Psalms 94:1 O God, in whose hands is punishment, O God of punishment, let your shining face be seen.	Salmi 94:1 O Dio delle vendette, o Eterno, Iddio delle vendette, apparisci nel tuo fulgore!
Psalms 94:2 Be lifted up, O judge of the earth; let their reward come to the men of pride.	Salmi 94:2 Lèvati, o giudice della terra, rendi ai superbi la loro retribuzione!
Psalms 94:3 How long will sinners, O Lord, how long will sinners have joy over us?	Salmi 94:3 Fino a quando gli empi, o Eterno, fino a quando gli empi trionferanno?
Psalms 94:4 Words of pride come from their lips; all the workers of evil say great things of themselves.	Salmi 94:4 Si espandono in discorsi arroganti, si vantano tutti questi operatori d’iniquità.
Psalms 94:5 Your people are crushed by them, O Lord, your heritage is troubled,	Salmi 94:5 Schiacciano il tuo popolo, o Eterno, e affliggono la tua eredità.
Psalms 94:6 They put to death the widow and the guest, they take the lives of children who have no father;	Salmi 94:6 Uccidono la vedova e lo straniero, ammazzano gli orfani,
Psalms 94:7 And they say, Jah will not see it, the God of Jacob will not give thought to it.	Salmi 94:7 e dicono: L’Eterno non vede, l’Iddio di Giacobbe non ci fa attenzione.
Psalms 94:8 Give your mind to my words, you who are without wisdom among the people; you foolish men, when will you be wise?	Salmi 94:8 Abbiate intendimento, voi gli stolti fra il popolo! E voi, pazzi, quando sarete savi?
Psalms 94:9 Has he by whom your ears were planted no hearing? or is he blind by whom your eyes were formed?	Salmi 94:9 Colui che ha piantato l’orecchio non udirà egli? Colui che ha formato l’occhio non vedrà egli?
Psalms 94:10 He who is the judge of the nations, will he not give men the reward of their acts, even he who gives knowledge to man?	Salmi 94:10 Colui che castiga le nazioni non correggerà, egli che imparte all’uomo la conoscenza?
Psalms 94:11 The Lord has knowledge of the thoughts of man, for they are only a breath.	Salmi 94:11 L’Eterno conosce i pensieri dell’uomo, sa che son vanità.
Psalms 94:12 Happy is the man who is guided by you, O Jah, and to whom you give teaching out of your law;	Salmi 94:12 Beato l’uomo che tu correggi, o Eterno, ed ammaestri con la tua legge
Psalms 94:13 So that you may give him rest from the days of evil, till a hole is made ready for the destruction of the sinners.	Salmi 94:13 per dargli requie dai giorni dell’avversità, finché la fossa sia scavata per l’empio.
Psalms 94:14 The Lord will not give up his people, or take away his support from his heritage;	Salmi 94:14 Poiché l’Eterno non rigetterà il suo popolo, e non abbandonerà la sua eredità.
Psalms 94:15 But decisions will again be made in righteousness; and they will be kept by all whose hearts are true.	Salmi 94:15 Poiché il giudizio tornerà conforme a giustizia, e tutti i diritti di cuore lo seguiranno.
Psalms 94:16 Who will give me help against the sinners? and who will be my support against the workers of evil?	Salmi 94:16 Chi si leverà per me contro i malvagi? Chi si presenterà per me contro gli operatori d’iniquità?
Psalms 94:17 If the Lord had not been my helper, my soul would quickly have gone down into death.	Salmi 94:17 Se l’Eterno non fosse stato il mio aiuto, a quest’ora l’anima mia abiterebbe il luogo del silenzio.
Psalms 94:18 If I say, My foot is slipping; your mercy, O Lord, is my support.	Salmi 94:18 Quand’ho detto: Il mio piè vacilla, la tua benignità, o Eterno, m’ha sostenuto.
Psalms 94:19 Among all my troubled thoughts, your comforts are the delight of my soul.	Salmi 94:19 Quando sono stato in grandi pensieri dentro di me, le tue consolazioni han rallegrato l’anima mia.
Psalms 94:20 What part with you has the seat of sin, which makes evil into a law?	Salmi 94:20 Il trono della nequizia t’avrà egli per complice? esso, che ordisce oppressioni in nome della legge?
Psalms 94:21 They are banded together against the soul of the upright, to give decisions against those who have done no wrong.	Salmi 94:21 Essi si gettano assieme contro l’anima del giusto, e condannano il sangue innocente.
Psalms 94:22 But the Lord is my safe resting-place; my God is the Rock where I am safe.	Salmi 94:22 Ma l’Eterno è il mio alto ricetto, e il mio Dio è la ròcca in cui mi rifugio.
Psalms 94:23 And he has made their evil designs come back on themselves, cutting them off in their sin; the Lord our God will put an end to them.
