Provérbios 31:1 As palavras do rei Lemuel, rei de Massá, que lhe ensinou sua mãe.	Proverbs 31:1 The words of Lemuel, king of Massa: the teaching which he had from his mother.
Provérbios 31:2 Que te direi, filho meu? e que te direi, ó filho do meu ventre? e que te direi, ó filho dos meus votos?	Proverbs 31:2 What am I to say to you, O Lemuel, my oldest son? and what, O son of my body? and what, O son of my oaths?
Provérbios 31:3 Não dês às mulheres a tua força, nem os teus caminhos às que destroem os reis.	Proverbs 31:3 Do not give your strength to women, or your ways to that which is the destruction of kings.
Provérbios 31:4 Não é dos reis, ó Lemuel, não é dos reis beber vinho, nem dos príncipes desejar bebida forte;	Proverbs 31:4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to take wine, or for rulers to say, Where is strong drink?
Provérbios 31:5 para que não bebam, e se esqueçam da lei, e pervertam o direito de quem anda aflito.	Proverbs 31:5 For fear that through drinking they may come to have no respect for the law, wrongly judging the cause of those who are in trouble.
Provérbios 31:6 Dai bebida forte ao que está para perecer, e o vinho ao que está em amargura de espírito.	Proverbs 31:6 Give strong drink to him who is near to destruction, and wine to him whose soul is bitter:
Provérbios 31:7 Bebam e se esqueçam da sua pobreza, e da sua miséria não se lembrem mais.	Proverbs 31:7 Let him have drink, and his need will go from his mind, and the memory of his trouble will be gone.
Provérbios 31:8 Abre a tua boca a favor do mudo, a favor do direito de todos os desamparados.	Proverbs 31:8 Let your mouth be open for those who have no voice, in the cause of those who are ready for death.
Provérbios 31:9 Abre a tua boca; julga retamente, e faze justiça aos pobres e aos necessitados.	Proverbs 31:9 Let your mouth be open, judging rightly, and give right decisions in the cause of the poor and those in need.
Provérbios 31:10 Álefe. Mulher virtuosa, quem a pode achar? Pois o seu valor muito excede ao de jóias preciosas.	Proverbs 31:10 Who may make discovery of a woman of virtue? For her price is much higher than jewels.
Provérbios 31:11 Bete. O coração do seu marido confia nela, e não lhe haverá falta de lucro.	Proverbs 31:11 The heart of her husband has faith in her, and he will have profit in full measure.
Provérbios 31:12 Guímel. Ela lhe faz bem, e não mal, todos os dias da sua vida.	Proverbs 31:12 She does him good and not evil all the days of her life.
Provérbios 31:13 Dálete. Ela busca lã e linho, e trabalha de boa vontade com as mãos.	Proverbs 31:13 She gets wool and linen, working at the business of her hands.
Provérbios 31:14 Hê. É como os navios do negociante; de longe traz o seu pão.	Proverbs 31:14 She is like the trading-ships, getting food from far away.
Provérbios 31:15 Vave. E quando ainda está escuro, ela se levanta, e dá mantimento à sua casa, e a tarefa às suas servas.	Proverbs 31:15 She gets up while it is still night, and gives meat to her family, and their food to her servant-girls.
Provérbios 31:16 Zaine. Considera um campo, e compra-o; planta uma vinha com o fruto de suas maos.	Proverbs 31:16 After looking at a field with care, she gets it for a price, planting a vine-garden with the profit of her work.
Provérbios 31:17 Hete. Cinge os seus lombos de força, e fortalece os seus braços.	Proverbs 31:17 She puts a band of strength round her, and makes her arms strong.
Provérbios 31:18 Tete. Prova e vê que é boa a sua mercadoria; e a sua lâmpada não se apaga de noite.	Proverbs 31:18 She sees that her marketing is of profit to her: her light does not go out by night.
Provérbios 31:19 Iode. Estende as mãos ao fuso, e as suas mãos pegam na roca.	Proverbs 31:19 She puts her hands to the cloth-working rod, and her fingers take the wheel.
Provérbios 31:20 Cafe. Abre a mão para o pobre; sim, ao necessitado estende as suas mãos.	Proverbs 31:20 Her hands are stretched out to the poor; yes, she is open-handed to those who are in need.
Provérbios 31:21 Lâmede. Não tem medo da neve pela sua família; pois todos os da sua casa estão vestidos de escarlate.	Proverbs 31:21 She has no fear of the snow for her family, for all those in her house are clothed in red.
Provérbios 31:22 Meme. Faz para si cobertas; de linho fino e de púrpura é o seu vestido.	Proverbs 31:22 She makes for herself cushions of needlework; her clothing is fair linen and purple.
Provérbios 31:23 Nune. Conhece-se o seu marido nas portas, quando se assenta entre os anciãos da terra.	Proverbs 31:23 Her husband is a man of note in the public place, when he takes his seat among the responsible men of the land.
Provérbios 31:24 Sâmerue. Faz vestidos de linho, e vende-os, e entrega cintas aos mercadores.	Proverbs 31:24 She makes linen robes and gets a price for them, and traders take her cloth bands for a price.
Provérbios 31:25 Aine. A força e a dignidade são os seus vestidos; e ri-se do tempo vindouro.	Proverbs 31:25 Strength and self-respect are her clothing; she is facing the future with a smile.
Provérbios 31:26 Pê. Abre a sua boca com sabedoria, e o ensino da benevolência está na sua língua.	Proverbs 31:26 Her mouth is open to give out wisdom, and the law of mercy is on her tongue.
Provérbios 31:27 Tsadê. Olha pelo governo de sua casa, e não come o pão da preguiça.	Proverbs 31:27 She gives attention to the ways of her family, she does not take her food without working for it.
Provérbios 31:28 Côfe. Levantam-se seus filhos, e lhe chamam bem-aventurada, como também seu marido, que a louva, dizendo:	Proverbs 31:28 Her children get up and give her honour, and her husband gives her praise, saying,
Provérbios 31:29 Reche. Muitas mulheres têm procedido virtuosamente, mas tu a todas sobrepujas.	Proverbs 31:29 Unnumbered women have done well, but you are better than all of them.
Provérbios 31:30 Chine. Enganosa é a graça, e vã é a formosura; mas a mulher que teme ao Senhor, essa será louvada.	Proverbs 31:30 Fair looks are a deceit, and a beautiful form is of no value; but a woman who has the fear of the Lord is to be praised.
Provérbios 31:31 Tau. Dai-lhe do fruto das suas mãos, e louvem-na nas portas as suas obras.	Proverbs 31:31 Give her credit for what her hands have made: let her be praised by her works in the public place.
