Proverbs 27:1 Do not make a noise about tomorrow, for you are not certain what a day's outcome may be.	Притчи 27:1 Не хвались завтрашним днем, потому что не знаешь, что родит тот день.
Proverbs 27:2 Let another man give you praise, and not your mouth; one who is strange to you, and not your lips.	Притчи 27:2 Пусть хвалит тебя другой, а не уста твои, --чужой, а не язык твой.
Proverbs 27:3 A stone has great weight, and sand is crushing; but the wrath of the foolish is of greater weight than these.	Притчи 27:3 Тяжел камень, весок и песок; но гнев глупца тяжелее их обоих.
Proverbs 27:4 Wrath is cruel, and angry feeling an overflowing stream; but who does not give way before envy?	Притчи 27:4 Жесток гнев, неукротима ярость; но кто устоит против ревности?
Proverbs 27:5 Better is open protest than love kept secret.	Притчи 27:5 Лучше открытое обличение, нежели скрытая любовь.
Proverbs 27:6 The wounds of a friend are given in good faith, but the kisses of a hater are false.	Притчи 27:6 Искренни укоризны от любящего, и лживы поцелуи ненавидящего.
Proverbs 27:7 The full man has no use for honey, but to the man in need of food every bitter thing is sweet.	Притчи 27:7 Сытая душа попирает и сот, а голодной душе все горькое сладко.
Proverbs 27:8 Like a bird wandering from the place of her eggs is a man wandering from his station.	Притчи 27:8 Как птица, покинувшая гнездо свое, так человек, покинувший место свое.
Proverbs 27:9 Oil and perfume make glad the heart, and the wise suggestion of a friend is sweet to the soul.	Притчи 27:9 Масть и курение радуют сердце; так сладок [всякому] друг сердечным советом своим.
Proverbs 27:10 Do not give up your friend and your father's friend; and do not go into your brother's house in the day of your trouble: better is a neighbour who is near than a brother far off.	Притчи 27:10 Не покидай друга твоего и друга отца твоего, и в дом брата твоего не ходи в день несчастья твоего: лучше сосед вблизи, нежели брат вдали.
Proverbs 27:11 My son, be wise and make my heart glad, so that I may give back an answer to him who puts me to shame.	Притчи 27:11 Будь мудр, сын мой, и радуй сердце мое; и я буду иметь, что отвечать злословящему меня.
Proverbs 27:12 The sharp man sees the evil and takes cover: the simple go straight on and get into trouble.	Притчи 27:12 Благоразумный видит беду и укрывается; а неопытные идут вперед [и] наказываются.
Proverbs 27:13 Take a man's clothing if he makes himself responsible for a strange man, and get an undertaking from him who gives his word for strange men.	Притчи 27:13 Возьми у него платье его, потому что он поручился за чужого, и за стороннего возьми от него залог.
Proverbs 27:14 He who gives a blessing to his friend with a loud voice, getting up early in the morning, will have it put to his account as a curse.	Притчи 27:14 Кто громко хвалит друга своего с раннего утра, того сочтут за злословящего.
Proverbs 27:15 Like an unending dropping on a day of rain is a bitter-tongued woman.	Притчи 27:15 Непрестанная капель в дождливый день и сварливая жена--равны:
Proverbs 27:16 He who keeps secret the secret of his friend, will get himself a name for good faith.	Притчи 27:16 кто хочет скрыть ее, тот хочет скрыть ветер и масть в правой руке своей, дающую знать о себе.
Proverbs 27:17 Iron makes iron sharp; so a man makes sharp his friend.	Притчи 27:17 Железо железо острит, и человек изощряет взгляд друга своего.
Proverbs 27:18 Whoever keeps a fig-tree will have its fruit; and the servant waiting on his master will be honoured.	Притчи 27:18 Кто стережет смоковницу, тот будет есть плоды ее; и кто бережет господина своего, тот будет в чести.
Proverbs 27:19 Like face looking at face in water, so are the hearts of men to one another.	Притчи 27:19 Как в воде лицо--к лицу, так сердце человека--к человеку.
Proverbs 27:20 The underworld and Abaddon are never full, and the eyes of man have never enough.	Притчи 27:20 Преисподняя и Аваддон--ненасытимы; так ненасытимы и глаза человеческие.
Proverbs 27:21 The heating-pot is for silver and the oven-fire for gold, and a man is measured by what he is praised for.	Притчи 27:21 Что плавильня--для серебра, горнило--для золота, то для человека уста, которые хвалят его.
Proverbs 27:22 Even if a foolish man is crushed with a hammer in a vessel among crushed grain, still his foolish ways will not go from him.	Притчи 27:22 Толки глупого в ступе пестом вместе с зерном, не отделится от него глупость его.
Proverbs 27:23 Take care to have knowledge about the condition of your flocks, looking well after your herds;	Притчи 27:23 Хорошо наблюдай за скотом твоим, имей попечение о стадах;
Proverbs 27:24 For wealth is not for ever, and money does not go on for all generations.	Притчи 27:24 потому что [богатство] не навек, да и власть разве из рода в род?
Proverbs 27:25 The grass comes up and the young grass is seen, and the mountain plants are got in.	Притчи 27:25 Прозябает трава, и является зелень, и собирают горные травы.
Proverbs 27:26 The lambs are for your clothing, and the he-goats make the value of a field:	Притчи 27:26 Овцы--на одежду тебе, и козлы--на покупку поля.
Proverbs 27:27 There will be goats' milk enough for your food, and for the support of your servant-girls.	Притчи 27:27 И довольно козьего молока в пищу тебе, в пищу домашним твоим и на продовольствие служанкам твоим.
