again the story of the upright acts of the Lord, all the upright acts of his arm in Israel.	Giudici 5:11 Lungi dalle grida degli arcieri là tra gli abbeveratoi, si celebrino gli atti di giustizia dell’Eterno, gli atti di giustizia de’ suoi capi in Israele! Allora il popolo dell’Eterno discese alle porte.
Judges 5:12 Awake! awake! Deborah: awake! awake! give a song: Up! Barak, and take prisoner those who took you prisoner, O son of Abinoam.	Giudici 5:12 Dèstati, dèstati, o Debora! dèstati, dèstati, sciogli un canto! Lèvati, o Barak, e prendi i tuoi prigionieri, o figlio d’Abinoam!
Judges 5:13 Then the chiefs went down to the doors; the Lord's people went down among the strong ones.	Giudici 5:13 Allora scese un residuo, alla voce dei nobili scese un popolo, l’Eterno scese con me fra i prodi.
Judges 5:14 Out of Ephraim they came down into the valley; after you, Benjamin, among your tribesmen; from Machir came down the captains, and from Zebulun those in whose hand is the ruler's rod.	Giudici 5:14 Da Efraim vennero quelli che stanno sul monte Amalek; al tuo séguito venne Beniamino fra le tue genti; da Makir scesero de’ capi, e da Zabulon quelli che portano il bastone del comando.
Judges 5:15 Your chiefs, Issachar, were with Deborah; and Naphtali was true to Barak; into the valley they went rushing out at his feet. In Reuben there were divisions, and great searchings of heart.	Giudici 5:15 I principi d’Issacar furon con Debora; quale fu Barak, tale fu Issacar, si slanciò nella valle sulle orme di lui. Presso i rivi di Ruben, grandi furon le risoluzioni del cuore!
Judges 5:16 Why did you keep quiet among the sheep, hearing nothing but the watchers piping to the flocks?	Giudici 5:16 Perché sei tu rimasto fra gli ovili ad ascoltare il flauto dei pastori? Presso i rivi di Ruben, grandi furon le deliberazioni del cuore!
Judges 5:17 Gilead was living over Jordan; and Dan was waiting in his ships; Asher kept in his place by the sea's edge, living by his inlets.	Giudici 5:17 Galaad non ha lasciato la sua dimora di là dal Giordano; e Dan perché s’è tenuto sulle sue navi? Ascer è rimasto presso il lido del mare, e s’è riposato ne’ suoi porti.
Judges 5:18 It was the people of Zebulun who put their lives in danger, even to death, with Naphtali on the high places of the field.	Giudici 5:18 Zabulon è un popolo che ha esposto la sua vita alla morte, e Neftali, anch’egli, sulle alture della campagna.

Giudici 5:26 Con una mano, diè di piglio al piuolo; e, con la destra, al martello degli operai; colpì Sisera, gli spaccò la testa, gli fracassò, gli trapassò le tempie.
Judges 5:27 Bent at her feet he went down, he was stretched out; bent at her feet he went down; where he was bent down, there he went down in death.	Giudici 5:27 Ai piedi d’essa ei si piegò, cadde, giacque disteso; a’ piedi d’essa si piegò, e cadde; là dove si piegò, cadde esanime.
Judges 5:28 Looking out from the window she gave a cry, the mother of Sisera was crying out through the window, Why is his carriage so long in coming? When will the noise of his wheels be sounding?	Giudici 5:28 La madre di Sisera guarda per la finestra, e grida a traverso l’inferriata: "Perché il suo carro sta tanto a venire? perché son così lente le ruote de’ suoi carri?"
Judges 5:29 Her wise women gave answer to her, yes, she made answer again to herself,	Giudici 5:29 Le più savie delle sue dame le rispondono, ed ella pure replica a se stessa:
Judges 5:30 Are they not getting, are they not parting the goods among them: a young girl or two to every man; and to Sisera robes of coloured needlework, worked in fair colours on this side and on that, for the neck of the queen?	Giudici 5:30 "Non trovan bottino? non se lo dividono? Una fanciulla, due fanciulle per ognuno; a Sisera un bottino di vesti variopinte; un bottino di vesti variopinte e ricamate, di vesti variopinte e ricamate d’ambo i lati per le spalle del vincitore!"
Judges 5:31 So may destruction come on all your haters, O Lord; but let your lovers be like the sun going out in his strength. And for forty years the land had peace.	Giudici 5:31 Così periscano tutti i tuoi nemici, o Eterno! E quei che t’amano sian come il sole quando si leva in tutta la sua forza!" Ed il paese ebbe requie per quarant’anni.
