John 5	От Иоанна 5
John 5:1 After these things there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.	От Иоанна 5:1 После сего был праздник Иудейский, и пришел Иисус в Иерусалим.
John 5:2 Now in Jerusalem near the sheep-market there is a public bath which in Hebrew is named Beth-zatha. It has five doorways.	От Иоанна 5:2 Есть же в Иерусалиме у Овечьих [ворот] купальня, называемая по-еврейски Вифезда, при которой было пять крытых ходов.
John 5:3 In these doorways there were a great number of people with different diseases: some unable to see, some without the power of walking, some with wasted bodies.	От Иоанна 5:3 В них лежало великое множество больных, слепых, хромых, иссохших, ожидающих движения воды,
John 5:4 []	От Иоанна 5:4 ибо Ангел Господень по временам сходил в купальню и возмущал воду, и кто первый входил [в нее] по возмущении воды, тот выздоравливал, какою бы ни был одержим болезнью.
John 5:5 One man was there who had been ill for thirty-eight years.	От Иоанна 5:5 Тут был человек, находившийся в болезни тридцать восемь лет.
John 5:6 When Jesus saw him there on the floor it was clear to him that he had been now a long time in that condition, and so he said to the man, Is it your desire to get well?	От Иоанна 5:6 Иисус, увидев его лежащего и узнав, что он лежит уже долгое время, говорит ему: хочешь ли быть здоров?
John 5:7 The ill man said in answer, Sir, I have nobody to put me into the bath when the water is moving; and while I am on the way down some other person gets in before me.	От Иоанна 5:7 Больной отвечал Ему: так, Господи; но не имею человека, который опустил бы меня в купальню, когда возмутится вода; когда же я прихожу, другой уже сходит прежде меня.
John 5:8 Jesus said to him, Get up, take your bed and go.	От Иоанна 5:8 Иисус говорит ему: встань, возьми постель твою и ходи.
John 5:9 And the man became well straight away, and took up his bed and went. Now that day was the Sabbath.	От Иоанна 5:9 И он тотчас выздоровел, и взял постель свою и пошел. Было же это в день субботний.
John 5:10 So the Jews said to the man who had been made well, It is the Sabbath; and it is against the law for you to take up your bed.	От Иоанна 5:10 Посему Иудеи говорили исцеленному: сегодня суббота; не должно тебе брать постели.
John 5:11 He said to them, But he who made me well, said to me, Take up your bed and go.	От Иоанна 5:11 Он отвечал им: Кто меня исцелил, Тот мне сказал: возьми постель твою и ходи.
John 5:12 Then they put to him the question: Who is the man who said to you, Take it up and go?	От Иоанна 5:12 Его спросили: кто Тот Человек, Который сказал тебе: возьми постель твою и ходи?
John 5:13 Now he who had been made well had no knowledge who it was, Jesus having gone away because of the number of people who were in that place.	От Иоанна 5:13 Исцеленный же не знал, кто Он, ибо Иисус скрылся в народе, бывшем на том месте.
John 5:14 After a time Jesus came across him in the Temple and said to him, See, you are well and strong; do no more sin for fear a worse thing comes to you.	От Иоанна 5:14 Потом Иисус встретил его в храме и сказал ему: вот, ты выздоровел; не греши больше, чтобы не случилось с тобою чего хуже.
John 5:15 The man went away and said to the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.	От Иоанна 5:15 Человек сей пошел и объявил Иудеям, что исцеливший его есть Иисус.
John 5:16 And for this reason the Jews were turned against Jesus, because he was doing these things on the Sabbath.	От Иоанна 5:16 И стали Иудеи гнать Иисуса и искали убить Его за то, что Он делал такие [дела] в субботу.
John 5:17 But his answer was: My Father is still working even now, and so I am working.	От Иоанна 5:17 Иисус же говорил им: Отец Мой доныне делает, и Я делаю.
John 5:18 For this cause the Jews had an even greater desire to put Jesus to death, because not only did he not keep the Sabbath but he said God was his Father, so making himself equal with God.	От Иоанна 5:18 И еще более искали убить Его Иудеи за то, что Он не только нарушал субботу, но и Отцем Своим называл Бога, делая Себя равным Богу.
John 5:19 So Jesus made answer and said, Truly I say to you, The Son is not able to do anything himself; he is able to do only what he sees the Father doing; whatever the Father does the Son does it in the same way.	От Иоанна 5:19 На это Иисус сказал: истинно, истинно говорю вам: Сын ничего не может творить Сам от Себя, если не увидит Отца творящего: ибо, что творит Он, то и Сын творит также.
John 5:20 For the Father has love for the Son and lets him see everything which he does: and he will let him see greater works than these so that you may be full of wonder.	От Иоанна 5:20 Ибо Отец любит Сына и показывает Ему все, что творит Сам; и покажет Ему дела больше сих, так что вы удивитесь.
John 5:21 In the same way, as the Father gives life to the dead, even so the Son gives life to those to whom he is pleased to give it.	От Иоанна 5:21 Ибо, как Отец воскрешает мертвых и оживляет, так и Сын оживляет, кого хочет.
John 5:22 The Father is not the judge of men, but he has given all decisions into the hands of the Son;	От Иоанна 5:22 Ибо Отец и не судит никого, но весь суд отдал Сыну,
John 5:23 So that all men may give honour to the Son even as they give honour to the Father. He who gives no honour to the Son gives no honour to the Father who sent him.	От Иоанна 5:23 дабы все чтили Сына, как чтут Отца. Кто не чтит Сына, тот не чтит и Отца, пославшего Его.
