Psalms 116:1 I have given my love to the Lord, because he has given ear to the voice of my cry and my prayer.	Salmi 116:1 Io amo l’Eterno perch’egli ha udito la mia voce e le mie supplicazioni.
Psalms 116:2 He has let my request come before him, and I will make my prayer to him all my days.	Salmi 116:2 Poiché egli ha inclinato verso me il suo orecchio, io lo invocherò per tutto il corso dei miei giorni.
Psalms 116:3 The nets of death were round me, and the pains of the underworld had me in their grip; I was full of trouble and sorrow.	Salmi 116:3 I legami della morte mi aveano circondato, le angosce del soggiorno dei morti m’aveano còlto; io avevo incontrato distretta e cordoglio.
Psalms 116:4 Then I made my prayer to the Lord, saying, O Lord, take my soul out of trouble.	Salmi 116:4 Ma io invocai il nome dell’Eterno: Deh, o Eterno, libera l’anima mia!
Psalms 116:5 The Lord is full of grace and righteousness; truly, he is a God of mercy.	Salmi 116:5 L’Eterno è pietoso e giusto, e il nostro Dio è misericordioso.
Psalms 116:6 The Lord keeps the simple; I was made low, and he was my saviour.	Salmi 116:6 L’Eterno protegge i semplici; io ero ridotto in misero stato, egli mi ha salvato.
Psalms 116:7 Come back to your rest, O my soul; for the Lord has given you your reward.	Salmi 116:7 Ritorna, anima mia, al tuo riposo, perché l’Eterno t’ha colmata di beni.
Psalms 116:8 You have taken my soul from the power of death, keeping my eyes from weeping, and my feet from falling.	Salmi 116:8 Poiché tu hai liberata l’anima mia dalla morte, gli occhi miei da lacrime, i miei piedi da caduta.
Psalms 116:9 I will go before the Lord in the land of the living.	Salmi 116:9 Io camminerò nel cospetto dell’Eterno, sulla terra dei viventi.
Psalms 116:10 I still had faith, though I said, I am in great trouble;	Salmi 116:10 Io ho creduto, perciò parlerò. Io ero grandemente afflitto.
Psalms 116:11 Though I said in my fear, All men are false.	Salmi 116:11 Io dicevo nel mio smarrimento: Ogni uomo è bugiardo.
Psalms 116:12 What may I give to the Lord for all the good things which he has done for me?	Salmi 116:12 Che renderò io all’Eterno? tutti i suoi benefizi son sopra me.
Psalms 116:13 I will take the cup of salvation, and give praise to the name of the Lord.	Salmi 116:13 Io prenderò il calice della salvezza e invocherò il nome dell’Eterno.
Psalms 116:14 I will make the offering of my oath to the Lord, even before all his people.	Salmi 116:14 Io compirò i miei voti all’Eterno, e lo farò in presenza di tutto il suo popolo.
Psalms 116:15 Dear in the eyes of the Lord is the death of his saints.	Salmi 116:15 Cosa di gran momento è agli occhi dell’Eterno la morte de’ suoi diletti.
Psalms 116:16 O Lord, truly I am your servant; I am your servant, the son of her who is your servant; by you have my cords been broken.	Salmi 116:16 Sì, o Eterno, io son tuo servitore, son tuo servitore, figliuolo della tua servente; tu hai sciolto i miei legami.
Psalms 116:17 I will give an offering of praise to you, and make my prayer in the name of the Lord.	Salmi 116:17 Io t’offrirò il sacrifizio di lode e invocherò il nome dell’Eterno.
Psalms 116:18 I will make the offerings of my oath, even before all his people;	Salmi 116:18 Io compirò i miei voti all’Eterno, e lo farò in presenza di tutto il suo popolo,
Psalms 116:19 In the Lord's house, even in Jerusalem. Praise be to the Lord.	Salmi 116:19 nei cortili della casa dell’Eterno, in mezzo a te, o Gerusalemme. Alleluia.
