Екклесиаст 6:1 ^ Есть зло, которое видел я под солнцем, и оно часто бывает между людьми:	Ecclesiastes 6:1 ^ There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, and it is hard on men;
Екклесиаст 6:2 ^ Бог дает человеку богатство и имущество и славу, и нет для души его недостатка ни в чем, чего не пожелал бы он; но не дает ему Бог пользоваться этим, а пользуется тем чужой человек: это--суета и тяжкий недуг!	Ecclesiastes 6:2 ^ A man to whom God gives money, wealth, and honour so that he has all his desires but God does not give him the power to have joy of it, and a strange man takes it. This is to no purpose and an evil disease.
Екклесиаст 6:3 ^ Если бы какой человек родил сто [детей], и прожил многие годы, и еще умножились дни жизни его, но душа его не наслаждалась бы добром и не было бы ему и погребения, то я сказал бы: выкидыш счастливее его,	Ecclesiastes 6:3 ^ If a man has a hundred children, and his life is long so that the days of his years are great in number, but his soul takes no pleasure in good, and he is not honoured at his death; I say that a birth before its time is better than he.
Екклесиаст 6:4 ^ потому что он напрасно пришел и отошел во тьму, и его имя покрыто мраком.	Ecclesiastes 6:4 ^ In wind it came and to the dark it will go, and with the dark will its name be covered.
Екклесиаст 6:5 ^ Он даже не видел и не знал солнца: ему покойнее, нежели тому.	Ecclesiastes 6:5 ^ Yes, it saw not the sun, and it had no knowledge; it is better with this than with the other.
Екклесиаст 6:6 ^ А тот, хотя бы прожил две тысячи лет и не наслаждался добром, не все ли пойдет в одно место?	Ecclesiastes 6:6 ^ And though he goes on living a thousand years twice over and does not see good, are not the two going to the same place?
Екклесиаст 6:7 ^ Все труды человека--для рта его, а душа его не насыщается.	Ecclesiastes 6:7 ^ All the work of man is for his mouth, and still he has a desire for food.
Екклесиаст 6:8 ^ Какое же преимущество мудрого перед глупым, какое--бедняка, умеющего ходить перед живущими?	Ecclesiastes 6:8 ^ What have the wise more than the foolish? and what has the poor man by walking wisely before the living?
Екклесиаст 6:9 ^ Лучше видеть глазами, нежели бродить душею. И это--также суета и томление духа!	Ecclesiastes 6:9 ^ What the eyes see is better than the wandering of desire. This is to no purpose and a desire for wind.
Екклесиаст 6:10 ^ Что существует, тому уже наречено имя, и известно, что это--человек, и что он не может препираться с тем, кто сильнее его.	Ecclesiastes 6:10 ^ That which is, has been named before, and of what man is there is knowledge. He has no power against one stronger than he.
Екклесиаст 6:11 ^ Много таких вещей, которые умножают суету: что же для человека лучше?	Ecclesiastes 6:11 ^ There are words without number for increasing what is to no purpose, but what is man profited by them?
Екклесиаст 6:12 ^ Ибо кто знает, что хорошо для человека в жизни, во все дни суетной жизни его, которые он проводит как тень? И кто скажет человеку, что будет после него под солнцем?	Ecclesiastes 6:12 ^ Who is able to say what is good for man in life all the days of his foolish life which he goes through like a shade? who will say what is to be after him under the sun?