John 5:24 Truly I say to you, The man whose ears are open to my word and who has faith in him who sent me, has eternal life; he will not be judged, but has come from death into life.	От Иоанна 5:24 Истинно, истинно говорю вам: слушающий слово Мое и верующий в Пославшего Меня имеет жизнь вечную, и на суд не приходит, но перешел от смерти в жизнь.
John 5:25 Truly I say to you, The time is coming, it has even now come, when the voice of the Son of God will come to the ears of the dead, and those hearing it will have life.	От Иоанна 5:25 Истинно, истинно говорю вам: наступает время, и настало уже, когда мертвые услышат глас Сына Божия и, услышав, оживут.
John 5:26 For even as the Father has life in himself, so he has given to the Son to have life in himself.	От Иоанна 5:26 Ибо, как Отец имеет жизнь в Самом Себе, так и Сыну дал иметь жизнь в Самом Себе.
John 5:27 And he has given him authority to be judge because he is the Son of man.	От Иоанна 5:27 И дал Ему власть производить и суд, потому что Он есть Сын Человеческий.
John 5:28 Do not be surprised at this: for the time is coming when his voice will come to all who are in the place of the dead,	От Иоанна 5:28 Не дивитесь сему; ибо наступает время, в которое все, находящиеся в гробах, услышат глас Сына Божия;
John 5:29 And they will come out; those who have done good, into the new life; and those who have done evil, to be judged.	От Иоанна 5:29 и изыдут творившие добро в воскресение жизни, а делавшие зло--в воскресение осуждения.
John 5:30 Of myself I am unable to do anything: as the voice comes to me so I give a decision: and my decision is right because I have no desire to do what is pleasing to myself, but only what is pleasing to him who sent me.	От Иоанна 5:30 Я ничего не могу творить Сам от Себя. Как слышу, так и сужу, и суд Мой праведен; ибо не ищу Моей воли, но воли пославшего Меня Отца.
John 5:31 If I gave witness about myself, my witness would not be true.	От Иоанна 5:31 Если Я свидетельствую Сам о Себе, то свидетельство Мое не есть истинно.
John 5:32 There is another who gives witness about me and I am certain that the witness he gives about me is true.	От Иоанна 5:32 Есть другой, свидетельствующий о Мне; и Я знаю, что истинно то свидетельство, которым он свидетельствует о Мне.
John 5:33 You sent to John and he gave true witness.	От Иоанна 5:33 Вы посылали к Иоанну, и он засвидетельствовал об истине.
John 5:34 But I have no need of a man's witness: I only say these things so that you may have salvation.	От Иоанна 5:34 Впрочем Я не от человека принимаю свидетельство, но говорю это для того, чтобы вы спаслись.
John 5:35 He was a burning and shining light, and for a time you were ready to be happy in his light.	От Иоанна 5:35 Он был светильник, горящий и светящий; а вы хотели малое время порадоваться при свете его.
John 5:36 But the witness which I have is greater than that of John: the work which the Father has given me to do, the very work which I am now doing, is a witness that the Father has sent me.	От Иоанна 5:36 Я же имею свидетельство больше Иоаннова: ибо дела, которые Отец дал Мне совершить, самые дела сии, Мною творимые, свидетельствуют о Мне, что Отец послал Меня.
John 5:37 And the Father himself who sent me has given witness about me. Not one of you has ever given ear to his voice; his form you have not seen.	От Иоанна 5:37 И пославший Меня Отец Сам засвидетельствовал о Мне. А вы ни гласа Его никогда не слышали, ни лица Его не видели;
John 5:38 And you have not kept his word in your hearts, because you have not faith in him whom he has sent.	От Иоанна 5:38 и не имеете слова Его пребывающего в вас, потому что вы не веруете Тому, Которого Он послал.
John 5:39 You make search in the holy Writings, in the belief that through them you get eternal life; and it is those Writings which give witness about me.	От Иоанна 5:39 Исследуйте Писания, ибо вы думаете чрез них иметь жизнь вечную; а они свидетельствуют о Мне.
John 5:40 And still you have no desire to come to me so that you may have life.	От Иоанна 5:40 Но вы не хотите придти ко Мне, чтобы иметь жизнь.
John 5:41 I do not take honour from men;	От Иоанна 5:41 Не принимаю славы от человеков,
John 5:42 But I have knowledge of you that you have no love for God in your hearts.	От Иоанна 5:42 но знаю вас: вы не имеете в себе любви к Богу.
John 5:43 I have come in my Father's name, and your hearts are not open to me. If another comes with no other authority but himself, you will give him your approval.	От Иоанна 5:43 Я пришел во имя Отца Моего, и не принимаете Меня; а если иной придет во имя свое, его примете.
John 5:44 How is it possible for you to have faith while you take honour one from another and have no desire for the honour which comes from the only God?	От Иоанна 5:44 Как вы можете веровать, когда друг от друга принимаете славу, а славы, которая от Единого Бога, не ищете?
John 5:45 Put out of your minds the thought that I will say things against you to the Father: the one who says things against you is Moses, on whom you put your hopes.	От Иоанна 5:45 Не думайте, что Я буду обвинять вас пред Отцем: есть на вас обвинитель Моисей, на которого вы уповаете.
John 5:46 If you had belief in Moses you would have belief in me; for his writings are about me.	От Иоанна 5:46 Ибо если бы вы верили Моисею, то поверили бы и Мне, потому что он писал о Мне.
John 5:47 If you have no belief in his writings, how will you have belief in my words?	От Иоанна 5:47 Если же его писаниям не верите, как поверите Моим словам?
