Psaumes 81:1 Au chef des chantres. Sur la guitthith. D`Asaph. Chantez avec allégresse à Dieu, notre force! Poussez des cris de joie vers le Dieu de Jacob!	Psalms 81:1 For the Chief Musician; set to the Gittith. [A Psalm] of Asaph. Sing aloud unto God our strength: Make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
Psaumes 81:2 Entonnez des cantiques, faites résonner le tambourin, La harpe mélodieuse et le luth!	Psalms 81:2 Raise a song, and bring hither the timbrel, The pleasant harp with the psaltery.
Psaumes 81:3 Sonnez de la trompette à la nouvelle lune, A la pleine lune, au jour de notre fête!	Psalms 81:3 Blow the trumpet at the new moon, At the full moon, on our feast-day.
Psaumes 81:4 Car c`est une loi pour Israël, Une ordonnance du Dieu de Jacob.	Psalms 81:4 For it is a statute for Israel, An ordinance of the God of Jacob.
Psaumes 81:5 Il en fit un statut pour Joseph, Quand il marcha contre le pays d`Égypte... J`entends une voix qui m`est inconnue:	Psalms 81:5 He appointed it in Joseph for a testimony, When he went out over the land of Egypt, [Where] I heard a language that I knew not.
Psaumes 81:6 J`ai déchargé son épaule du fardeau, Et ses mains ont lâché la corbeille.	Psalms 81:6 I removed his shoulder from the burden: His hands were freed from the basket.
Psaumes 81:7 Tu as crié dans la détresse, et je t`ai délivré; Je t`ai répondu dans la retraite du tonnerre; Je t`ai éprouvé près des eaux de Meriba. Pause.	Psalms 81:7 Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder; I proved thee at the waters of Meribah. Selah
Psaumes 81:8 Écoute, mon peuple! et je t`avertirai; Israël, puisses-tu m`écouter!	Psalms 81:8 Hear, O my people, and I will testify unto thee: O Israel, if thou wouldest hearken unto me!
Psaumes 81:9 Qu`il n`y ait au milieu de toi point de dieu étranger! Ne te prosterne pas devant des dieux étrangers!	Psalms 81:9 There shall no strange god be in thee; Neither shalt thou worship any foreign god.
Psaumes 81:10 Je suis l`Éternel, ton Dieu, qui t`ai fait monter du pays d`Égypte; Ouvre ta bouche, et je la remplirai.	Psalms 81:10 I am Jehovah thy God, Who brought thee up out of the land of Egypt: Open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
Psaumes 81:11 Mais mon peuple n`a point écouté ma voix, Israël ne m`a point obéi.	Psalms 81:11 But my people hearkened not to my voice; And Israel would none of me.
Psaumes 81:12 Alors je les ai livrés aux penchants de leur coeur, Et ils ont suivi leurs propres conseils.	Psalms 81:12 So I let them go after the stubbornness of their heart, That they might walk in their own counsels.
Psaumes 81:13 Oh! si mon peuple m`écoutait, Si Israël marchait dans mes voies!	Psalms 81:13 Oh that my people would hearken unto me, That Israel would walk in my ways!
Psaumes 81:14 En un instant je confondrais leurs ennemis, Je tournerais ma main contre leurs adversaires;	Psalms 81:14 I would soon subdue their enemies, And turn my hand against their adversaries.
Psaumes 81:15 Ceux qui haïssent l`Éternel le flatteraient, Et le bonheur d`Israël durerait toujours;	Psalms 81:15 The haters of Jehovah should submit themselves unto him: But their time should endure for ever.
Psaumes 81:16 Je le nourrirais du meilleur froment, Et je le rassasierais du miel du rocher.	Psalms 81:16 He would feed them also with the finest of the wheat; And with honey out of the rock would I satisfy thee.
