Numbers 23:1 And Balaam said to Balak, Make me here seven altars and get ready seven oxen and seven male sheep.	Числа 23:1 И сказал Валаам Валаку: построй мне здесь семь жертвенников и приготовь мне семь тельцов и семь овнов.
Numbers 23:2 And Balak did as Balaam had said; and Balak and Balaam made an offering on every altar of an ox and a male sheep.	Числа 23:2 Валак сделал так, как говорил Валаам, и вознесли Валак и Валаам по тельцу и по овну на каждом жертвеннике.
Numbers 23:3 Then Balaam said to Balak, Take your place by your burned offering, and I will go and see if the Lord comes to me: and I will give you word of whatever he says to me. And he went to an open place on a hill.	Числа 23:3 И сказал Валаам Валаку: постой у всесожжения твоего, а я пойду; может быть, Господь выйдет мне навстречу, и что Он откроет мне, я объявлю тебе. И пошел на возвышенное место.
Numbers 23:4 And God came to Balaam, and Balaam said to him, I have made ready seven altars, offering an ox and a male sheep on every altar.	Числа 23:4 И встретился Бог с Валаамом, и сказал ему [Валаам]: семь жертвенников устроил я и вознес по тельцу и по овну на каждом жертвеннике.
Numbers 23:5 And the Lord put words in Balaam's mouth, and said, Go back to Balak, and this is what you are to say.	Числа 23:5 И вложил Господь слово в уста Валаамовы и сказал: возвратись к Валаку и так говори.
Numbers 23:6 So he went back to him where he was waiting by his burned offering with all the chiefs of Moab.	Числа 23:6 И возвратился к нему, и вот, он стоит у всесожжения своего, он и все князья Моавитские.
Numbers 23:7 And in the words which the Lord had given him he said, From Aram Balak has sent for me, the king of Moab from the mountains of the East: come, put curses on Jacob for me and be angry with Israel.	Числа 23:7 И произнес притчу свою и сказал: из Месопотамии привел меня Валак, царь Моава, от гор восточных: приди, прокляни мне Иакова, приди, изреки зло на Израиля!
Numbers 23:8 How may I put curses on him who is not cursed by God? how may I be angry with him with whom the Lord is not angry?	Числа 23:8 Как прокляну я? Бог не проклинает его. Как изреку зло? Господь не изрекает [на него] зла.
Numbers 23:9 From the top of the rocks I see him, looking down on him from the hills: it is a people made separate, not to be numbered among the nations.	Числа 23:9 С вершины скал вижу я его, и с холмов смотрю на него: вот, народ живет отдельно и между народами не числится.
Numbers 23:10 Who is able to take the measure of the dust of Jacob or the number of the thousands of Israel? May my death be the death of the upright and my last end like his!	Числа 23:10 Кто исчислит песок Иакова и число четвертой части Израиля? Да умрет душа моя смертью праведников, и да будет кончина моя, как их!
Numbers 23:11 Then Balak said to Balaam, What have you done to me? I sent for you so that my haters might be cursed, and see, you have given them a blessing.	Числа 23:11 И сказал Валак Валааму: что ты со мною делаешь? я взял тебя, чтобы проклясть врагов моих, а ты, вот, благословляешь?
Numbers 23:12 And in answer he said, Am I not ordered to say only what the Lord puts into my mouth?	Числа 23:12 И отвечал он и сказал: не должен ли я в точности сказать то, что влагает Господь в уста мои?
Numbers 23:13 And Balak said to him, Come with me now into another place from which you will not be able to see them all, but only the outskirts of them; and you will send curses on them from there.	Числа 23:13 И сказал ему Валак: пойди со мною на другое место, с которого ты увидишь его, но только часть его увидишь, а всего его не увидишь; и прокляни мне его оттуда.
Numbers 23:14 So he took him into the country of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and there they made seven altars, offering an ox and a male sheep on every altar.	Числа 23:14 И взял его на место стражей, на вершину [горы] Фасги, и построил семь жертвенников, и вознес по тельцу и по овну на каждом жертвеннике.
