Genesi 5:1 Questo è il libro della posterità d’Adamo. Nel giorno che Dio creò l’uomo, lo fece a somiglianza di Dio;	Genesis 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God made man, he made him in the image of God;

Genesi 5:6 E Seth visse centocinque anni, e generò Enosh.	Genesis 5:6 And Seth was a hundred and five years old when he became the father of Enosh:
Genesi 5:7 E Seth, dopo ch’ebbe generato Enosh, visse ottocentosette anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:7 And he went on living after the birth of Enosh for eight hundred and seven years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:8 e tutto il tempo che Seth visse fu novecentododici anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:8 And all the years of Seth's life were nine hundred and twelve: and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:9 Ed Enosh visse novant’anni, e generò Kenan.	Genesis 5:9 And Enosh was ninety years old when he became the father of Kenan:
Genesi 5:10 Ed Enosh, dopo ch’ebbe generato Kenan, visse ottocentoquindici anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:10 And after the birth of Kenan, Enosh went on living for eight hundred and fifteen years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:11 e tutto il tempo che Enosh visse fu novecentocinque anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:11 And all the years of Enosh were nine hundred and five: and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:12 E Kenan visse settant’anni, e generò Mahalaleel.	Genesis 5:12 And Kenan was seventy years old when he became the father of Mahalalel:
Genesi 5:13 E Kenan, dopo ch’ebbe generato Mahalaleel, visse ottocentoquaranta anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:13 And after the birth of Mahalalel, Kenan went on living for eight hundred and forty years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:14 e tutto il tempo che Kenan visse fu novecentodieci anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:14 And all the years of Kenan's life were nine hundred and ten; and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:15 E Mahalaleel visse sessantacinque anni, e generò Jared.	Genesis 5:15 And Mahalalel was sixty-five years old when he became the father of Jared:
Genesi 5:16 E Mahalaleel, dopo ch’ebbe generato Jared, visse ottocentotrenta anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:16 And after the birth of Jared, Mahalalel went on living for eight hundred and thirty years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:17 e tutto il tempo che Mahalaleel visse fu ottocento novantacinque anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:17 And all the years of Mahalalel's life were eight hundred and ninety-five: and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:18 E Jared visse cento sessantadue anni, e generò Enoc.	Genesis 5:18 And Jared was a hundred and sixty-two years old when he became the father of Enoch:
Genesi 5:19 E Jared, dopo ch’ebbe generato Enoc, visse ottocento anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:19 And Jared went on living after the birth of Enoch for eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:20 e tutto il tempo che Jared visse fu novecento sessantadue anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:20 And all the years of Jared's life were nine hundred and sixty-two: and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:21 Ed Enoc visse sessantacinque anni, e generò Methushelah.	Genesis 5:21 And Enoch was sixty-five years old when he became the father of Methuselah:
Genesi 5:22 Ed Enoc, dopo ch’ebbe generato Methushelah, camminò con Dio trecento anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:22 And after the birth of Methuselah, Enoch went on in God's ways for three hundred years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:23 e tutto il tempo che Enoc visse fu trecento sessantacinque anni.	Genesis 5:23 And all the years of Enoch's life were three hundred and sixty-five:
Genesi 5:24 Ed Enoc camminò con Dio; poi disparve, perché Iddio lo prese.	Genesis 5:24 And Enoch went on in God's ways: and he was not seen again, for God took him.
Genesi 5:25 E Methushelah visse cento ottantasette anni e generò Lamec.	Genesis 5:25 And Methuselah was a hundred and eighty-seven years old when he became the father of Lamech:
Genesi 5:26 E Methushelah, dopo ch’ebbe generato Lamec, visse settecento ottantadue anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole;	Genesis 5:26 And after the birth of Lamech, Methuselah went on living for seven hundred and eighty-two years, and had sons and daughters:
Genesi 5:27 e tutto il tempo che Methushelah visse fu novecento sessantanove anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:27 And all the years of Methuselah's life were nine hundred and sixty-nine: and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:28 E Lamec visse cento ottantadue anni, e generò un figliuolo;	Genesis 5:28 And Lamech was a hundred and eighty-two years old when he had a son:
Genesi 5:29 e gli pose nome Noè, dicendo: "Questo ci consolerà della nostra opera e della fatica delle nostre mani cagionata dal suolo che l’Eterno ha maledetto".	Genesis 5:29 And he gave him the name of Noah, saying, Truly, he will give us rest from our trouble and the hard work of our hands, because of the earth which was cursed by God.

Genesi 5:31 e tutto il tempo che Lamec visse fu settecento settantasette anni; poi morì.	Genesis 5:31 And all the years of Lamech's life were seven hundred and seventy-seven: and he came to his end.
Genesi 5:32 E Noè, all’età di cinquecento anni, generò Sem, Cam e Jafet.	Genesis 5:32 And when Noah was five hundred years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
