Genèse 5:1 Voici le livre de la postérité d`Adam. Lorsque Dieu créa l`homme, il le fit à la ressemblance de Dieu.	Genesis 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God made man, he made him in the image of God;
Genèse 5:2 Il créa l`homme et la femme, il les bénit, et il les appela du nom d`homme, lorsqu`ils furent créés.	Genesis 5:2 Male and female he made them, naming them Man, and giving them his blessing on the day when they were made.
Genèse 5:3 Adam, âgé de cent trente ans, engendra un fils à sa ressemblance, selon son image, et il lui donna le nom de Seth.	Genesis 5:3 Adam had been living for a hundred and thirty years when he had a son like himself, after his image, and gave him the name of Seth:
Genèse 5:4 Les jours d`Adam, après la naissance de Seth, furent de huit cents ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:4 And after the birth of Seth, Adam went on living for eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:5 Tous les jours qu`Adam vécut furent de neuf cent trente ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:5 And all the years of Adam's life were nine hundred and thirty: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:6 Seth, âgé de cent cinq ans, engendra Énosch.	Genesis 5:6 And Seth was a hundred and five years old when he became the father of Enosh:
Genèse 5:7 Seth vécut, après la naissance d`Énosch, huit cent sept ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:7 And he went on living after the birth of Enosh for eight hundred and seven years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:8 Tous les jours de Seth furent de neuf cent douze ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:8 And all the years of Seth's life were nine hundred and twelve: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:9 Énosch, âgé de quatre-vingt-dix ans, engendra Kénan.	Genesis 5:9 And Enosh was ninety years old when he became the father of Kenan:
Genèse 5:10 Énosch vécut, après la naissance de Kénan, huit cent quinze ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:10 And after the birth of Kenan, Enosh went on living for eight hundred and fifteen years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:11 Tous les jours d`Énosch furent de neuf cent cinq ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:11 And all the years of Enosh were nine hundred and five: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:12 Kénan, âgé de soixante-dix ans, engendra Mahalaleel.	Genesis 5:12 And Kenan was seventy years old when he became the father of Mahalalel:
Genèse 5:13 Kénan vécut, après la naissance de Mahalaleel, huit cent quarante ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:13 And after the birth of Mahalalel, Kenan went on living for eight hundred and forty years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:14 Tous les jours de Kénan furent de neuf cent dix ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:14 And all the years of Kenan's life were nine hundred and ten; and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:15 Mahalaleel, âgé de soixante-cinq ans, engendra Jéred.	Genesis 5:15 And Mahalalel was sixty-five years old when he became the father of Jared:
Genèse 5:16 Mahalaleel vécut, après la naissance de Jéred, huit cent trente ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:16 And after the birth of Jared, Mahalalel went on living for eight hundred and thirty years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:17 Tous les jours de Mahalaleel furent de huit cent quatre-vingt-quinze ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:17 And all the years of Mahalalel's life were eight hundred and ninety-five: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:18 Jéred, âgé de cent soixante-deux ans, engendra Hénoc.	Genesis 5:18 And Jared was a hundred and sixty-two years old when he became the father of Enoch:
Genèse 5:19 Jéred vécut, après la naissance d`Hénoc, huit cents ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:19 And Jared went on living after the birth of Enoch for eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:20 Tous les jours de Jéred furent de neuf cent soixante-deux ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:20 And all the years of Jared's life were nine hundred and sixty-two: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:21 Hénoc, âgé de soixante-cinq ans, engendra Metuschélah.	Genesis 5:21 And Enoch was sixty-five years old when he became the father of Methuselah:
Genèse 5:22 Hénoc, après la naissance de Metuschélah, marcha avec Dieu trois cents ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:22 And after the birth of Methuselah, Enoch went on in God's ways for three hundred years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:23 Tous les jours d`Hénoc furent de trois cent soixante-cinq ans.	Genesis 5:23 And all the years of Enoch's life were three hundred and sixty-five:
Genèse 5:24 Hénoc marcha avec Dieu; puis il ne fut plus, parce que Dieu le prit.	Genesis 5:24 And Enoch went on in God's ways: and he was not seen again, for God took him.
Genèse 5:25 Metuschélah, âgé de cent quatre-vingt-sept ans, engendra Lémec.	Genesis 5:25 And Methuselah was a hundred and eighty-seven years old when he became the father of Lamech:
Genèse 5:26 Metuschélah vécut, après la naissance de Lémec, sept cent quatre-vingt deux ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:26 And after the birth of Lamech, Methuselah went on living for seven hundred and eighty-two years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:27 Tous les jours de Metuschélah furent de neuf cent soixante-neuf ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:27 And all the years of Methuselah's life were nine hundred and sixty-nine: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:28 Lémec, âgé de cent quatre-vingt-deux ans, engendra un fils.	Genesis 5:28 And Lamech was a hundred and eighty-two years old when he had a son:
Genèse 5:29 Il lui donna le nom de Noé, en disant: Celui-ci nous consolera de nos fatigues et du travail pénible de nos mains, provenant de cette terre que l`Éternel a maudite.	Genesis 5:29 And he gave him the name of Noah, saying, Truly, he will give us rest from our trouble and the hard work of our hands, because of the earth which was cursed by God.
Genèse 5:30 Lémec vécut, après la naissance de Noé, cinq cent quatre-vingt-quinze ans; et il engendra des fils et des filles.	Genesis 5:30 And after the birth of Noah, Lamech went on living for five hundred and ninety-five years, and had sons and daughters:
Genèse 5:31 Tous les jours de Lémec furent de sept cent soixante-dix sept ans; puis il mourut.	Genesis 5:31 And all the years of Lamech's life were seven hundred and seventy-seven: and he came to his end.
Genèse 5:32 Noé, âgé de cinq cents ans, engendra Sem, Cham et Japhet.	Genesis 5:32 And when Noah was five hundred years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
