Numbers 17:1 And the Lord said to Moses,	Números 17:1 Y Hablo Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
Numbers 17:2 Say to the children of Israel that they are to give you rods, one for every family, for every chief, the head of his father's house, making twelve rods; let every man's name be placed on his rod.	Números 17:2 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y toma de ellos una vara por cada casa de los padres, de todos los príncipes de ellos, doce varas conforme á las casas de sus padres; y escribirás el nombre de cada uno sobre su vara.
Numbers 17:3 And let Aaron's name be placed on the rod of Levi: for there is to be one rod for the head of every family.	Números 17:3 Y escribirás el nombre de Aarón sobre la vara de Leví; porque cada cabeza de familia de sus padres tendrá una vara.
Numbers 17:4 And let them be stored up in the Tent of meeting, in front of the ark of witness where I come to you.	Números 17:4 Y las pondrás en el tabernáculo del testimonio delante del testimonio, donde yo me declararé á vosotros.
Numbers 17:5 And the rod of that man who is marked out by me for myself will have buds on it; so I will put a stop to the outcries which the children of Israel make to me against you.	Números 17:5 Y será, que el varón que yo escogiere, su vara florecerá: y haré cesar de sobre mí las quejas de los hijos de Israel, con que murmuran contra vosotros.
Numbers 17:6 So Moses gave these orders to the children of Israel, and all their chiefs gave him rods, one for the head of every family, making twelve rods: and Aaron's rod was among them.	Números 17:6 Y Moisés habló á los hijos de Israel, y todos los príncipes de ellos le dieron varas; cada príncipe por las casas de sus padres una vara, en todas doce varas; y la vara de Aarón estaba entre las varas de ellos.
Numbers 17:7 And Moses put the rods before the Lord in the Tent of witness.	Números 17:7 Y Moisés puso las varas delante de Jehová en el tabernáculo del testimonio.
Numbers 17:8 Now on the day after, Moses went into the Tent of witness; and he saw that Aaron's rod, the rod of the house of Levi, had put out buds, and was covered with buds and flowers and fruit.	Números 17:8 Y aconteció que el día siguiente vino Moisés al tabernáculo del testimonio; y he aquí que la vara de Aarón de la casa de Leví había brotado, y echado flores, y arrojado renuevos, y producido almendras.
Numbers 17:9 Then Moses took out all the rods from before the Lord, and gave them back to the children of Israel: and they saw them, and every man took his rod.	Números 17:9 Entonces sacó Moisés todas las varas de delante de Jehová á todos los hijos de Israel; y ellos lo vieron, y tomaron cada uno su vara.
Numbers 17:10 And the Lord said to Moses, Put Aaron's rod back in front of the ark of witness, to be kept for a sign against this false-hearted people, so that you may put a stop to their outcries against me, and death may not overtake them.	Números 17:10 Y Jehová dijo á Moisés: Vuelve la vara de Aarón delante del testimonio, para que se guarde por señal á los hijos rebeldes; y harás cesar sus quejas de sobre mí, porque no mueran.
Numbers 17:11 This Moses did: as the Lord gave orders, so he did.	Números 17:11 E hízolo Moisés: como le mandó Jehová, así hizo.
Numbers 17:12 And the children of Israel said to Moses, Truly, destruction has come on us; an evil fate has overtaken us all.	Números 17:12 Entonces los hijos de Israel hablaron á Moisés, diciendo: He aquí nosotros somos muertos, perdidos somos, todos nosotros somos perdidos.
Numbers 17:13 Death will overtake everyone who comes near, who comes near the House of the Lord: are we all to come to destruction?	Números 17:13 Cualquiera que se llegare, el que se acercare al tabernáculo de Jehová morirá: ¿acabaremos de perecer todos?
