Cantares 1:1 CANCION de canciones, la cual es de Salomón.	Song of Solomon 1:1 The song of Songs, which is Solomon's.
Cantares 1:2 ¡Oh si él me besara con ósculos de su boca! Porque mejores son tus amores que el vino.	Song of Solomon 1:2 Let him give me the kisses of his mouth: for his love is better than wine.
Cantares 1:3 Por el olor de tus suaves unguüentos, (Ungüento derramado es tu nombre,) Por eso las doncellas te amaron.	Song of Solomon 1:3 Sweet is the smell of your perfumes; your name is as perfume running out; so the young girls give you their love.
Cantares 1:4 Llévame en pos de ti, correremos. Metióme el rey en sus cámaras: Nos gozaremos y alegraremos en ti; Acordarémonos de tus amores más que del vino: Los rectos te aman.	Song of Solomon 1:4 Take me to you, and we will go after you: the king has taken me into his house. We will be glad and full of joy in you, we will give more thought to your love than to wine: rightly are they your lovers.
Cantares 1:5 Morena soy, oh hijas de Jerusalem, Mas codiciable; Como las cabañas de Cedar, Como las tiendas de Salomón.	Song of Solomon 1:5 I am dark, but fair of form, O daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
Cantares 1:6 No miréis en que soy morena, Porque el sol me miró. Los hijos de mi madre se airaron contra mí, Hiciéronme guarda de viñas; Y mi viña, que era mía, no guardé.	Song of Solomon 1:6 Let not your eyes be turned on me, because I am dark, because I was looked on by the sun; my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vine-gardens; but my vine-garden I have not kept.
Cantares 1:7 Hazme saber, ó tú á quien ama mi alma, Dónde repastas, dónde haces tener majada al medio día: Porque, ¿por qué había yo de estar como vagueando Tras los rebaños de tus compañeros?	Song of Solomon 1:7 Say, O love of my soul, where you give food to your flock, and where you make them take their rest in the heat of the day; why have I to be as one wandering by the flocks of your friends?
Cantares 1:8 Si tú no lo sabes, oh hermosa entre las mujeres, Sal, yéndote por las huellas del rebaño, Y apacienta tus cabritas junto á las cabañas de los pastores.	Song of Solomon 1:8 If you have not knowledge, O most beautiful among women, go on your way in the footsteps of the flock, and give your young goats food by the tents of the keepers.
Cantares 1:9 A yegua de los carros de Faraón Te he comparado, amiga mía.	Song of Solomon 1:9 I have made a comparison of you, O my love, to a horse in Pharaoh's carriages.
Cantares 1:10 Hermosas son tus mejillas entre los pendientes, Tu cuello entre los collares.	Song of Solomon 1:10 Your face is a delight with rings of hair, your neck with chains of jewels.
Cantares 1:11 Zarcillos de oro te haremos, Con clavos de plata.	Song of Solomon 1:11 We will make you chains of gold with ornaments of silver.
Cantares 1:12 Mientras que el rey estaba en su reclinatorio, Mi nardo dió su olor.	Song of Solomon 1:12 While the king is seated at his table, my spices send out their perfume.
Cantares 1:13 Mi amado es para mí un manojito de mirra, Que reposa entre mis pechos.	Song of Solomon 1:13 As a bag of myrrh is my well-loved one to me, when he is at rest all night between my breasts.

Cantares 1:17 Las vigas de nuestra casa son de cedro, Y de ciprés los artesonados.	Song of Solomon 1:17 Cedar-trees are the pillars of our house; and our boards are made of fir-trees.
