Salmi 84:1 Per il Capo de’ musici. Sulla Ghittea. Salmo de’ figliuoli di Kore. Oh quanto sono amabili le tue dimore, o Eterno degli eserciti!	Psalms 84:1 To the chief music-maker; put to the Gittith A Psalm. Of the sons of Korah.How dear are your tents, O Lord of armies!
Salmi 84:2 L’anima mia langue e vien meno, bramando i cortili dell’Eterno; il mio cuore e la mia carne mandan grida di gioia all’Iddio vivente.	Psalms 84:2 The passion of my soul's desire is for the house of the Lord; my heart and my flesh are crying out for the living God.
Salmi 84:3 Anche il passero si trova una casa e la rondine un nido ove posare i suoi piccini… I tuoi altari, o Eterno degli eserciti, Re mio, Dio mio!…	Psalms 84:3 The little birds have places for themselves, where they may put their young, even your altars, O Lord of armies, my King and my God.
Salmi 84:4 Beati quelli che abitano nella tua casa, e ti lodano del continuo! Sela.	Psalms 84:4 Happy are they whose resting-place is in your house: they will still be praising you. (Selah.)
Salmi 84:5 Beati quelli che hanno in te la loro forza, che hanno il cuore alle vie del Santuario!	Psalms 84:5 Happy is the man whose strength is in you; in whose heart are the highways to Zion.
Salmi 84:6 Quando attraversano la valle di Baca essi la trasformano in luogo di fonti; e la pioggia d’autunno la cuopre di benedizioni.	Psalms 84:6 Going through the valley of balsam-trees, they make it a place of springs; it is clothed with blessings by the early rain.
Salmi 84:7 Essi vanno di forza in forza, e compariscono alfine davanti a Dio in Sion.	Psalms 84:7 They go from strength to strength; every one of them comes before God in Zion.
Salmi 84:8 O Eterno, Iddio degli eserciti, ascolta la mia preghiera; porgi l’orecchio, o Dio di Giacobbe! Sela.	Psalms 84:8 O Lord God of armies, let my prayer come to you: give ear, O God of Jacob. (Selah.)
Salmi 84:9 O Dio, scudo nostro, vedi e riguarda la faccia del tuo unto!	Psalms 84:9 O God, let your eyes be on him who is our safe cover, and let your heart be turned to your king.
Salmi 84:10 Poiché un giorno ne’ tuoi cortili val meglio che mille altrove. Io vorrei piuttosto starmene sulla soglia della casa del mio Dio, che abitare nelle tende degli empi.	Psalms 84:10 For a day in your house is better than a thousand. It is better to be a door-keeper in the house of my God, than to be living in the tents of sin.
Salmi 84:11 Perché l’Eterno Iddio è sole e scudo; l’Eterno darà grazia e gloria. Egli non ricuserà alcun bene a quelli che camminano nella integrità.	Psalms 84:11 The Lord God is our sun and our strength: the Lord will give grace and glory: he will not keep back any good thing from those whose ways are upright.
Salmi 84:12 O Eterno degli eserciti, beato l’uomo che confida in te!	Psalms 84:12 O Lord of armies, happy is the man whose hope is in you.
