Deuteronomio 5:1 Y Llamo Moisés á todo Israel, y díjoles: Oye, Israel, los estatutos y derechos que yo pronuncio hoy en vuestros oídos: y aprendedlos, y guardadlos, para ponerlos por obra.	Deuteronomy 5:1 And Moses sent for all Israel, and said to them, Give ear, O Israel, to the laws and the decisions which I give you today, and give attention to them so that you may keep and do them.
Deuteronomio 5:2 Jehová nuestro Dios hizo pacto con nosotros en Horeb.	Deuteronomy 5:2 The Lord our God made an agreement with us in Horeb.
Deuteronomio 5:3 No con nuestros padres hizo Jehová este pacto, sino con nosotros todos los que estamos aquí hoy vivos.	Deuteronomy 5:3 The Lord did not make this agreement with our fathers but with us, who are all living and present here today.
Deuteronomio 5:4 Cara á cara habló Jehová con vosotros en el monte de en medio del fuego,	Deuteronomy 5:4 The word of the Lord came to you face to face on the mountain, out of the heart of the fire,
Deuteronomio 5:5 (Yo estaba entonces entre Jehová y vosotros, para denunciaros la palabra de Jehová; porque vosotros tuvisteis temor del fuego, y no subisteis al monte;) diciendo:	Deuteronomy 5:5 (I was between the Lord and you at that time, to make clear to you the word of the Lord: because, through fear of the fire, you did not go up the mountain;) saying,
Deuteronomio 5:6 Yo soy Jehová tu Dios, que te saqué de tierra de Egipto, de casa de siervos.	Deuteronomy 5:6 I am the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt, out of the prison-house.
Deuteronomio 5:7 No tendrás dioses extraños delante de mí.	Deuteronomy 5:7 You are to have no other gods but me.
Deuteronomio 5:8 No harás para ti escultura, ni imagen alguna de cosa que está arriba en los cielos, ó abajo en la tierra, ó en las aguas debajo de la tierra:	Deuteronomy 5:8 You may not make for yourselves an image in the form of anything in heaven or on earth or in the waters under the earth:
Deuteronomio 5:9 No te inclinarás á ellas ni les servirás: porque yo soy Jehová tu Dios, fuerte, celoso, que visito la iniquidad de los padres sobre los hijos, y sobre los terceros, y sobre los cuartos, á los que me aborrecen,	Deuteronomy 5:9 You may not go down on your faces before them or give them worship: for I, the Lord your God, am a God who will not give his honour to another; and I will send punishment on the children for the wrongdoing of their fathers, to the third and fourth generation of my haters;
Deuteronomio 5:10 Y que hago misericordia á millares á los que me aman, y guardan mis mandamientos.	Deuteronomy 5:10 And I will have mercy through a thousand generations on those who have love for me and keep my laws.
Deuteronomio 5:11 No tomarás en vano el nombre de Jehová tu Dios; porque Jehová no dará por inocente al que tomare en vano su nombre.	Deuteronomy 5:11 You are not to make use of the name of the Lord your God for an evil purpose; whoever takes the Lord's name on his lips for an evil purpose will be judged as a sinner by the Lord.
Deuteronomio 5:12 Guardarás el día del reposo para santificarlo, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado.	Deuteronomy 5:12 Keep the Sabbath day as a holy day, as you have been ordered by the Lord your God.
Deuteronomio 5:13 Seis días trabajarás y harás toda tu obra:	Deuteronomy 5:13 On six days do all your work:
Deuteronomio 5:14 Mas el séptimo es reposo á Jehová tu Dios: ninguna obra harás tú, ni tu hijo, ni tu hija, ni tu siervo, ni tu sierva, ni tu buey, ni tu asno, ni ningún animal tuyo, ni tu peregrino que está dentro de tus puertas: porque descanse tu siervo y tu sierva como tú.	Deuteronomy 5:14 But the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; on that day do no work, you or your son or your daughter, or your man-servant or your woman-servant, or your ox or your ass or any of your cattle, or the man from a strange country who is living among you; so that your man-servant and your woman-servant may have rest as well as you.
Deuteronomio 5:15 Y acuérdate que fuiste siervo en tierra de Egipto, y que Jehová tu Dios te sacó de allá con mano fuerte y brazo extendido: por lo cual Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado que guardes el día del reposo.	Deuteronomy 5:15 And keep in mind that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord your God took you out of that land by his strong hand and his stretched-out arm: for this reason the Lord has given you orders to keep the Sabbath day.
Deuteronomio 5:16 Honra á tu padre y á tu madre, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado, para que sean prolongados tus días, y para que te vaya bien sobre la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da.	Deuteronomy 5:16 Give honour to your father and your mother, as you have been ordered by the Lord your God; so that your life may be long and all may be well for you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
Deuteronomio 5:17 No matarás.	Deuteronomy 5:17 Do not put anyone to death without cause.
Deuteronomio 5:18 No adulterarás.	Deuteronomy 5:18 Do not be false to the married relation.
