Números 23:1 Y Balaam dijo á Balac: Edifícame aquí siete altares, y prepárame aquí siete becerros y siete carneros.	Numbers 23:1 And Balaam said to Balak, Make me here seven altars and get ready seven oxen and seven male sheep.
Números 23:2 Y Balac hizo como le dijo Balaam: y ofrecieron Balac y Balaam un becerro y un carnero en cada altar.	Numbers 23:2 And Balak did as Balaam had said; and Balak and Balaam made an offering on every altar of an ox and a male sheep.
Números 23:3 Y Balaam dijo á Balac: Ponte junto á tu holocausto, y yo iré: quizá Jehová me vendrá al encuentro, y cualquiera cosa que me mostrare, te la noticiaré. Y así se fué solo.	Numbers 23:3 Then Balaam said to Balak, Take your place by your burned offering, and I will go and see if the Lord comes to me: and I will give you word of whatever he says to me. And he went to an open place on a hill.
Números 23:4 Y vino Dios al encuentro de Balaam, y éste le dijo: Siete altares he ordenado, y en cada altar he ofrecido un becerro y un carnero.	Numbers 23:4 And God came to Balaam, and Balaam said to him, I have made ready seven altars, offering an ox and a male sheep on every altar.
Números 23:5 Y Jehová puso palabra en la boca de Balaam, y díjole: Vuelve á Balac, y has de hablar así.	Numbers 23:5 And the Lord put words in Balaam's mouth, and said, Go back to Balak, and this is what you are to say.
Números 23:6 Y volvió á él, y he aquí estaba él junto á su holocausto, él y todos los príncipes de Moab.	Numbers 23:6 So he went back to him where he was waiting by his burned offering with all the chiefs of Moab.
Números 23:7 Y él tomó su parábola, y dijo: De Aram me trajo Balac, Rey de Moab, de los montes del oriente: Ven, maldíceme á Jacob; Y ven, execra á Israel.	Numbers 23:7 And in the words which the Lord had given him he said, From Aram Balak has sent for me, the king of Moab from the mountains of the East: come, put curses on Jacob for me and be angry with Israel.
Números 23:8 ¿Por qué maldeciré yo al que Dios no maldijo? ¿Y por qué he de execrar al que Jehová no ha execrado?	Numbers 23:8 How may I put curses on him who is not cursed by God? how may I be angry with him with whom the Lord is not angry?
Números 23:9 Porque de la cumbre de las peñas lo veré, Y desde los collados lo miraré: He aquí un pueblo que habitará confiado, Y no será contado entre las gentes.	Numbers 23:9 From the top of the rocks I see him, looking down on him from the hills: it is a people made separate, not to be numbered among the nations.
Números 23:10 ¿Quién contará el polvo de Jacob, O el número de la cuarta parte de Israel? Muera mi persona de la muerte de los rectos, Y mi postrimería sea como la suya.	Numbers 23:10 Who is able to take the measure of the dust of Jacob or the number of the thousands of Israel? May my death be the death of the upright and my last end like his!
Números 23:11 Entonces Balac dijo á Balaam: ¿Qué me has hecho? hete tomado para que maldigas á mis enemigos, y he aquí has proferido bendiciones.	Numbers 23:11 Then Balak said to Balaam, What have you done to me? I sent for you so that my haters might be cursed, and see, you have given them a blessing.
Números 23:12 Y él respondió, y dijo: ¿No observaré yo lo que Jehová pusiere en mi boca para decirlo?	Numbers 23:12 And in answer he said, Am I not ordered to say only what the Lord puts into my mouth?
Números 23:13 Y dijo Balac: Ruégote que vengas conmigo á otro lugar desde el cual lo veas; su extremidad solamente verás, que no lo verás todo; y desde allí me lo maldecirás.	Numbers 23:13 And Balak said to him, Come with me now into another place from which you will not be able to see them all, but only the outskirts of them; and you will send curses on them from there.
Números 23:14 Y llevólo al campo de Sophim, á la cumbre de Pisga, y edificó siete altares, y ofreció un becerro y un carnero en cada altar.	Numbers 23:14 So he took him into the country of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and there they made seven altars, offering an ox and a male sheep on every altar.
