Revelation 9	Apocalipsis 9
Revelation 9:1 And at the sounding of the fifth angel I saw a star falling from heaven to the earth: and there was given to him the key of the great deep.	Apocalipsis 9:1 Y EL quinto ángel tocó la trompeta, y vi una estrella que cayó del cielo en la tierra; y le fué dada la llave del pozo del abismo.
Revelation 9:2 And he made the great deep open and a smoke went up from it, like the smoke of a great oven; and the sun and the air were made dark because of the smoke.	Apocalipsis 9:2 Y abrió el pozo del abismo, y subió humo del pozo como el humo de un gran horno; y oscurecióse el sol y el aire por el humo del pozo.
Revelation 9:3 And from the smoke locusts came out on the earth; and power was given them, like the power of scorpions.	Apocalipsis 9:3 Y del humo salieron langostas sobre la tierra; y fueles dada potestad, como tienen potestad los escorpiones de la tierra.
Revelation 9:4 And they were ordered to do no damage to the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only to such men as have not the mark of God on their brows.	Apocalipsis 9:4 Y les fué mandado que no hiciesen daño á la hierba de la tierra, ni á ninguna cosa verde, ni á ningún árbol, sino solamente á los hombres que no tienen la señal de Dios en sus frentes.
Revelation 9:5 And orders were given them not to put them to death, but to give them great pain for five months: and their pain was as the pain from the wound of a scorpion.	Apocalipsis 9:5 Y le fué dado que no los matasen, sino que los atormentasen cinco meses; y su tormento era como tormento de escorpión, cuando hiere al hombre.
Revelation 9:6 And in those days men will be hoping for death, and it will not come to them; and they will have a great desire for death, and death will go in flight from them.	Apocalipsis 9:6 Y en aquellos días buscarán los hombres la muerte, y no la hallarán; y desearán morir, y la muerte huirá de ellos.
Revelation 9:7 And the forms of the locusts were like horses made ready for war; and on their heads they had crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.	Apocalipsis 9:7 Y el parecer de las langostas era semejante á caballos aparejados para la guerra: y sobre sus cabezas tenían como coronas semejantes al oro; y sus caras como caras de hombres.
Revelation 9:8 And they had hair like the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.	Apocalipsis 9:8 Y tenían cabellos como cabellos de mujeres: y sus dientes eran como dientes de leones.
Revelation 9:9 And they had breastplates like iron, and the sound of their wings was as the sound of carriages, like an army of horses rushing to the fight.	Apocalipsis 9:9 Y tenían corazas como corazas de hierro; y el estruendo de sus alas, como el ruido de carros que con muchos caballos corren á la batalla.
Revelation 9:10 And they have pointed tails like scorpions; and in their tails is their power to give men wounds for five months.	Apocalipsis 9:10 Y tenían colas semejantes á las de los escorpiones, y tenían en sus colas aguijones; y su poder era de hacer daño á los hombres cinco meses.
Revelation 9:11 They have over them as king the angel of the great deep: his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek language Apollyon.	Apocalipsis 9:11 Y tienen sobre sí por rey al ángel del abismo, cuyo nombre en hebraico es Abaddon, y en griego, Apollyon.
Revelation 9:12 The first Trouble is past: see, there are still two Troubles to come.	Apocalipsis 9:12 El primer ¡Ay! es pasado: he aquí, vienen aún dos ayes después de estas cosas.
Revelation 9:13 And at the sounding of the sixth angel a voice came to my ears from the horns of the gold altar which is before God,	Apocalipsis 9:13 Y el sexto ángel tocó la trompeta; y oí una voz de los cuatro cuernos del altar de oro que estaba delante de Dios,
Revelation 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel who had the horn, Make free the four angels who are chained at the great river Euphrates.	Apocalipsis 9:14 Diciendo al sexto ángel que tenía la trompeta: Desata los cuatro ángeles que están atados en el gran río Eufrates.
Revelation 9:15 And the four angels were made free, who were ready for the hour and day and month and year, that they might put to death a third part of men.	Apocalipsis 9:15 Y fueron desatados los cuatro ángeles que estaban aparejados para la hora y día y mes y año, para matar la tercera parte de los hombres.
Revelation 9:16 And the number of the armies of the horsemen was twice ten thousand times ten thousand: the number of them came to my ears.	Apocalipsis 9:16 Y el número del ejército de los de á caballo era doscientos millones. Y oí el número de ellos.
Revelation 9:17 And so I saw the horses in the vision, and those who were seated on them, having breastplates of fire and glass and of burning stone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire and smoke and a smell of burning.	Apocalipsis 9:17 Y así vi los caballos en visión, y los que sobre ellos estaban sentados, los cuales tenían corazas de fuego, de jacinto, y de azufre. Y las cabezas de los caballos eran como cabezas de leones; y de la boca de ellos salía fuego y humo y azufre.
Revelation 9:18 By these evils a third part of men was put to death, by the fire, and the smoke, and the burning smell which came out of their mouths.	Apocalipsis 9:18 De estas tres plagas fué muerta la tercera parte de los hombres: del fuego, y del humo, y del azufre, que salían de la boca de ellos.
Revelation 9:19 For the power of the horses is in their mouths and in their tails: because their tails are like snakes, and have heads, and with them they give wounds.	Apocalipsis 9:19 Porque su poder está en su boca y en sus colas: porque sus colas eran semejantes á serpientes, y tenían cabezas, y con ellas dañan.
Revelation 9:20 And the rest of the people, who were not put to death by these evils, were not turned from the works of their hands, but went on giving worship to evil spirits, and images of gold and silver and brass and stone and wood which have no power of seeing or hearing or walking:	Apocalipsis 9:20 Y los otros hombres que no fueron muertos con estas plagas, aun no se arrepintieron de las obras de sus manos, para que no adorasen á los demonios, y á las imágenes de oro, y de plata, y de metal, y de piedra, y de madera; las cuales no pueden ver, ni oir, ni andar:
Revelation 9:21 And they had no regret for putting men to death, or for their use of secret arts, or for the evil desires of the flesh, or for taking the property of others.	Apocalipsis 9:21 Y no se arrepintieron de sus homicidios, ni de sus hechicerías, ni de su fornicación, ni de sus hurtos.