Deuteronomio 5:19 No hurtarás.	Deuteronomy 5:19 Do not take the property of another.
Deuteronomio 5:20 No dirás falso testimonio contra tu prójimo.	Deuteronomy 5:20 Do not give false witness against your neighbour;
Deuteronomio 5:21 No codiciarás la mujer de tu prójimo, ni desearás la casa de tu prójimo, ni su tierra, ni su siervo, ni su sierva, ni su buey, ni su asno, ni ninguna cosa que sea de tu prójimo.	Deuteronomy 5:21 Or let your desire be turned to your neighbour's wife, or his house or his field or his man-servant or his woman-servant or his ox or his ass or anything which is your neighbour's.
Deuteronomio 5:22 Estas palabras habló Jehová á toda vuestra congregación en el monte, de en medio del fuego, de la nube y de la oscuridad, á gran voz: y no añadió más. Y escribiólas en dos tablas de piedra, las cuales me dió á mí.	Deuteronomy 5:22 These words the Lord said to all of you together on the mountain, out of the heart of the fire, out of the cloud and the dark, with a great voice: and he said no more; he put them in writing on the two stones of the law and gave them to me.
Deuteronomio 5:23 Y aconteció, que como vosotros oisteis la voz de en medio de las tinieblas, y visteis al monte que ardía en fuego, llegasteis á mí todos los príncipes de vuestras tribus, y vuestros ancianos;	Deuteronomy 5:23 And after hearing the voice which came out of the dark while the mountain was burning with fire, all the heads of your tribes and your chiefs came to me,
Deuteronomio 5:24 Y dijisteis: He aquí, Jehová nuestro Dios nos ha mostrado su gloria y su grandeza, y hemos oído su voz de en medio del fuego: hoy hemos visto que Jehová habla al hombre, y éste vive.	Deuteronomy 5:24 And said, The Lord has let us see his glory and his power, and his voice has come to us out of the fire: today we have seen that a man may go on living even after hearing the voice of God.
Deuteronomio 5:25 Ahora pues, ¿por qué moriremos? que este gran fuego nos consumirá: si tornáremos á oir la voz de Jehová nuestro Dios, moriremos.	Deuteronomy 5:25 Why then is death to be our fate? For if the voice of the Lord our God comes to us any more, death will overtake us, and we will be burned up in this great fire.
Deuteronomio 5:26 Porque, ¿qué es toda carne, para que oiga la voz del Dios viviente que habla de en medio del fuego, como nosotros la oímos, y viva?	Deuteronomy 5:26 For what man is there in all the earth, who, hearing the voice of the living God as we have, out of the heart of the fire, has been kept from death?
Deuteronomio 5:27 Llega tú, y oye todas las cosas que dijere Jehová nuestro Dios; y tú nos dirás todo lo que Jehová nuestro Dios te dijere, y nosotros oiremos y haremos.	Deuteronomy 5:27 Do you go near: and after hearing everything which the Lord our God has to say, give us an account of all he has said to you, and we will give ear, and do it.
Deuteronomio 5:28 Y oyó Jehová la voz de vuestras palabras, cuando me hablabais; y díjome Jehová: He oído la voz de las palabras de este pueblo, que ellos te han hablado: bien está todo lo que han dicho.	Deuteronomy 5:28 Then the Lord, hearing your words to me, said to me, The words which this people have said to you have come to my ears: what they have said is well said.
Deuteronomio 5:29 ¡Quién diera que tuviesen tal corazón, que me temiesen, y guardasen todos los días todos mis mandamientos, para que á ellos y á sus hijos les fuese bien para siempre!	Deuteronomy 5:29 If only they had such a heart in them at all times, so that they might go in fear of me and keep my orders and that it might be well for them and for their children for ever!
Deuteronomio 5:30 Ve, diles: Volveos á vuestras tiendas.	Deuteronomy 5:30 Now say to them, Go back to your tents.
Deuteronomio 5:31 Y tú estáte aquí conmigo, y te diré todos los mandamientos, y estatutos, y derechos que les has de enseñar, a fin que los pongan ahora por obra en la tierra que yo les doy para poseerla.	Deuteronomy 5:31 But as for you, keep your place here by me, and I will give you all the orders and the laws and the decisions which you are to make clear to them, so that they may do them in the land which I am giving them for their heritage.
Deuteronomio 5:32 Mirad, pues, que hagáis como Jehová vuestro Dios os ha mandado: no os apartéis á diestra ni á siniestra;	Deuteronomy 5:32 Take care, then, to do whatever the Lord your God has given you orders to do; let there be no turning away to the right hand or to the left.
Deuteronomio 5:33 Andad en todo camino que Jehová vuestro Dios os ha mandado, para que viváis, y os vaya bien, y tengáis largos días en la tierra que habéis de poseer.	Deuteronomy 5:33 Go on walking in the way ordered for you by the Lord your God, so that life may be yours and it may be well for you, and your days may be long in the land of your heritage.