Numbers 23:15 Then he said to Balak, Take your place here by your burned offering, while I go over there to the Lord.	Числа 23:15 И сказал [Валаам] Валаку: постой здесь у всесожжения твоего, а я [пойду] туда навстречу [Богу].
Numbers 23:16 And the Lord came to Balaam, and put words in his mouth, and said, Go back to Balak, and this is what you are to say.	Числа 23:16 И встретился Господь с Валаамом, и вложил слово в уста его, и сказал: возвратись к Валаку и так говори.
Numbers 23:17 So he came to him where he was waiting by his burned offering with the chiefs of Moab by his side. And Balak said to him, What has the Lord said?	Числа 23:17 И пришел к нему, и вот, он стоит у всесожжения своего, и с ним князья Моавитские. И сказал ему Валак: что говорил Господь?
Numbers 23:18 And in the words which the Lord had given him he said, Up! Balak, and give ear; give attention to me, O son of Zippor:	Числа 23:18 Он произнес притчу свою и сказал: встань, Валак, и послушай, внимай мне, сын Сепфоров.
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, to say what is false; or the son of man, that his purpose may be changed: what he has said, will he not do? and will he not give effect to the words of his mouth?	Числа 23:19 Бог не человек, чтоб Ему лгать, и не сын человеческий, чтоб Ему изменяться. Он ли скажет и не сделает? будет говорить и не исполнит?
Numbers 23:20 See, I have had orders to give blessing: and he has given a blessing which I have no power to take away.	Числа 23:20 Вот, благословлять начал я, ибо Он благословил, и я не могу изменить сего.
Numbers 23:21 He has seen no evil in Jacob or wrongdoing in Israel: the Lord his God is with him, and the glad cry of a king is among them.	Числа 23:21 Не видно бедствия в Иакове, и не заметно несчастья в Израиле; Господь, Бог его, с ним, и трубный царский звук у него;
Numbers 23:22 It is God who has taken them out of Egypt; his horns are like those of the mountain ox.	Числа 23:22 Бог вывел их из Египта, быстрота единорога у него;
Numbers 23:23 No evil power has effect against Jacob, no secret arts against Israel; at the right time it will be said of Jacob and of Israel, See what God has done!	Числа 23:23 нет волшебства в Иакове и нет ворожбы в Израиле. В [свое] время скажут об Иакове и об Израиле: вот что творит Бог!
Numbers 23:24 See, Israel comes up like a she-lion, lifting himself up like a lion: he will take no rest till he has made a meal of those he has overcome, drinking the blood of those he has put to death.	Числа 23:24 Вот, народ как львица встает и как лев поднимается; не ляжет, пока не съест добычи и не напьется крови убитых.
Numbers 23:25 Then Balak said to Balaam, If you will not put a curse on them, at all events do not give them a blessing.	Числа 23:25 И сказал Валак Валааму: ни клясть не кляни его, ни благословлять не благословляй его.
Numbers 23:26 But Balaam in answer said to Balak, Did I not say to you, I may only do what the Lord says?	Числа 23:26 И отвечал Валаам и сказал Валаку: не говорил ли я тебе, что я буду делать все то, что скажет мне Господь?
Numbers 23:27 Then Balak said to Balaam, Come now, I will take you to another place; it may be that God will let you put a curse on them from there.	Числа 23:27 И сказал Валак Валааму: пойди, я возьму тебя на другое место; может быть, угодно будет Богу, и оттуда проклянешь мне его.
Numbers 23:28 So Balak took Balaam to the top of Peor, looking down over the waste land.	Числа 23:28 И взял Валак Валаама на верх Фегора, обращенного к пустыне.
Numbers 23:29 And Balaam said to Balak, Make me seven altars here and get seven oxen and seven male sheep ready for me.	Числа 23:29 И сказал Валаам Валаку: построй мне здесь семь жертвенников и приготовь мне здесь семь тельцов и семь овнов.
Numbers 23:30 And Balak did as Balaam said, offering an ox and a male sheep on every altar.	Числа 23:30 И сделал Валак, как сказал Валаам, и вознес по тельцу и овну на каждом жертвеннике.
