К Титу 1:1 ^ Павел, раб Божий, Апостол же Иисуса Христа, по вере избранных Божиих и познанию истины, [относящейся] к благочестию,	Titus 1:1 ^ Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,
К Титу 1:2 ^ в надежде вечной жизни, которую обещал неизменный в слове Бог прежде вековых времен,	Titus 1:2 ^ in hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before times eternal;
К Титу 1:3 ^ а в свое время явил Свое слово в проповеди, вверенной мне по повелению Спасителя нашего, Бога, --	Titus 1:3 ^ but in his own seasons manifested his word in the message, wherewith I was intrusted according to the commandment of God our Saviour;
К Титу 1:4 ^ Титу, истинному сыну по общей вере: благодать, милость и мир от Бога Отца и Господа Иисуса Христа, Спасителя нашего.	Titus 1:4 ^ to Titus, my true child after a common faith: Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Saviour.
К Титу 1:5 ^ Для того я оставил тебя в Крите, чтобы ты довершил недоконченное и поставил по всем городам пресвитеров, как я тебе приказывал:	Titus 1:5 ^ For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that were wanting, and appoint elders in every city, as I gave thee charge;
К Титу 1:6 ^ если кто непорочен, муж одной жены, детей имеет верных, не укоряемых в распутстве или непокорности.	Titus 1:6 ^ if any man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having children that believe, who are not accused of riot or unruly.
К Титу 1:7 ^ Ибо епископ должен быть непорочен, как Божий домостроитель, не дерзок, не гневлив, не пьяница, не бийца, не корыстолюбец,	Titus 1:7 ^ For the bishop must be blameless, as God's steward; not self-willed, not soon angry, no brawler, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre;
К Титу 1:8 ^ но страннолюбив, любящий добро, целомудрен, справедлив, благочестив, воздержан,	Titus 1:8 ^ but given to hospitality, as lover of good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled;
К Титу 1:9 ^ держащийся истинного слова, согласного с учением, чтобы он был силен и наставлять в здравом учении и противящихся обличать.	Titus 1:9 ^ holding to the faithful word which is according to the teaching, that he may be able to exhort in the sound doctrine, and to convict the gainsayers.
К Титу 1:10 ^ Ибо есть много и непокорных, пустословов и обманщиков, особенно из обрезанных,	Titus 1:10 ^ For there are many unruly men, vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision,
К Титу 1:11 ^ каковым должно заграждать уста: они развращают целые домы, уча, чему не должно, из постыдной корысти.	Titus 1:11 ^ whose mouths must be stopped; men who overthrow whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.
К Титу 1:12 ^ Из них же самих один стихотворец сказал: `Критяне всегда лжецы, злые звери, утробы ленивые`.	Titus 1:12 ^ One of themselves, a prophet of their own, said, Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, idle gluttons.
К Титу 1:13 ^ Свидетельство это справедливо. По сей причине обличай их строго, дабы они были здравы в вере,	Titus 1:13 ^ This testimony is true. For which cause reprove them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith,
К Титу 1:14 ^ не внимая Иудейским басням и постановлениям людей, отвращающихся от истины.	Titus 1:14 ^ not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men who turn away from the truth.
К Титу 1:15 ^ Для чистых все чисто; а для оскверненных и неверных нет ничего чистого, но осквернены и ум их и совесть.	Titus 1:15 ^ To the pure all things are pure: but to them that are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but both their mind and their conscience are defiled.
К Титу 1:16 ^ Они говорят, что знают Бога, а делами отрекаются, будучи гнусны и непокорны и не способны ни к какому доброму делу.	Titus 1:16 ^ They profess that they know God; but by their works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