Números 23:15 Entonces él dijo á Balac: Ponte aquí junto á tu holocausto, y yo iré á encontrar á Dios allí.	Numbers 23:15 Then he said to Balak, Take your place here by your burned offering, while I go over there to the Lord.
Números 23:16 Y Jehová salió al encuentro de Balaam, y puso palabra en su boca, y díjole: Vuelve á Balac, y así has de decir.	Numbers 23:16 And the Lord came to Balaam, and put words in his mouth, and said, Go back to Balak, and this is what you are to say.
Números 23:17 Y vino á él, y he aquí que él estaba junto á su holocausto, y con él los príncipes de Moab: y díjole Balac: ¿Qué ha dicho Jehová?	Numbers 23:17 So he came to him where he was waiting by his burned offering with the chiefs of Moab by his side. And Balak said to him, What has the Lord said?
Números 23:18 Entonces él tomó su parábola, y dijo: Balac, levántate y oye; Escucha mis palabras, hijo de Zippor:	Numbers 23:18 And in the words which the Lord had given him he said, Up! Balak, and give ear; give attention to me, O son of Zippor:
Números 23:19 Dios no es hombre, para que mienta; Ni hijo de hombre para que se arrepienta: El dijo, ¿y no hará?; Habló, ¿y no lo ejecutará?	Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, to say what is false; or the son of man, that his purpose may be changed: what he has said, will he not do? and will he not give effect to the words of his mouth?
Números 23:20 He aquí, yo he tomado bendición: Y él bendijo, y no podré revocarla.	Numbers 23:20 See, I have had orders to give blessing: and he has given a blessing which I have no power to take away.
Números 23:21 No ha notado iniquidad en Jacob, Ni ha visto perversidad en Israel: Jehová su Dios es con él, Y júbilo de rey en él.	Numbers 23:21 He has seen no evil in Jacob or wrongdoing in Israel: the Lord his God is with him, and the glad cry of a king is among them.
Números 23:22 Dios los ha sacado de Egipto; Tiene fuerzas como de unicornio.	Numbers 23:22 It is God who has taken them out of Egypt; his horns are like those of the mountain ox.
Números 23:23 Porque en Jacob no hay agüero, Ni adivinación en Israel: Como ahora, será dicho de Jacob y de Israel: ¡Lo que ha hecho Dios!	Numbers 23:23 No evil power has effect against Jacob, no secret arts against Israel; at the right time it will be said of Jacob and of Israel, See what God has done!
Números 23:24 He aquí el pueblo, que como león se levantará, Y como león se erguirá: No se echará hasta que coma la presa, Y beba la sangre de los muertos.	Numbers 23:24 See, Israel comes up like a she-lion, lifting himself up like a lion: he will take no rest till he has made a meal of those he has overcome, drinking the blood of those he has put to death.
Números 23:25 Entonces Balac dijo á Balaam: Ya que no lo maldices, ni tampoco lo bendigas.	Numbers 23:25 Then Balak said to Balaam, If you will not put a curse on them, at all events do not give them a blessing.
Números 23:26 Y Balaam respondió, y dijo á Balac: ¿No te he dicho que todo lo que Jehová me dijere, aquello tengo de hacer?	Numbers 23:26 But Balaam in answer said to Balak, Did I not say to you, I may only do what the Lord says?
Números 23:27 Y dijo Balac á Balaam: Ruégote que vengas, te llevaré á otro lugar; por ventura parecerá bien á Dios que desde allí me lo maldigas.	Numbers 23:27 Then Balak said to Balaam, Come now, I will take you to another place; it may be that God will let you put a curse on them from there.
Números 23:28 Y Balac llevó á Balaam á la cumbre de Peor, que mira hacia Jesimón.	Numbers 23:28 So Balak took Balaam to the top of Peor, looking down over the waste land.
Números 23:29 Entonces Balaam dijo á Balac: Edifícame aquí siete altares, y prepárame aquí siete becerros y siete carneros.	Numbers 23:29 And Balaam said to Balak, Make me seven altars here and get seven oxen and seven male sheep ready for me.
Números 23:30 Y Balac hizo como Balaam le dijo; y ofreció un becerro y un carnero en cada altar.	Numbers 23:30 And Balak did as Balaam said, offering an ox and a male sheep on every altar.
