Deuteronomio 6:1 Or questi sono i comandamenti, le leggi e le prescrizioni che l’Eterno, il vostro Dio, ha ordinato d’insegnarvi, perché li mettiate in pratica nel paese nel quale state per passare per prenderne possesso;	Deuteronomy 6:1 Now this is the commandment, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Jehovah your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess it;
Deuteronomio 6:2 affinché tu tema l’Iddio tuo, l’Eterno, osservando, tutti i giorni della tua vita, tu, il tuo figliuolo e il figliuolo del tuo figliuolo, tutte le sue leggi e tutti i suoi comandamenti che io ti do, e affinché i tuoi giorni siano prolungati.	Deuteronomy 6:2 that thou mightest fear Jehovah thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
Deuteronomio 6:3 Ascolta dunque, Israele, e abbi cura di metterli in pratica, affinché tu sii felice e moltiplichiate grandemente nel paese ove scorre il latte e il miele, come l’Eterno, l’Iddio de’ tuoi padri, ti ha detto.	Deuteronomy 6:3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as Jehovah, the God of thy fathers, hath promised unto thee, in a land flowing with milk and honey.
Deuteronomio 6:4 Ascolta, Israele: l’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, è l’unico Eterno.	Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: Jehovah our God is one Jehovah:
Deuteronomio 6:5 Tu amerai dunque l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, con tutto il cuore, con tutta l’anima tua e con tutte le tue forze.	Deuteronomy 6:5 and thou shalt love Jehovah thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Deuteronomio 6:6 E questi comandamenti che oggi ti do ti staranno nel cuore;	Deuteronomy 6:6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be upon thy heart;
Deuteronomio 6:7 li inculcherai ai tuoi figliuoli, ne parlerai quando te ne starai seduto in casa tua, quando sarai per via, quando ti coricherai e quando ti alzerai.	Deuteronomy 6:7 and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thy house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Deuteronomio 6:8 Te li legherai alla mano come un segnale, ti saranno come frontali tra gli occhi,	Deuteronomy 6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thy hand, and they shall be for frontlets between thine eyes.
Deuteronomio 6:9 e li scriverai sugli stipiti della tua casa e sulle tue porte.	Deuteronomy 6:9 And thou shalt write them upon the door-posts of thy house, and upon thy gates.
Deuteronomio 6:10 E quando l’Eterno, l’Iddio tuo, t’avrà fatto entrare nel paese che giurò ai tuoi padri, Abrahamo, Isacco e Giacobbe, di darti; quando t’avrà menato alle grandi e buone città che tu non hai edificate,	Deuteronomy 6:10 And it shall be, when Jehovah thy God shall bring thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee, great and goodly cities, which thou buildest not,
Deuteronomio 6:11 alle case piene d’ogni bene che tu non hai riempite, alle cisterne scavate che tu non hai scavate, alle vigne e agli uliveti che tu non hai piantati, e quando mangerai e sarai satollo,	Deuteronomy 6:11 and houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and cisterns hewn out, which thou hewedst not, vineyards and olive-trees, which thou plantedst not, and thou shalt eat and be full;
Deuteronomio 6:12 guardati dal dimenticare l’Eterno che ti ha tratto dal paese d’Egitto, dalla casa di schiavitù.	Deuteronomy 6:12 then beware lest thou forget Jehovah, who brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Deuteronomio 6:13 Temerai l’Eterno, l’Iddio tuo, lo servirai e giurerai per il suo nome.	Deuteronomy 6:13 Thou shalt fear Jehovah thy God; and him shalt thou serve, and shalt swear by his name.
Deuteronomio 6:14 Non andrete dietro ad altri dèi, fra gli dèi dei popoli che vi staranno attorno,	Deuteronomy 6:14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the peoples that are round about you;
Deuteronomio 6:15 perché l’Iddio tuo, l’Eterno, che sta in mezzo a te, è un Dio geloso; l’ira dell’Eterno, dell’Iddio tuo, s’accenderebbe contro a te e ti sterminerebbe di sulla terra.	Deuteronomy 6:15 for Jehovah thy God in the midst of thee is a jealous God; lest the anger of Jehovah thy God be kindled against thee, and he destroy thee from off the face of the earth.
Deuteronomio 6:16 Non tenterete l’Eterno, il vostro Dio, come lo tentaste a Massa.	Deuteronomy 6:16 Ye shall not tempt Jehovah your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.
Deuteronomio 6:17 Osserverete diligentemente i comandamenti dell’Eterno, ch’è l’Iddio vostro, le sue istruzioni e le sue leggi che v’ha date.	Deuteronomy 6:17 Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of Jehovah your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.
Deuteronomio 6:18 E farai ciò ch’è affinché tu sii felice ed entri in possesso del buon paese che l’Eterno giurò ai tuoi padri di darti,	Deuteronomy 6:18 And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of Jehovah; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers,
Deuteronomio 6:19 dopo ch’egli avrà tutti i tuoi nemici d’innanzi a te, come l’Eterno ha promesso.	Deuteronomy 6:19 to thrust out all thine enemies from before thee, as Jehovah hath spoken.
Deuteronomio 6:20 Quando, in avvenire, il tuo figliuolo ti domanderà: "Che significano queste istruzioni, queste leggi e queste prescrizioni che l’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, vi ha date?"	Deuteronomy 6:20 When thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the testimonies, and the statutes, and the ordinances, which Jehovah our God hath commanded you?
Deuteronomio 6:21 tu risponderai al tuo figliuolo: "Eravamo schiavi di Faraone in Egitto, e l’Eterno ci trasse dall’Egitto con mano potente.	Deuteronomy 6:21 then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh's bondmen in Egypt: and Jehovah brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand;
Deuteronomio 6:22 E l’Eterno operò sotto i nostri occhi miracoli e prodigi grandi e disastrosi contro l’Egitto, contro Faraone e contro tutta la sua casa.	Deuteronomy 6:22 and Jehovah showed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his house, before our eyes;
Deuteronomio 6:23 E ci trasse di là per condurci nel paese che avea giurato ai nostri padri di darci.	Deuteronomy 6:23 and he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.
Deuteronomio 6:24 E l’Eterno ci ordinò di mettere in pratica tutte queste leggi, temendo l’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, affinché fossimo sempre felici, ed egli ci conservasse in vita, come ha fatto finora.	Deuteronomy 6:24 And Jehovah commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Jehovah our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as at this day.
Deuteronomio 6:25 E questa sarà la nostra giustizia: l’aver cura di mettere in pratica tutti questi comandamenti nel cospetto dell’Eterno, dell’Iddio nostro, com’egli ci ha ordinato".	Deuteronomy 6:25 And it shall be righteousness unto us, if we observe to do all this commandment before Jehovah our God, as he hath commanded us.
