Juan 14	John 14
Juan 14:1 NO se turbe vuestro corazón; creéis en Dios, creed también en mí.	John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: have faith in God and have faith in me.
Juan 14:2 En la casa de mi Padre muchas moradas hay: de otra manera os lo hubiera dicho: voy, pues, á preparar lugar para vosotros.	John 14:2 In my Father's house are rooms enough; if it was not so, would I have said that I am going to make ready a place for you?
Juan 14:3 Y si me fuere, y os aparejare lugar, vendré otra vez, y os tomaré á mí mismo: para que donde yo estoy, vosotros también estéis.	John 14:3 And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to be with me, so that you may be where I am.
Juan 14:4 Y sabéis á dónde yo voy; y sabéis el camino.	John 14:4 And you all have knowledge of where I am going, and of the way to it.
Juan 14:5 Dícele Tomás: Señor, no sabemos á dónde vas: ¿cómo, pues, podemos saber el camino?	John 14:5 Thomas said, Lord, we have no knowledge of where you are going; how may we have knowledge of the way?
Juan 14:6 Jesús le dice: Yo soy el camino, y la verdad, y la vida: nadie viene al Padre, sino por mí.	John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the true and living way: no one comes to the Father but by me.
Juan 14:7 Si me conocieseis, también á mi Padre conocierais: y desde ahora le conocéis, y le habéis visto.	John 14:7 If you had knowledge of me, you would have knowledge of my Father: you have knowledge of him now and have seen him.
Juan 14:8 Dícele Felipe: Señor, muéstranos el Padre, y nos basta.	John 14:8 Philip said to him, Lord, let us see the Father, and we have need of nothing more.
Juan 14:9 Jesús le dice: ¿Tanto tiempo ha que estoy con vosotros, y no me has conocido, Felipe? El que me ha visto, ha visto al Padre; ¿cómo, pues, dices tú: Muéstranos el Padre?	John 14:9 Jesus said to him, Philip, have I been with you all this time, and still you have no knowledge of me? He who has seen me has seen the Father. Why do you say, Let us see the Father?
Juan 14:10 ¿No crees que yo soy en el Padre, y el Padre en mí? Las palabras que yo os hablo, no las hablo de mí mismo: mas el Padre que está en mí, él hace las obras.	John 14:10 Have you not faith that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words which I say to you, I say not from myself: but the Father who is in me all the time does his works.
Juan 14:11 Creedme que yo soy en el Padre, y el Padre en mí: de otra manera, creedme por las mismas obras.	John 14:11 Have faith that I am in the Father and that the Father is in me: at least, have faith in me because of what I do.
Juan 14:12 De cierto, de cierto os digo: El que en mí cree, las obras que yo hago también él las hará; y mayores que éstas hará; porque yo voy al Padre.	John 14:12 Truly I say to you, He who puts his faith in me will do the very works which I do, and he will do greater things than these, because I am going to my Father.
Juan 14:13 Y todo lo que pidiereis al Padre en mi nombre, esto haré, para que el Padre sea glorificado en el Hijo.	John 14:13 And whatever request you make in my name, that I will do, so that the Father may have glory in the Son.
Juan 14:14 Si algo pidiereis en mi nombre, yo lo haré.	John 14:14 If you make any request to me in my name, I will do it.
Juan 14:15 Si me amáis, guardad mis mandamientos;	John 14:15 If you have love for me, you will keep my laws.
Juan 14:16 Y yo rogaré al Padre, y os dará otro Consolador, para que esté con vosotros para siempre:	John 14:16 And I will make prayer to the Father and he will give you another Helper to be with you for ever,
Juan 14:17 Al Espíritu de verdad, al cual el mundo no puede recibir, porque no le ve, ni le conoce: mas vosotros le conocéis; porque está con vosotros, y será en vosotros.	John 14:17 Even the Spirit of true knowledge. That Spirit the world is not able to take to its heart because it sees him not and has no knowledge of him: but you have knowledge of him, because he is ever with you and will be in you.
Juan 14:18 No os dejaré huérfanos: vendré á vosotros.	John 14:18 I will not let you be without a friend: I am coming to you.
Juan 14:19 Aun un poquito, y el mundo no me verá más; empero vosotros me veréis; porque yo vivo, y vosotros también viviréis.	John 14:19 A little time longer, and the world will see me no more; but you will see me; and you will be living because I am living.
Juan 14:20 En aquel día vosotros conoceréis que yo estoy en mi Padre, y vosotros en mí, y yo en vosotros.	John 14:20 At that time it will be clear to you that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I in you.
Juan 14:21 El que tiene mis mandamientos, y los guarda, aquél es el que me ama; y el que me ama, será amado de mi Padre, y yo le amaré, y me manifestaré á él.	John 14:21 He who has my laws and keeps them, he it is who has love for me: and he who has love for me will be loved by my Father, and I will have love for him and will let myself be seen clearly by him.
Juan 14:22 Dícele Judas, no el Iscariote: Señor, ¿qué hay porque te hayas de manifestar á nosotros, y no al mundo?	John 14:22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, How is it that you will let yourself be seen clearly by us and not by the world?
Juan 14:23 Respondió Jesús, y díjole: El que me ama, mi palabra guardará; y mi Padre le amará, y vendremos á él, y haremos con él morada.	John 14:23 Jesus said to him in answer, If anyone has love for me, he will keep my words: and he will be dear to my Father; and we will come to him and make our living-place with him.
Juan 14:24 El que no me ama, no guarda mis palabras: y la palabra que habéis oído, no es mía, sino del Padre que me envió.	John 14:24 He who has no love for me does not keep my words; and the word which you are hearing is not my word but the Father's who sent me.
Juan 14:25 Estas cosas os he hablado estando con vosotros.	John 14:25 I have said all this to you while I am still with you.
Juan 14:26 Mas el Consolador, el Espíritu Santo, al cual el Padre enviará en mi nombre, él os enseñará todas las cosas, y os recordará todas las cosas que os he dicho.	John 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will be your teacher in all things and will put you in mind of everything I have said to you.
Juan 14:27 La paz os dejo, mi paz os doy: no como el mundo la da, yo os la doy. No se turbe vuestro corazón, ni tenga miedo.	John 14:27 May peace be with you; my peace I give to you: I give it not as the world gives. Let not your heart be troubled; let it be without fear.
Juan 14:28 Habéis oído cómo yo os he dicho: Voy, y vengo á vosotros. Si me amaseis, ciertamente os gozaríais, porque he dicho que voy al Padre: porque el Padre mayor es que yo.	John 14:28 Keep in mind how I said to you, I go away and come to you again. If you had love for me you would be glad, because I am going to the Father: for the Father is greater than I.
Juan 14:29 Y ahora os lo he dicho antes que se haga; para que cuando se hiciere, creáis.	John 14:29 And now I have given you word of it before it comes, so that, when it comes, you may have faith.
Juan 14:30 Ya no hablaré mucho con vosotros: porque viene el príncipe de este mundo; mas no tiene nada en mí.	John 14:30 After this I will not say much to you, because the ruler of this world comes: and he has no power over me;
Juan 14:31 Empero para que conozca el mundo que amo al Padre, y como el Padre me dió el mandamiento, así hago. Levantaos, vamos de aquí,	John 14:31 But he comes so that the world may see that I have love for the Father, and that I am doing as I am ordered by the Father. Get up, and let us go.
